I hate to leave a review like this publicly, but due to the lack of response via phone this is all I can do to get a resolution. In May and June 2023 - I tried calling for weeks to cancel my reoccurring charge because I was moving. After moving I had to drive 40 minutes to the location to finally reach someone in person who could help. I asked why they never answered the phone and didn’t get a response. I was told that the charges were canceled and I would not have to pay for June since I had been trying to stop the charges since May. Which was a relief because I really would’ve kept the membership if there was a location near my new place. Today I looked at my account and see charges under the new business name and looked back through the months to see I had been charged every month even after being told that the charges were stopped. Now I have to pay two stop charge fees since the business name has changed from The Wave to Whistle Express, with my bank when this could and should have been free to stop at the business location. This is frustrating, and the reason I will no longer allow reoccurring charges. I also just tried calling twice at 10:41am, Sat. Nov. 25th, 2023. I would love to be contacted by the owner of this establishment. Once resolved I would be happy to remove this review, as I do not believe that this was intentional.

Me and my wife have been monthly members before this company bought out the old company. Now a new company and name the service is not better. Wife bought a new car and her plan she had was discontinued. We were paying $21 a month. Now they want $30 a month if she wants tire gloss. Tire gloss is $9! If I buy a new car, then my plan would be null and void as well...smh! One day you go and they are pre-spraying both sides of your car before you go into the car wash. The next day you will get one side sprayed but not the other. Some days they will spray the back window off and some days they won't. When you leave, you can't even tell if tire gloss is even on the tires. The level of service is inconsistent from day to day. In my opinion, loyalty means something. My wife should have been given the plan she had not charged more because she bought a new car. There is no pride in products or service anymore in America....it's just greed. I am looking for another car wash for us to switch to. Where the service is better, consistent and loyalty is appreciated. I'm sure our small $622 yearly total would be welcomed at another business.

I love this car wash. They have everything you need to clean and detail your car the proper way. They offer windex and an interior cleaner along with rags to use with them. Their vaccums are great they have the perfect suction to clean all the tight spaces in your car. It definitely sucked up all the dirt and dog hair that my vaccum at home couldn't get. Today I had an employee (Chris) ask to take my floor ( Vinyl or plastic) mats and clean them while I was cleaning the inside of my car. Also had 2 other employees make sure I was ok and was able to find everything ok while they was doing their other duties. All in all I give them 5 stars because everyone was smiling, ready, and willing to help if I needed them. Plus you wont find another place in charlotte that can beat their prices on a full car washing and detailing experience while supplying everythig you need also as well. Thanks for a great experience. I will definitely be back soon and Ill let all my friends /family know where to go when they need to get their car all squeaky clean!!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!!! I signed up for a subscription on May 19th and cancelled my subscription soon after for 2 reasons the car wash did not do a good job and the vacuums sucked and the second reason being that it was just too far from me. I thought I would be on that side of town a lot more often and it didn't work out that way. The business did not charge me in June or July but now all of the sudden has charged me in August! $30 taken from my account unauthorized and of course I can't get anyone to answer the phone to get my money back! I start back to college next Monday and that was money I needed for school supplies and clothes. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this business. It's been an awful experience from the very moment I purchased the car wash subscription.

I like this car wash. They are fast and clean. Very nice. I was told to come here for great service and yes very ignorant on my end not knowing how to go into the car wash and put the car in (N) I almost hit the car (A TESLA) in the butt that was before me. Nevertheless as I was doing my vacuuming after the wash I noticed the wash didn’t really take good. Maybe because I had to get the washer stopped due to the mistake or whatever, but I went back over and told Andrew about my concerns. He fixed it right away. He apologized for a mistake I don’t think was his fault and ran my car through again with clear instructions this time and made sure my car was cleaned well. He even power washed my mats for me and continued to offer a better service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Caleb the assistant manager was very helpful when my account got improperly terminated he was about to let me through but the manager stopped him. I was charged for a full months price and they are not allowing me to finish out the rest of the month that I got charged for. The manager Ross on duty was very rude, argumentative, and not willing to help the dilemma that wasn’t event my fault to begin with. He started lying and getting loud with me for no reason . I just wanted to get my last car wash and move on with my day before my membership terminated.

I went to get a quick carwash b4 work and drove through and inside the carwash it sounded like something was scratching my car but me not wanting to be late for work left and got to work. I got out and looked at my car and around the bottom half level with the tires are large scratches all around my car. I'm so disappointed in this car wash. Especially since they won't take care of it due to my car being "more than 5 years old". Will never be coming back again.

Chris was fantastic and always helpful. I bought a monthly membership after my last interaction with him. He came over and cleaned my rubber mats. Got to see him again today, he was so helpful and polite. Most self wash car washes are exactly that, you’re ignored & do it all yourself. Every time I come here I have some type of positive interaction with someone whether it’s Chris or someone else asking if I need help with anything. I absolutely love it here

Thank you Chris!!! Talk about anticipating guest needs, my Matt’s look better than ever. I had my mind fixed against this car wash due to previous experience but today’s visit was quite the opposite. Thank you to the manager who upgraded my service because my car didn’t come out as clean as I had hoped and to the attendant Abby that double checked and even lent a hand removing some tough stains. I’ll definitely be back to my neighborhood car wash.

They are the worst Car Wash. I cancelled my subscription with them, and they charged me anyway. I went to the location and they told me they couldn't do anything and that I needed to ask for a refund online...the customer service online is trash, not only they took several days to answer the damn phone, but also they provided partial refund!!! I told them to gjve me full refund and they never answer

I have nothing negative to say at all. The car washes are always on point, there is always suds, they are always open, never saying WASH OUT OF ORDER. They are always fully stocked with basic essentials, and the place is clean, trash dumped, none on the ground, very well kept. I 100% recommend this location! Don't forget to get a membership, you can go as often as you would like for a low price!

Car wash is great, but the belt that supposed to push the car at the end of the belt did not work for me two times. I had put my car in drive and move forward. This is not good. I am editing the same reply after taking the response for my feedback seriously, but in fact it is just a feedback. I gave my third attempt and same problem again. Nothing seems to have changed.

The car wash was clean and organized, it was fairly priced and my car was cleaner than it went in. The big Highlight of the wash was an employee named Chris, i wish i would have got his last name because not only was he respectful and professional but he also washed my floor mats before i could even get them out. I’m definitely coming back!

Upon arrival, the kiosk attendant was quick to help with my payment. The free vacuums worked very well and liquid wash and rags were full and clean. Plus, Chris offered to pressure wash my rubber trunk mat that was in DESPERATE need of cleaning! I had an overall great experience, and I will be returning!

I had a fantastic experience at the car wash, all thanks to Chris! He went above and beyond by meticulously cleaning my filthy floor mats and made me feel like a VIP customer. His dedication and awesome customer service truly stood out. Chris deserves to be promoted, and I'll be coming back for sure!

Great customer service. I went thru the car wash and was sold on the monthly deal. The gentleman, Caleb, mentioned the ceramic sealant which protects my cars paint from the rock chips on the highway. Plus I have unlimited washes all month. Great deal! I definitely recommend this car wash.

Caleb assisted me on my visit. The barcode wasn’t working and Caleb switched the barcode out. The barcode worked. I drove back through the wash. Caleb cam over and made sure I was ok. You need a lot more workers like Caleb. I will definitely recommend folks to visit this establishment….

The wash itself is ok but washed windows with their rags and they are full of an oily film that will not come off. Asked the guy in the office and he said, "yeah that's the way they come." So now I have Togo someplace else and finish washing my car.

Chris was very friendly and kind he came and ask me did I have any Matt's that needed to be cleaned I said yes and he did all three with no issues.. He is very helpful and sweet and kind wish there were more like him out in this world today..

Crist Help me to wash the carpets was vey nice and they are very helpful, also before you get in on the washing machine they help you with pressure washing help a lot to clean under car. Positive actitud and very good with customers.
