This was probably the WORST experience I have ever had, anywhere. If I could give 0 stars that would be way more accurate. We went to the Innes location, arriving at 5:45pm. Had to wait a little bit for the table, understandable. Within a few minutes of sitting down, placed our order, cheese bread and wings. It took over an hour to get 1 plate of wings and once they arrived we asked where our appetizer was, the response we got was "I forgot" even after I saw the waitress write down our order on the notepad. 30 minutes after we finally got our food, they got our sauces wrong on the wings and the couple next to us who arrived 30 minutes after we sat down, got their food at the same time we did and they ordered only 1 plate of wings also. This was by far the WORST service I have ever received. Upon telling the server how our wings were after the fact because I wasn't waiting another hour for them to change the sauce, I told her it was wrong and she said "oh, I will have to check that". This was after we had paid, why bother checking now? On top of that the food we got made me sick to my stomach. Not once did they apologize for how horrendous this service was, or the fact that half our order didn't come and when it came it was incorrect. We should have walked out the few times we discussed it. We asked for cutlery and only got a fork to eat our boneless wings with... Do not go to this location. The Kanata location is by far 100% better and I will be driving the 30 minutes if I ever decide to go to Wild Wings again.

The food was fine. What you'd expect from Wild Wings, over priced but decent wings. What wasn't fine was the fact that I placed an online order to be picked up at 5pm. I placed my order at 12pm, and I had to wait until about 5:20 before my order was finished. When I got to the restaurant, there was another client waiting and a third showed up right after me, and we all got the same line from the waitress: "it'll be a few minutes", no ETA no updates, they just brushed us under the rug. When I asked the waitress about the wait, she said they recieve online orders 20 minutes before the pick up time... I opted to order on their site to avoid surcharges on Uber Eats or Skip the Dishes, and this was my result. Oddly enough Uber and Skip orders got picked up repeatedly while we all waited. I find it odd that during this pandemic when people are all hurting financially and the restaurant could use every dollar it can get to justify staying open, and then I use their online ordering system I'm waiting for twenty minutes with hungry people at home... Last time I order from here. Unacceptable. Either the cooks are wasting time/unable to do their job, or their online order system is extremely flawed. Neither are our problem as customers. Fix this....

This one is both a good and bad place to eat out, let me explain. The atmosphere and decor is very mid-western but fits the style very well with their southern-inspired menu. It's a great looking place, however the staff are usually a hit or miss. I've been here countless time but my experience is never the same. I'll either get a server who is very kind-hearted and polite who knows her work, or I'll get an emotionless, impolite server who messes up my order from the drink, to forgetting to ask if I'd like a dipping sauce with my wings (yes, I would). The wings are also a hit or miss. Either you get a tender wing covered in just enough sauce, or you get a soggy, under-cooked wing that tastes like water on the inside and vinegar on the outside. Also, it's never usually busy in there. 4/5 times we are the only ones eating there, feels awkward. Really, it's a hit or miss with this place. They have a lot of sauce options for wings, but that's about all that is special with WW. 3/5 for me, haven't been there in a while and don't plan on it.

If i could give no star I would. My girlfriend and I went to wildwings. Our server was a older lady who never served us. She took out food order after 10mins and we waited 45mins to even see another server. My girlfiend went in to see if they put the order through. They did not. Another table showed up after us and they got served and there food before us. The server made the best effort to advoid our table. Even when serving the table beside us she would not speak to us. Tarrible tarrible service. There was a gentlmen server that checked on us more then our old women server did. When paying for the bill we had to physically walk in and attempt to pay. The process for just a cash payment took longer then 5 mins. Never will I reccomend or suggest to go to wild wings especally this location. You will only receive terrible service and loud music. I recommend you don't waste your time and visit another restaurants. I would have walked if I could.

We went in a couple days ago for date night. Our server was nice, and our wings were tasty, but everything else was pretty underwhelming. We ordered a few appetizers (the mozzarella sticks, breaded mushrooms and loaded potato skins), and only made it through our mozzarella sticks. The breaded mushrooms were terrible, not warm at all, cold mushrooms and very watery and soggy inside the breading. The loaded potato skins were piping hot, and when we started eating them I noticed that they were incredibly dry. I also had a burger with fries which was nothing more than "just okay". There was a trend with the majority of our food (excluding the wings of course), which was the lack of flavour. Everything else we had from the mushrooms to my burger lacked flavour and didnt seem like it was seasoned at all. It was very bland. As I previously said, our server was very polite, as well as the wings are why I didnt give a 1 star rating. I would still return, but only for wings and drinks, nothing else.

I'm not sure how the ratings from guides and others rate this place above a 3. I'm not that picky but the service here is bad at best. Wife and I walked in and got seated, then waited ..... and waited. Others (friends of the staff) got seated after us, were served and received their drinks, still we waited. The manager (owner?) came out and started chatting with a nice table of 3, though we made eye contact.....and still we waited. Giving up hope of ever being served, my wife and I packed up and made our way to the lovely, and friendly 5 Guys across the parking lot. But prior to leaving I expressed my displeasure to the manager. He said 'sorry about that', I looked at him with hope for more still in my eye..... and waited....and waited. Wife pulled me out and we enjoyed a wonderful burger and free peanuts. TL;DR - we waited then left. food is average, service and management are dreadful. Hit 5 Guys Instead

I am very disappointed in this location. I placed a take out order tonight on the phone. I ordered 1single order of classic honey garlic and 1 single order of classic some beach. My mom gets to the restaurant and there is TWO orders of HONEY GARLIC and no orders of some beach. After explaining to the girl that there is most definitely only one order of honey garlic as I personally hate honey garlic, the staff member continued to argue with my mom saying no it was two orders of honey garlic. She refused to make the order of some beach and forced my mom to purchase both orders of honey garlic. Terrible customer service and a waste of food and money. And entire order of wings went into the garbage because the staff member thought she was right. I have ordered many times here and always get the same type. I no longer will be ordering from this location. The staff member heard incorrectly and should have apologized and gotten the some beach order made.

Made a reservation for 530. Did not receive food until 620. Nothing complicated was ordered and it was not that busy. No apologies for the wait. Went with two small children to the restaurant (in the name) and every single tv was playing the ufc fight. When I asked for them to change one of the tvs to something else, the employees acted like I was crazy for asking that. I was told that they advertise that they play the UFC fights but there was no sign on the door or anything to indicate that it was on tonight. I was told it was a sports bar so I should expect that to be on even though it isn’t called a bar, it’s called wild wing RESTAURANT.

Overall a very good first experience eating at Wild Wings. There was only 1 server and 1 cook for a Saturday lunch service which seemed odd. Service was a bit slow due to this. We weren’t in a rush so it was fine. I found the prices to be super reasonable for the size of meals. If you shared the duo wings there would be more than enough for two people to share and would equal about $20 each with tax & tip. There are a ton of wing sauces to choose from. The fries were well seasoned. The chicken was very good quality with a good crisp to it. The wings were large but not fatty which was great. Overall would return.

Service was decent. It's what I expected given that COVID is still a thing. Speaking of which I did see quite a few staff members either walking around without their masks on at all or some were pulled down right around their mouths. That made me a bit uncomfortable, thankfully they never came near me. My waitress always had her mask on properly. For some reason it took like 40 mins to get my wings though. It shouldn't take that long when it's not busy. The cost though is my biggest complaint. It shouldn't cost $55 for 2lbs of wings and 2 beers. I know that any Wild Wings places are usually more expensive than it should be, but that was a bit much. I likely won't go back and wouldn't suggest to anyone to go there unless you're fine with overpaying for what you get.

I ordered the Double wings (1x honey garlic and 1x Smokey Blues) and had them delivered by Uber Eats. The food arrived at a great temperature and it had tons of sauce. In the additional instructions, I told them that it was part of my wife’s birthday gift as she loves wings. This location went above and beyond to make this order special. They wrote a Happy Birthday note on the bag and added in some birthday candles and a treat for my wife. With this being her second COVID birthday, she was feeling sad not being able to spend it with family and friends, but this extra done by Wild Wing Orleans made her so happy. I just want to say thank you for helping make her day special. 1000/10 will recommend and order again. Oh, and the wings were the best I’ve ever had!

I decided to go on my trip to go to Ottawa, my family and I would like to get some wings, after reading reviews and I was hesitant, but this was the closest place and I thought I would give it a shot. Since my arrival, I was surprised by the friendly server, I was able to get served drinks and food quickly while there was 2 huge parties there. Food was good and after reading other reviews that prices are expensive, it's no different than the prices in Toronto. I'm not sure why other claim to be expensive. I was told that this place is under new management. My experience was exceptional, I believe they are currently they are changing for the better. I would definitely return to this location on my next trip for more wings and beer for sure

Waitress was training a new staff.. kitchen staff spent alot of time talking... we are a table of two.. Mac bites came then nada... we ordered wings, salad and fries... the fries could have come with the Mac bites then we can both eat? Anyways this isn't an establishment we will frequent again.. also I'm celiac.. the waitress let me question the menu as opposed to letting me know the options... again the training... don't direct in front of customers and be mindful of your tables... also don't drop an empty Frank's bottle I'd like hot sauce please.... food is fabulous and servings generous.. perhaps stick to Uber eats ;) psst the top of the empty Frank's is cracked and doesn't seal ;)

Always tasty wings, but if you want to call an order in ahead of time to make sure it's ready to pick up, don't bother. With an hour's notice, our order was never entered. Then, the staff offered to make up the order (boneless triple) in 5 minutes. I asked for a minute to check with our party in the car who was waiting outside for 10 minutes while I chased the order at the bar. In the span of the 30 seconds before I came back inside, the wings were made up for someone else, and would have now taken 15 minutes at least to put through. I've ordered takeout from this location many times before without many issues or delays. This time was, needless to say, very disappointing.

Ants were in our food tonight. It started with 1 on the plate I was served my wing dips on. We told the server and when she returned from telling the manager she told us they would discount our bill by 50-%. As we proceeded to eat we discovered 4 more ants. I brought them to the server in a napkin and asked her to show the manager. We piled our half eaten meals and since the manager hadn’t bothered to come to see us, my father went to find her to complain. The server came after my father returned to the table and billed us for the alcoholic drinks we’d had. Never did meet the manager and in hindsight we shouldn’t have paid for our drinks. Disgusting and shocking.

Horrible service with half of the order missing... - tried multiple times to call them to place an order but no one ever picked up. So i decided to drive there to do my order and pick up. - once i arrived it took 10 minutes before a waitress started to take my order. Half way through me giving my order, the phone rang and she gave priority to the phone call instead of finishing up the order of a customer who had taken the time to drive there and had been waiting for an excessively long time. - when i got home with my order. Half of it was missing. I called them back but they offered no help in resolving the issue. Horrible experience and dought i will ever return

  • Yvon Beauregard

Terrible service. Only two tables where full but it took our server a long time to take our order and deliver it to our table. She also mixed up my order and gave me someone else food. We asked for utensils and she only brought enough for half of us. Even took a long time for us to receive water. The worst part was when we paid, my friend asked for change ($5 back) and she never came to give him his money back. I might of understood all the mix ups and slow service if it was busy, but as previously stated, there where only two tables full (plus ours). The only redeeming quality would be the wings, great food ruined by terrible and lazy service.

Let’s talk about businesses that have weathered the storm, shall we? When my wife went to Wild Wing the first time to pick up wings, she commented on how nice the staff were. However, today we placed the order through skip the dishes and only half the order arrived. When my wife called Skip the Dishes to ask what happened, they basically dismissed her. When my wife called Wild Wing to ask what we should have received, the lady on the phone was extremely polite. Furthermore, she fixed the issue without incident. Interestingly enough, there is another wing place even closer to us but we will continue to go to Wild Wing for their great service.

Pretty bad experience. Read the previous reviews and didn’t think it could be that bad as I used to be a very good customer years ago. Was I wrong Friend and I both ordered wings with creamy sauce and the wings came with what felt like just cream sauce. Couldn’t taste the hot sauce on either pound of wings. Decided to ask for hot sauce on the side and the server brought a nice bottle of franks. awesome ! Until I realized there was dirty bbq or honey garlic all over the bottle from what I’m guessing was someones dirty wing hands. Server wasn’t very please either. Overall. Wouldn’t be back. And won’t be back to this franchise again

When you sit at the bar to watch a little NFL on Sunday afternoons and you hand the bartender a $20 for a $9 tab, why in the world would she feel entitled to a $11 tip by asking if I require any change back? Really! Besides the place being totally empty, I once had to wait over 10 minutes before the bartender finally acknowledged my presence. Damn those iThingies! Excluding one exceptional bartender, who is unfortunately no longer there, management needs to have a serious look into their hiring practices. The loss of productivity in this place is astounding and I wouldn't be surprised to see a " out of business " sign posted soon

  • Ana Bjermeland

My husband and I ordered boneless wings (Tuesday special 1/2 price wings with purchase of a beverage) and got it for takeout. I got one order red hot and blue and the other hot wings, both with blue cheese dressing on the side. When we unwrapped our order, we only got sourcream, a few sticks of celery and carrot. While the "wings" were drenched in sauce, the side orders of sauce weren't as ordered. My son ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap and was quite satisfied (lots of fries left over). Next time I should check the order before leaving the restaurant. Otherwise staff were patient and friendly on the phone and person.

  • Chris Jabalah

Ordered 4 pounds of wings for the table, all fries came either cold or raw. When mentioning it to the waitress, she said okay I’ll let the kitchen know. Waitress then avoided our table. My guess is she knew we were upset and didn’t want to talk to us again. When billing me out, she asked me how my experience went, and I told her it was bad, did nothing to try and rectify the situation. Staff don’t really care which shows by the way they handle situations of this nature. All in all, will never come back to this location. Avoid at all costs.

I really enjoyed my experience at this location. I had to kill some time, so i stopped in for some wings and a glass of wine. The food was delicious, saucy wings, and served hot. The service was very friendly I was eating alone and enjoyed having a nice conversation with the waitress. She was very friendly and kind. The hostess also was very friendly and found me the perfect cozy table. I highly recommend.

I’ve been to many wild wing… and this one is the absolute worst one in the greater Ottawa region. The Kanata location is by fare the best. We arrived and waited to be seated.. oh yea.. I forgot to mention there was almost no one there.. lol.. then waited for about 25 minutes just to have the owner.. well I believe she was the owner serve us the meal… the very cold meal.. and I do mean cold. Then offered to reheat it.. because God forbid they would make a new batch. I will stay clear from this location and continue to visit Kanata. At least I know my wings will be fresh and… lol.. warm when I’m served.

  • Kyle Mccrea

Did not have a bad meal here until this evening, beer tasted watery (even for a coors light), order was messed up where wings that were supposed to be breaded and non-spicy came out non-breaded and spicy. The water tasted like it came out of a sprinkler, and the wings that were made correctly for myself seemed like they had been sitting for a while (barely warm) and unfortunately two of them had a very odd mouldy taste near the end of them which killed my appetite. Service was good but unfortunately that is not why you go to wild wing..I want to support local but this is just a heads up for others.

  • Maher Jebara

Very very very rarely do I give one star and I usually have a good comment to say regardless. This is a strong exception. Allow me to begin: First it took a long time to get served although the place was empty on a friday night. When order was placed it took a while to get the food even though we just ordered fried food. When food arrived it did not taste good at all. I have been to wild wings before like the one in Kanata and that place is fabulous. I was hoping this location would be just as great but it was the opposite. I would recommend you don’t come her or go to another wild wings.

  • Ma Jd

We ordered wings dry, extra crispy and sauce on side, no sauce on wings. Our server apparently didn’t write it down and order came with sauce on wings. There was an argument that we didn’t specify sauce on side not on wings and were told it doesn’t mean anything to us when you order your wings dry. We paid our bill which was $$. We said we wouldn’t be back and the server said well we don’t want you back. It was a quiet Monday night, waited a while for the food.

Edit, edit: Had dinner with my teenage daughter and her friend early on St. Patty's Day. Waitress was wonderful, food was delicious. Vast improvement. Edit: Under new management since I reviewed I have eaten at other Wild Wings but this place just doesn't cut it. Went in around 8ish last night, about 7 tables in total , so not busy. Service was horrendous. Looking at other reviews, it seems to be the common thread. Obviously management doesn't seem to care because reviews from months ago are stating the same. Maybe time to do some house cleaning.

  • Steph Steph

Extremely terrible!!!! I ordered from SkipTheDishes app which was ok but when I placed my order I ordered the foursome btw. So anyways we receive our order and then we’ve noticed none has a side that came with it. On their menu on the SkipTheDishes app did say only the single and double cane with fries. Now personally for 67$ I got 4 boxes with 5-6 wings each. How is this suppose to feed a family and on top of that the wings weren’t that good. It’s way over priced for garbage. I assure you my family and I and friend will never go eat there again.

  • Jameson Bradley

Legitimately awful and over priced. I've had better frozen wings from the oven. My wings were incredibly over seasoned, you could fill a pepper shaker with the remains left over. In addition: My associate's burger bun was rock hard, 100% inedible I didn't receive any vegetables with my order The orders took way longer than they should have (35 minutes and it was fairly dead) My other associate was over-charged, and had to get a new bill Service was awful, took 20 minutes for drinks to come out (again, nobody there). Definitely do not recommend.

  • iain culligan

Very disappointing experience. Waited at the front door for quite awhile without even so much as an acknowledgement from any staff. We were eventually seated and ordered our drinks and wings. Drinks came right away but food still had not arrived well into an hour seated at the restaurant. At this point we asked how long until we would receive the food and were told that there was one table of food that was ahead and it would still be at least 10 more minutes at which point we decided it was time to leave. We paid for our drinks and left.

I've been eating here since my college years, it's been a favorite of mine for a long while and I ordered many times durring the pandemic in hopes to help them stay alive. HOWEVER, last night I was apauled by the service my boyfriend and I received. We sat on the patio along side another group, but we were ignored the entire time by our waitress. It's insane to be at a restaurant for nearly 60 mins before even getting out food. They've lost a loyal customer...

Nothing wrong with food, staff or place. I went there to pickup my order during the pandemic while restaurants are to have curb side pickup / take out. There was at least 10 client inside the restaurant, all the staff worked and interacted closely without masks. I just think that this kind of behaviour puts client, staff at risk and risks setting us back even further in the attempt to allow our businesses to survive and return to a semi normal pre-corona. I am certain they aren’t the only one. But we all need to do our part.

  • Erin McRae

I had the worst experience of my life here. I would never recommend going here because the food was awful and the service was even worse. Not only did the waitress forget multiple food and drink items for my group, the food was so bland I would compare it to eating a sponge. While most places would apologize for the garbage they served we had to pay for food that wasn't even eaten. I would much rather take my money anywhere else than go back to this place. It was like just ripping up money. Definitely not worth it.

  • Sarah Robar

Worst service of my life. I have received better service at McDonald’s. Order an appetizer once it came the waitress didn’t bring plates or utinsels to eat with when ask she brought one fork for the three of us. After waiting 20 min to get a refill on our drinks we finally got this. Then within 5 fives minutes of the food being at our table it was cold which then became a giant waste of money. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning to this location. If I could give a rating of less then 1 I would

I’m rating Wild Wings 5+. Their service is beyond excellent. I had an order with a neighbouring restaurant (Thai Express) that was over an hour late, and nobody was picking up the phone. When I couldn’t get through to the restaurant, I called Wild Wings to ask if they happened to notice if Thai Express was open. The lady I spoke with was amazing! She even went next door, checked in on my order, and pushed the staff to move on it. Next time, I’ll just order with Wild Wings! Thank you so much!

My son and I went out for Wings. Family and friends type atmosphere and seats at the bar. Always sports on the big screen. I ordered mildly Barbq sauce with blue cheese dip and breaded. Very good flavor, cooked perfectly. Side of fresh cut fries. Price normal for the amount of food. Will go back.

Exactly as advertised, a family restaurant with a sports bar feel. Had the dry breaded Cajun wings. Tasty but mild. The server forgot to bring the hot sauce on the side I asked for, but she was very attentive even though the place was busy so that was not an issue. They put the Redblacks game on for us. My wife had one of the honey garlic wings and I don't like those anytime so can't rate them. Plenty of napkins and wipes if you get a little BBQ sauce on your fingers.

  • Natasha Andersen

Great food, but the service can be a bit slow. Undoubtably THE place to go for wings in Ottawa, and their chicken burgers/mains are also very tasty. They have a ton of different sauce options, you can really find something for everyone. It’s also a sports bar, with multiple screens playing different events. As mentioned, service can be a bit slow, so if you’re in a rush ask your server for the next thing you’re going to need when they’re at your table.

  • Michelle Reynolds

So, i find it a bit pricey, but then, chicken wings always are!!! Having said that, excellent service with flexible options. Knowledgeable staff, which is good, because there are so so many options and styles to choose from!! Nice flavours. This location is fantastic, and ideally located within easy walking distance to cinemas, grocery store and much more. A positive experience...though expensive. 23.11$ for one person. Plus tip. #localguide

We observed several staff grabbing dirty dishes - glasses that people had up to their mouths (obviouly), plates with leftover food and utensils, and not washing their hands before taking fresh plates of food out to people. This quite disgusting at any time, but especially during pandemic. Also, they do not have a dedicated fryer for people with allergies. Get with the times Wild Wings!!

3 times I have gone In now with my family, been seated and told someone will be with me... I wait over 30 minutes and not 1 worker checks if we have been helped or even asks if we would like something to drink while we are waiting. Terrible customer service, there were servers walking around and even look at us as we were looking at them waiting to order and they would just walk by. There's no excuse for this.

  • Cora T.

Worst service ever! DONT come here! It took the lady 15 minutes to serve us. We ordered fries and chicken wings. And the food arrived 45 mins later!!! The place was empty! A couple came after us and the got their food and we were still waiting! The server NEVER came to our table to ask anything, we had to wave at her all the time for refills..Sauce on the chicken wings tasted off. Definitely not coming back.

This is a sports bar with a western theme. Kinda loud, this would be a great place to catch "the game", if you like football that is. The food here is mostly your standard bar stuff. The certainly do have wings in a variety of flavors. The staff is friendly and patient and for a bar/restaurant it's pretty well lit. It's a bit on the pricey side. However this would be a good place to bring a crowd.

Service is terrible. The waiters walk past you, not asking if you've been served after seeing you stand their for nearly 15 mins, waiting at the pickup counter. I approached a waitress asking about my order which was overdue, she said she'll look into, then either went on break or finished her shift, walking right past me, not saying someone will be right with you or anything. Horrible service!

  • Tyler Fairchild

Worst food I have ever eaten. Food was bland tasted like the food was frozen and just reheated. Asked for the spinach dip and was told by waitress don’t order it’s terrible, it comes in a frozen package that is thawed. I was shocked how bad the food was. Stomach sore for hours after eating the Swiss mushroom burger. All the food was pale and looked like it was reheated in an oven or microwave

I just had the best service ever. My boyfriend and I stopped in for wings. It was burger day. We decided to give the burgers a try when our servers Alex and Kim told us about them. They were amazing. I want to sincerely thank Alex and Kim they were amazing. We forgot our boxed up fries and Alex came running after us in the parking lot to give them to us. We will definitely be back!

I gave a poor rating a couple of years ago. Upping it to 5 stars. New ownership has made an enormous difference. Well managed, friendly staff that treat you like a guest in their home. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and ready very fast. Chatted with owner at our table was a good 10 minutes. Mo is a very nice, funny guy. Would definitely recommend and return in a heartbeat

  • marc nahhas

The food is good! But the service is really bad! The waitress did not show to the table, neither to refill nor to bring what we requested! Even when we asked for the bill, it took exactly 20 mins (ps we had to ask a second waitress in order to receive the bill). Our waitress ruined our meal, and the restaurant reputation!

Food was just not good. The wings tasted like no name cook from frozen. Service was poor. Restaurant was empty, maybe four tables, but still the server was unresponsive and more interested in chatting with the bartender than waiting tables. Twice we had to ask if our orders were ready because the server forgot them (but got them on the bill no problem). Unlikely to return.

  • Greg McLeod

Dissappointing. Two spinach dips came cold! Two of our groups main course plates came with hair in the food! Meals served but no cutlery on the table - food sat for 5 minutes while we waited for cutlery. Rib portion was very small. Could not have been more dissappointing. We just paid and left as quickly as possible - no coffee or dessert - it was just taking way to long.

Love this wild wing location, we have been loyal customers for years, and Michelle our favourite waitress refers to our son as her “wild wing baby” she has watch him grow up. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to any family member or friend, which I have my parents have also become regulars with my dad and his love of the Gar Par wings. Keep up the great works!!

Am a big supporter of local restaurants during these difficult times. We very often get take out. Love Wild Wings. Great wings, tasty and the service has always been good at the restaurant. We ordered take out and was more than disappointing at the order. So disappointed because the order was so small and definitely not worth the $31 for the double order of wings.

  • Nathalie Robitaille

Very poor service. When on Monday one couple sitting in the back. Really not busy.. it took at lease 20 to 30 minutes before getting serve. we took the special boneless with fries... no crudities no carrots no veggies took a 3 drinks big size.. total 80 $ with no services. We were both disappointed. It used to be really good food and services previously.

  • Andrew Montague

Terribly slow service! If I could give 0 stars, I would. After waiting over an hour (for wings!) we still didn't have our food. The place was clearing out at that point. They told us it would be another 15 minutes for our wings. We left. Can't believe how slow the kitchen was. Waitress was also MIA. They were indifferent when we left. Never coming back!

  • Adam Bainbridge

Bottom line up front, delicious wings!! As it should be with a wings restaurant, they have a great selection of flavourings. The atmosphere can seem a tad chaotic though, and service can be somewhat slow during peak times. Once again though, certainly delicious wings!

Haven't been to Wild Wings in a while so I decided to take my wife here for dinner. Waited over 50 minutes to get our dinner. Was told by our waiter they were busy because there was a group of 25 in the restaurant. Ok its a Saturday night you know it's going to be busy. I ordered 9 wings and they were extremely small. Was extremely disappointed.

  • JA h

Went there with my girlfriend on the last night before the lock down. Great food (those hot dill pickle wings are awesome, and if you have never tried potato crisp nachos you have to try them, to die for) great service. Even with being busy we were served quickly and food came promptly. I highly recommend, and will be back when we can.

  • Exportman 345

I went to this location this evening. Be prepared for an extra long wait time for your meal...nearly cancelled my order. This, coupled with a highly unfriendly waitress was simply unpleasant. Not the first time this has happened Going forward, my wife and I will go somewhere else. East Side Mario's serves wings...guess we'll go there.

  • Bryce Cormier

Sat down with friends for 20 minutes. The waitress didnt acknowledge us at all. She spent more time in the back or speaking to the bartender to didnt seem happy to be there either. We all got up and went to Lone Star down the road, that gave us 5 star service all the way through. Hire Kate back, she knew what shebwas doing at work!

  • michel quesnel

When we first walked in the restaurant was empty and we where four. we asked for a certain booth by the window and the server responded." This one is for six" there was so many place in the restaurant but we're told to sit to this smaller booth. The service at this wild wing is always very slow. I do not recommend this location.

  • Jessica Baron

So delicious. My favourite spot for wings in Orleans. I had the dried dill and between us all we were able to try a cool variety. So many choices.... Would love a weekly sampler of the chefs main picks. Like a wing platter of twenty with four of the chefs favourite flavours for that week. That would be so cool and fun! Yum!

Got served by the manager Josh tonight, best experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back, all of the staff were super friendly when interacting with them, especially Alex B.

Southern tea was amazing. Wings on fire and poutine were also great. Hot dill pickle wings were good, but wouldn't order them again (personal preference). Sucks that they no longer do the hot wings challenge (that is the only reason it's not a five stars. Also, I suggest beaded wings, classic we a little small.

I've been a few times now. Great place to go out for wings and a drink. They've got good staff all around, service is good and so are the wings. Plenty of parking to boot.

Haven't had much luck here unfortunately. Fairly slow service (even on non busy nights) where items were forgotten and food tasted off. If you end up here I'd recommend sticking solely to the wings as their variety is pretty good, but nothing special at what I'd say are average prices. Not recommended.

  • Kevin Gordon

Stopped in on their burger day. Got 2 burgers and fries and a diet come for 26 bucks including tax!!! The server, kim, was fantastic. She was courteous, polite and told me about this deal! The service was second to none and the food was shocking in its quality. Thank you kim and alex! Kevin

  • Micheline Provick

Usually good but today we waited 30 min for wings before they came by and said that they had a large table and our order would be another 15 to 20 mins. We wasted 30+ mins of our time that we will never get back. Extreme disappointment probably we be a while before we attempt to go back .

  • Mallory MacDonald

Small place, and though not busy, our group of 8 who ordered only drinks waited over 20 minutes for our bills. I'd give it another try because other Wild Wing locations have exceeded my expectations... But this place's service was lackluster

First and foremost the service by Michelle was outstanding! She was very friendly accommodating and helpful. Owner stopped by to see if all was good, which is always a nice touch. The greek salad with grilled chicken was fantastic and our wings were perfect! Will Definitely be back!

  • Chris Farrell

Reduced stars for the decor and stickiness of the furniture (ie not washed thoroughly). If I wanted American memorability I would travel there. Hard to screw up wings. They were what you would expect. Parking was good and imagine there would be availability even during peak periods.

  • Kaitlin Tropper

The food is good but took almost 30-40 minutes to get our meals. I do understand that there is a big table, but some table that arrived after us got serve first which it doesn’t make sense. Will think twice before going back depending on the day. Hoping for better customer service.

  • Tina Sparrow

Good wings unfortunately don't make up for the horrendous service from the kitchen. Wait staff is ok but the kitchen is so slow and seems very disorganized. Walk in and walk right back out if you happen to see a group in there. You won't be served your food for well over an hour.

  • Bay Bitoe

Went for drinks with my friends and our serve Mckenna was lovely! So kind and fun to talk to and really added to our experience here. The Friday night karaoke was really really loud which did make it hard to enjoy conversations, but we had a great time nonetheless More

I really enjoy Wild Wing. The servers are always friendly and eager to help. Whether your going with family or to watch the game this loc has you covered. It's a bit smaller than most Wild Wings. At times the kitchen can be slow but that's to be expected here and yhrre

The food is absolutely delicious with a huge variety (not just wings) and no one present had complained when I went for the true feel of a Southern joint when I took control of the jukebox and played some music. Great environment and great staff add to the experience!

I went to eat supper there last week and was blown away by the service especially the knowledge in regards to gluten allergies. The food was great and ready quick and worth every penny! Make sure to ask for Kim as your server next time she’s the best!!

  • Ramin

Wings are fresh and they are delicious. The wings are better than St. Louis hands down but the fries at St. Louis are something else..: I service was slow ( about 45 minutes wait for food) , but then it was on their busy days for half of wings.

  • Mr C

Good place for wings, obviously. So many kinds to chose from (100ish), you can grab whatever you feel like. Prices are reasonable, but unfortunately beer choice is garbage so not a place for beer and wings unless Bud or Coors works for you.

  • Chelsea Peirce

We went out on a date night and ordered a burger and a ceaser wrap. The burger was grey, and the ceaser wrap did not taste good. We went late at night, around 9, and it took over 45mins to get our food, when the restaurant was pretty empty.

  • Denis McCluskey

Been to WW many times, unfortunately, the last 2 times were not so good. The wings were fatty and rubbery. Some so small, barely had any meat on them. I gave it 2 stars since the side salad was fresh. Disappointing. WW, you can do better.

  • ChristinaLH Photography

Time for dinner and satisfy wing craving. We ordered a Cheeseburger platter and a single order of TRD wings with a pint of cold Canadian. He was rather unimpressed with the cheeseburger platter - safe food. Then again, it's a wing place

  • wrath231

Honestly, the wings and beer were great but the music was awful and inappropriate...some really lousy hip hop and pop. I tried playing country music on the digital jukebox but the volume was so damn low i couldnt even hear it. Shame.

  • AJ H

Should go without saying, but they have good wings. Service was great, nice vibe, and food timing was excellent. How often do restaurants bring large orders together and everything is just the way you and your party want it? Yeah.
