Where do I even start! Ideally no one wants to ever have to deal with a funeral home, as this generally means you have lost a loved one. In my case my beautiful baby girl grew her wings at 18 weeks. The first phone call to the funeral home can always be daunting and distressing, however the ladies were very sympathetic and comforting of my situation. They explained the process and reassured me that they would look after my every need. They set up a viewing so we could say our last goodbyes. She had her own little pink coffin and engraved plaque with her name on it. My beautiful angel was treated with so much respect and care. Our beautiful friend Lisa's funeral was the most dignified, moving and breathtaking funeral most of us have ever attended. The passion, kindness and level of commitment to honoring Lisa was so humbling and lifted us all up during such a sad and hard time. I would highly recommend White Lady Funerals at Hillcrest, we ( my family ) were being looked after by Kristy & her lovely team of ladies, they were all amazing, kind, caring, helpful, warm, patient, seen to all our needs, helped over & above, nothing was too hard, easy to talk to, couldn't fault them in anything they did, from start to finish they were very compassionate & professional. Dad would have been so proud, he had the perfect farewell, which was made easier / possible by these loving ladies. Thank you ladies for all you did for us & dad in these difficult times.

I don't normally take the time to post reviews, but in this case I feel I should. We recently used White Lady at Hillcrest for my Mother in law's funeral. From the first time we made contact, through to the funeral, all the ladies were caring and compassionate and made us feel at ease with the process. Even with Covid19 restrictions, we feel that they did everything they could to give my Mother in law a fitting send off. Thank you!

This was a very low level experience with white lady hillcrest, very outdated, very rushed service, very unengaged staff not all but almost all, I personally was shocked when I overheard one of the lady's talk to another lady about a gay member in out family, disgrace. Such a shame my family choose this place as it was not that good

I was not happy with all the gaslighting and being left in the dark. The lounge area is way too small. I didn’t feel supported or part of the planning process. I would not recommend. I give no stars but had to click 1. They are also way overpriced, you are paying for a gimmick, a label not the service

The White Lady's are so caring and kind, they gave my family the best support and service at such a devastating time. There white uniforms looked lovely on the day of the funeral and everything way done with grace and sophistication.

Going through one of the hardest times in my life, White Ladies funerals were so supportive, caring and understanding. Everything I wanted was achieved and more, nothing was to hard. Thank you
