Whole Foods: it is what it is. Everyone knows the pros and cons of shopping there: the foods tastes superior, but the price point reflects it, and then some. At least most of people who work there, in my experience, are usually laid back, upbeat and friendly, even when I walk in 5 min. before closing with my Amazon returns. It wouldn't be right to complain about the prices, because this is a known fact prior to visiting the store. If you don't want to pay substantially more for food that is sustainably and organically sourced, and is usually, but not always, noticeably tastier than that from other markets, don't shop there. The only thing I will say on the downside is that they breakdown the salad bar, and other buffet-style serving areas, well before closing; but I get it: they want to go home when the store closes--not an hour later. If I worked there, and I could get away with it, I'd do the same thing. But it's a bummer to go in there at 8:30p expecting to get a scrumptious salad at the salad bar, only to find that it's already the process of being covered up/put away for the night. The produce is usually better than the produce found almost anywhere I've shopped in Las Vegas; when it's not better, it's not worse. It's just average. But when it is better, which is usually, it's not just a little better. It's exponentially better. I forgot what tomatoes and carrots tasted like, having not tasted any with any noticeable flavor in so long, until I tried ones from Whole Foods awhile back. I've said it before and I'll say it again: You get what you pay for. I've had a few disappointments shopping there, but for the most part, if you want the best, this is it.

Great place, especially in the section where they have the sweets and where they have the breads in the meat as well, they have the açai bowls and they are really really good. There are sables are so good that you could pretty much get these almost nowhere as the açai in the things they’re made in two ways they are small and they are large as well, I think it is two scoops for the small one and three scoops for the large one. You can also call Lynn and they will make it for you and prepare it for you. I called in and they prepared it and they made it in about 10 minutes or a little less, I just arrived and I picked it up and it was very good and very helpful. The lady Katie made some açai bowls and they were really good and she’s always there to pay. So I really like all the attention and the place is really clean two and they take a lot of care of it so I really recommend you stop by and also call Lynn for the açai bowl. I think they have the mango in the coconut and a lot of different other one so make sure you take yours and make sure you call Lynn for a great service. Everything is flash everything is really quick and even as an Amazon customer it’s actually really quick when you just order it and pick up. They also have an Amazon locker in there which are use a lot and I think them for making it so easy and simple

The area where food is "prepared" & the hot/cold bar areas are gross. I went to buy some cold items and it is disgusting behind the glass. There is grime, old rotting food and dried up who knows what in all cracks & crevices. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. You'd think an over priced "high end" grocery store would follow rules and health protocols set by OSHA & the health department. I definitely decided not to purchase any prepared food & I'd recommend not eating anything from the salad bar or hot bars. I overheard an employee saying there is ice build up at the cold bars & management doesn't care. Apparently the hot bar recently caught on fire b/c something dripped on wires. Also, staffing is noticeably absent & the employees looked miserable and angry and seem to hate their job. The coffee bar area is nasty too. I went to grab bread and you can look into the area. Everything looked like a filthy, disorganized mess. I don't think this Whole Foods practices proper food safety procedures and they should be visited by the Health Dept and OSHA. They're pretty much an Amazon grocery store so I doubt anyone really cares about quality control anymore. I'll never shop there again. Worst Whole Foods I've ever been in.

About 6 years ago I wrote on how great this Whole foods location was . It's been a while but over the years I have visited every location in town. However, in todays visit ,my spouse and I were near by to stop in for some lunch. She got a salad and I tried to order my usual , a turkey , bacon and avocado sandwich. Now in all my years , as large as whole foods is I find it hard to believe that they would run out of anything. Especially BREAD! The lady at the counter said my only option was chibatta. Then they say they are out of bacon. You mean to tell a large store such as this one you out of bread?? I see racks and racks of bread but they can't figure out to grab some bread off the rack and offer it to customers?? Is that so freaking hard ? No of course not. Management is incompetent and is the store is full of excuses. I even heard a smoothie counter person tell another customer they can't make a certain drink because of a broken machine. How the hell does a manager allow the store to be in a position to have broken down equipment, out of bread , out of bacon?? The manager or managers should all be FIRED ! Thats not how you run a supermarket!!

This lady was walking around and bending over counters and had no pants on. This was so gross and so rude. One man was covering his daughters eyes and said to his wife “no pants!” I was shocked that they allowed this person in the store dressed this way. She was talking to all the staff and nobody said anything. I didn’t appreciate her bent over the counter in front of my husband and my 4 year old behind them in line. Totally inappropriate. I walked up from grabbing something in a different aisle and couldn’t believe it. Everyone around her was staring and pointing behind her back, shaking their heads and shocked. I usually enjoy shopping here, but this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and awkward. From the reactions of everyone else around her, I wasn’t the only one.

Convenient location off 95 on West Lake Mead. Lots of parking and handicap accessible. The carts and hand baskets and handy wipes are located before the entrance. Very nice, colorful and organized interior. Everything is priced for your convenience. There were several employees on the floor in case you needed help. The person who helped me was very friendly and answered my question. This is a little smaller than their other stores. You should be able to find what you need. They have a section for ordering food to go. The cashier was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. If you are an Amazon member you get 5% rebate and special item sales price. You can drop off your Amazon return here and/or pickup your package.

This is a overall a good Wholefoods with all the foods you normally love to buy at a Wholefoods. Some of the staff are outwardly friendly and nice. However, just know that the carts are quite a bit smaller than other Wholefood stores. I have to take two carts when shopping for a week here, as opposed to just one cart at the next closest Wholefoods. Another negative is that the isles are narrower and they seem to have a harder time at keeping baked goods as fresh. Perhaps this is because it is also a more crowded Wholefoods. There is usually a line at the popular shopping times. The Amazon drop-off gets a bit crowded. Another upside is that it is right next to a large Barnes and Nobles and not far from Target.

Rude at the Amazon return I’m Hispanic born in America this lady in Saturday did not say hello or nothing and I said damn no hello or nothing okay so she scans my returns and I say thank you all she said was Aham just because ur white doesn’t give you the right to treat Hispanics like ur better my husband is Native American he’s the real American here not ur white skin also at the parking another white lady through coffee Right outside my car door this proves most white females are Karen’s she was rude for no reason at the parking lot she drives a green Kia soul I remember her plate stared with 800 she was putting her baby and the back she was rude for no reason because she’s white.

  • Julian Quesada

This is a pretty good Whole Foods. A little on the smaller side from what I'm used to. The aisle signs don't really match up with the items in the aisle so it was hard to find what I was looking for. I was also upset to find that there was no kitchen tools aisle since I was looking for a frying thermometer. Luckily the staff here is very, very helpful. The staff helped me find everything I was looking for. The butcher was very kind and talkative. The cashier even told me about scanning my Amazon prime membership which was something I didn't know about. I'd give 5 stars for service but only 4 overall because the aisles need some reorganization in my opinion.

  • Eterniti C.

I won't lie, the prices were pretty steep. However, for most things they also offered the store brand and that's what I mostly ended up getting. It's dairy-free, gluten-free, organic, etc. heaven! Catering to dietary restrictions can be expensive but like I mentioned before, for lots of things you can get the store brand. The picture I included was of gluten-free no-boil lasagna! Didn't know what to expect but it was very yummy. It's clean, I love the atmosphere, you get discounts if you are an Amazon Prime member, and you can return packages here with no shipping label, box, or anything else.

Someone needs to keep a watch on the meat department. A few times I went there and found inferior products. The sausage that is made in house was wxtremely full of fat and they were laughing about it. Todayi went there to buy chicken that was on sale and they were passing off the chicken in the case as the only one on sale and it didn't even look like the Mary's organic chichen.i ended up purchasing the package chicken which I was told was not on sale but when I checked out it rang up the sale price. Lied to again by this guy at the meat counter

  • M A

Disappointing. This was my first time at this WF, I usually go to Green Valley. I wanted to buy pizza, it was 7PM, they only had two options. The Artichoke pizza had very little toppings and I could tell the pizzas had been sitting there for a while. I'm also an Amazon Prime member, I tried to enter my number at checkout, I forgot it isn't linked and was going to scan the In Store Code through the app, the woman at the register didn't say anything just looked annoyed, voided incorrect number. We didn't scan the app and just paid.

Really not as nice as the Charleston store in Summerlin. Some meats & fish are not presented as nicely or packaged the same as Summerlin store. The pastry counter Is All ways half or more empty Every time I come to this location & end up driving over to the Summerlin store anyway. Saturday morning before noon pastry counter mostly empty before noon. Was told baker left early, Then told cooler was out, Then told that everything was sold before noon all in one visit to the store.REALLY? Get it together. Saturday not stocked.

  • Jeri Braccialarghe

Smaller store with so many choices. Friendly cashiers & considerate employees that actually give pleasant warning when they pass with large loads. Terrific fresh strawberries & other fruits & produce at moderate prices. Helpful sales in every area I searched. Excellent vitamin & supplements selection. Clean, organized, & easy to find areas many labeled on wall like Bakery, Frozen Foods etc so easy to use. People who shop there were also friendlier without the run over or into you pace. I’ve gone back for routine items.

  • Evie Harper

This is my first trip to Whole Foods! The Deli bar did not disappoint and I found the buffala cheese I was looking for. Over priced as expected, and I definitely wouldn’t make this my regular grocery store. Go to the meat counter were helpful when I was looking for something and needed some assistance. We asked for forks at the deli counter, and they told us they would be upfront by the cashiers. Cutlery was completely out of stock as was napkins in the dining area.

  • Samuel Mandello

Whole Foods Market was great, workers @11:30am stocking the food goods on the shelving. Cashier was friendly and asked if I was an Amazon Prime Member which I am she had me pull my Amazon Prime application up on my cell phone and I was able to get a Whole Foods discount Code which the cashier scanned and then I was able to save $ 2.60 off my purchase. Great, I didn't know that I was able to save $$$$ with my Amazon Membership. at Whole Foods Market.

  • Jason Daugherty

Everything is fresh, from the fruits and vegetables, too the olive bar . They have a very good meat and seafood department , the prices match the quality. Also they have a hot bar where you can stop by just to get a bite to eat. Great selection of beer and wine. Prime members get some special deals, if you are it's a plus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And make you feel like you want to come back again and again.

  • Yogi Beyondananda

Whole Foods Market is a great place to get your Vegan and organic on. I'm not a huge fan of their prices, but I like the quality. I think its a great place to shop if you have food allergies, as their shelves are full of gluten free and alternative sweetener options as well as some other things I didn't mention. If quality is more important than price to you, (not a judgment, as this includes myself), then this is your place.

  • Desiree Fuentes

The lady didn’t seem like she knew how to make my smoothie. We had to wait 15 mins for two smoothies. Then once we finally got them one wasn’t blended all the way. It had a whole stem. They both had a weird attitude. I asked for it to be remade which they did but she didn’t even say sorry about it and then didn’t even acknowledge me when she gave me the new drink. Bad customer service. I’ll go to a different Whole Foods.

  • TJ Bland

I love Whole foods this trip I came looking for low carb muffins that I can only find on Amazon. Since Amazon is now partners with Whole foods I figured they would have them but they unfortunately did not. The buffet in Summerlin is really good but found the one on Lake Mead needed more attention lots of stuff looked dried out. I found the meat department to have lots of good quality. Good service and very clean.

  • Blessed Faith

Shoutout to the human being who interviewed /hired the sweet, Kind, compassionate employee SHAYNA in the JUICE BAR who definitely represented herself as a WHOLEFOODS Employee . On 4/1/23 I visited to grab a juice for my daughter before her basketball game the fact she took time to listen when I gave my daughter the drink she noticed this kind message from Shayna keep being the gem that you are

  • Cole Johnson

Their prepared food bar labels did not match the actual food that had been put out, so I unknowingly selected food I have an allergy for and was poisoned. I get to suffer the next few days because their process is error prone and poor. I called and spoke with them, doesn’t sound like they have any plans to change their process and it’s up to me to ask a worker if they’re accurate.

  • Eric Kent

The parking lot at this location is terrible. Everytime I go there I have fresh scratches or dents in my car. Also the cart returns are not convenient and the curb surrounding the front of the building is abnormally high, not like normal WF locations where the whole front is sloped down to the parking lot level. There's only one small ramp to get your cart to your car.

  • ARI

I noticed the cashier slamming all my groceries down on the belt from the basket as if she had a attitude. Mind you I bought only produce items. Then the bagger had the nerve to put heavy oranges on top of grapes & cilantro. Learn how to bag correctly so you don’t damage the food I plan on eating. And the cashier needs to check her attitude or else get a new job.

  • Martha S

I was home from the hospital, l was talking to my sister, wishing for some fresh Halibut, the next day, Whole Foods delivered a package of Halibut, sent by my sister. Tonight l defrosted it, for $38.00, l got a 10 inch , by 1/8th inch skin on tail, and 2 small pieces, l would have laughed if the butcher tried to pass this off in person. Shame on you Whole Foods.

  • Stefania Giovenco

They have your general fixings you would expect and want from a whole foods but the hot bar was alarmingly bad and undesirable. Mind you it was approaching the late afternoon early dinner hour on a Monday so I would have thought fresh options might have been available but everything looked crusted over and truly like it had been sitting out since 9am...

  • Miya Bradley

I never seem to get great service at the butcher counter. Each time I go, no one acknowledges my presence, or they take a really long time to finally help me despite no one being around. Also they told me the king crab was $27.99/ lb then rung It up as $36.99/ lb. When I asked about it, I got an attitude. I love whole foods but I hate this location

  • sherry siedlecki

I really appreciate the abundance of products Whole Foods carry. Always spotless. So clean and always very organized. It’s more like an intriguing shopping experience. I absolutely love Whole Foods. It is very expensive, but there’s a trade off with the quality of their products. It feels special to shop at Whole Foods. To me it’s a real treat.

  • Rob Hamilton

Loved our first trip although the only thing I didn't like was that I still have to go to Albertsons or Smith's anyways just to finish my shopping list. Food wise I am happy but I still need non food items they don't sell. That's the only negative I can think of. Fruits and veggies are far and away better than regular grocery stores.

  • Scott De Jack

Whole foods is a food lover's delight. Their shelves are lined with stuff that's just a level up from any other grocery store and I wish I afford to eat every day in the hot n cold food/salad bar/ deli counter- w/ freshly made Pizza, Mexican bowls and burritos, custom sandwiches and desserts which line one side of the store!

  • Jamie Smith

Have never been stereotyped or followed around a store until today. Asian lady sweeping in a cap was shouting at the cashier to check my cart before i was even done unloading it. Super rude and not even the job she should have been focused on. Long time whole foods client here. Will never return to this location

  • Astrid Lopez

If you are returning any Amazon product don’t used this store On 10/6/23 I return a item and the young man after scanning my paquete label refused to give me a return label like I normally get at kohl’s You don’t needed it he said you will get a EMail 12 days have pass and no redound on my account

  • Lexi

I was looking for a fruit platter today, I was directed to 6 people to get help. Melanie in the prepared foods was extremely rude! She spoke with an attitude, then said she was going to assist me and never came back! Everyone else was nice and helpful, I did end up finding what I was looking for.

  • Vicki Lipsky

Good service. Love the bakery section. Just went there yesterday. Brought their watermelon juice. Love it! Helpful people too. No cash back though, was disappointed because I always could get cash back before . So I had to drive to my bank. Good store for some items. Good fish but its pricey.

  • The Lazy Goblin

Prices are high. Quality is too, but... Jesus. I'm too poor to eat good food. *edit below* That's a cute cookie cutter response.... but you aren't going to make healthy food available to low income families. So... I dont accept your response. It's a fake attempt at caring

  • Jen B

Stopped by Whole Foods to return an Amazon package. Quick and easy way to return a package. Staff friendly and helpful. Note, you must have the QR code from Amazon's app to initiate a return. UPDATE: Much improved return process with more people working the return desk.

  • Lucy Ouano

What could be better than going to a small gathering and Santa!! The real one, my granddaughter is convinced he was real. The space is small enough for 25+ people. The photo opt spaces was great. It was a bit hidden from the street so more signage would be great …

  • John Berg

Wow. Overpriced, sad produce. On a lark we got the Kentucky Bourbon marinated kabobs. MISTAKE. Fantastic flavor, but the "beef" was a combination of grizzle (60%), fat (30%) and tender beef (10%). Very pricey, criminal. (Great beer selection, though, but go to Total.)

  • Kurt Smith

Went to this shopping center to have some yogurt from Yogurtland. This location has been through a few renovations, but it’s a nice place with a good selection of stores. Several food options up front by Lake Mead (Firehouse Subs, Yogurtland, Five Guys, and Blaze).

  • Soléil McCants

Terrible customer service. I was already in line. The next person in line actually. The cashier rang up the customer in front of me then turned off her light and told me to go to another lane. Of course me and my four items suddenly is behind a big order

  • adam dardeck

I'm not a fan of this chain. Their prices are way too high. The selections are very limited. This was a different market before Whole Foods took over. It's too small for a Whole Foods store. The staff is fine, the parking is great. Nice little center.

  • Sandra Cameron

Way smaller fresh produce section than any other Whole Foods I have been at before. However 1 star as the staff does not know what produce code they are putting in and think broccoli is asparagus. So keep your eyes on what they try to charge you here

  • CJ

If you want to find a lot of vegan products come here. Staff are always willing to help and make you feel like home. The quality of the food is outstanding. Produce is always fresh. I love all their 365 products and highly recommend their juice bar.

  • Logan Adkins

Always stocked. Wonderful staff (Patricia is one of a kind....we love her!) Ty guys! Highly recommend this particular whole foods. Updated 2022: still high energy high vibe store. Still Patricia at checkout #1. Still 5 stars! Love this place.

  • Cathy McLaughlin

The smell walking into this store is always so hypnotizing for me. It's clean, the aisles are neat and organized. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The amazon prime sales prices are displayed in places you can see. Love this store!

  • Tomilynn Clark

The store is clean and organized. The clients that go to Whole Foods are a different breed. I enjoy many of there items but its not a place to shop if you have a big family to feed. It’s expensive and specific to a certain demographic.

  • Amanda C

Whole Food Market is a neat place to shop and their food bars have awesome meal in there too. The area is clean, organized, and people who work there are friendly and polite. Although it can be pricey, the quality can be good :)

  • Mr Polo

Great salad bar. Fresh and crispy. Very nice overall. Really enjoyed the large calm sitting area to relax and eat my salad. Great fish and meat counter. Vick and associate was very polite and smiles. You both took a nice photo.

  • Kay

Amazon counter has poor customer service, they are not helpful for troubleshooting and they are not solution oriented. Do a better job next time especially for your older elderly customers. They deserve assistance too.

  • Marcus H

Worst Whole Foods store. Hi employee if don’t want to help please go home. Why you work here. Ridiculous. Very bad management of the store. I don’t ask you help, I looking to find my stuff. Very bad customer service!

  • Alisha Hetrick

The staff here is so amazing !!! We come here for the paleo chicken dinners, great price for healthy food. With amazon prime linked they way it is, it makes it even easier to check out and go make some yummy food !

  • jasmineandsilvia

I always seem to get horrible customer service here. I live close by and would be doing more shopping if the workers weren't so rude. No greeting and literally 0 acknowledgement while I was checking out. …

  • Blaker Giron

Great place for a healthy lunch. As most people know they have a huge selection of vegan and organic goods and produce. I would definitely recommend Whole Foods for a quick bit or shopping for groceries.

  • Lesia Ambrose

Great customer service! Huge selection! I love the deli and organic area! The temperature outside today was 39 degrees but the air conditioner had to have been on?! I was frozen b4 check out …

  • Hash H

This is my favorite section over there. Kind of pricey but it is good quality. Employers (especially cashier) are not much friendly. They have to be more polite at least welcome. It is a clean store.

  • HeatherMarie Gibson

Soooo disappointing that the hours changed early morning shopping before work was the best and the best breakfast ever has now come to an end. Why the change after all these years... DISAPPOINTING

  • S Bryson-Karr

I enjoyed shopping here [except for the need to wander around looking for things because I was unfamiliar with the store!] The staff was friendly and helpful. The butcher was quite knowledgeable.

  • Sonya Bryson-Karr

Nice, clean store. Friendly and helpful staff. Butcher was well-versed in all meats and cuts asked about. Prices are higher than most other stores, due to more organic/healthier fare I'm sure.

  • Angela Clark

Great fresh meats and produce. They also have the health and beauty aids that I am looking for. The store is always clean and the associates are always courteous. A great shopping experience.

  • Lily Mark

Very clean and staff is always so friendly and helpful. I wish they bring back the cold sesame noodles again. I would buy it every day. I was told that was discontinued. That is a shame.

  • Evelyn Simmons

Love the fresh Salmon Wild Caught! Pricey store. Instead of making folk hve prime membership to think they hve a discount just give them a discount! I go there dmfor Salmon and food bar!

  • Zach Trujillo

Came to return a couple items ordered from Amazon. The entire process was easy. You can complete the return yourself or they have a dedicated associate that can complete the return.

  • Corina

I go to Whole Foods a LOT - all over the country for work, but especially at home in Los Angeles. Never have I been to a Whole Foods with such kind, friendly, and loving employees.

  • Jessica A

Returning Amazon packages? My son and I always have to smell the soap and essential oils. We love this place! It smells amazing and is always so clean. The staff are friendly, too.

  • Richard Poirier

My first time shopping at Whole Foods. It won't be my last. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Large selection of beers, wine, fresh produce, fruits and vegetables.

  • Alley B

Favorite place ever. The customer service can be poor from time to time so be ready for that. Other than that, the quality of the products here are unmatched.

  • biz888 “biz888” D

I come here mostly to return my amazon purchases. Staffs are always attentive. As for products, they are pretty good. Just a little more pricey than Sprouts.

  • Aliceson Mannino

Very clean and plenty of staff to answer questions. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Lots of variety and the freshest produce I've ever seen!

  • Andre Jackson

I love this lil store. Especially their tarts, they are so good. Please if you haven't already, go there, do some shopping and of course try the tarts

I always buy chicken feet for my collagen chicken soup and my 7 almond flour tortillas and am ready to cook flour tortillas and buffalo ground meat.

  • Stephanie Mitchell

Always a great shop, although, lunch hot bar was not out at 12pm today. Amazon Prime customers don't forget to use your in- store code for discount

  • Maria-Danielle Braxton-Echols

Very friendly, helpful staff. LOVE the produce section, (better than Sprouts). No reason to complain about the prices, (if you're a Prime Member).

This location is small but clean and has friendly staff. The food is good when ordering and they have things that other stores don't offer.

  • Denise Foster

You can always count on Whole Foods to have lactose free milk. I have been to several Smith's, Walmart, and Albertsons and they were out.

  • Gabrielle Slutzkin

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Short lines, nice customer service, clean store etc. Also it has a decent amazon drop off in it.

  • ToneMan

This location constantly has bums in the parking lot and by the entrance harassing customers and store managers do nothing about it.

  • DJ Plumcrazy

Always keeps innovative brands on the shelf. We shop here on the reg. Just cold af in the whole store during the winter months.
