The reason for the 3 stars is not because of the chicken. Williams Chicken is in my opinion one of the best things around. My review is solely for the service I received. It wasn't very busy the night I went there. 2 cars were in line in front of me and the dining room was closed. You would place your order and they would have you drive around and park in the front and they would bring your order out. The 2 cars ahead of me got their food kind of fast. 3 others cars came and parked and got their food and left. The employees would almost everytime start walking to my car and then stop and go the opposite direction and give the food to a different car. I sat for 22 minutes and watched the staff clean and laugh and smile at each other and they would say something and look at their watches and then look in my direction and laugh and continue with whatever they were doing. I was the only car waiting. I finally called them and asked about my order and they didn't remember me. I told them I'm the only car still here. She said oh I waved at you with my hands open like this and she held up her hand with an open handed wave. She said that meant 5 or 10 more minutes. After a while longer they started putting my order together and it was from food that was sitting there the whole time. They weren't waiting for anything to finish cooking. They were just keeping me waiting for the fun of it I guess. It was all dark pieces and small sides instead of the large sides. The gravy was on its side spilled open. Worst experience at this great place that I've ever had. And it was my idea to go here while everyone waited for me back at the house.

Horrible unprofessional service. Sitting in the parking lot waiting on the food as I type this. The young kid with the glasses just stared at us blankly while giving him the order. Didnt even take the order. Then all of a sudden he says start over what did you want? Cause the young girl next to him kept talking knowing we were trying to place the order. Then after the order was placed we asked him to repeat the order. He said why and looked at the girl next to him. The girl snatched the paper and read it back and said ok? Then shut the window door. Regardless if the food turns out good or not my family and I will not be returning here.

I ordered a 10pc mix chicken it was hot and fresh i just think that they could have cooked the chicken a llittle bit longer. they asked me to pull up to the front and i. Think they truly forgot that i ordered i. waited about 30 min and i really dont believe that they marinate their chicken it doesnt have that william chicken taste i bit into a leg and it had a funny smell im sorry i just could not eat it i spent 19 dollars and it just wasn't that good my husband had no complaints he eat2 pieces and the rest was not eaten

Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff the management on duty needs to work on his management skills I asked for a manager the kids told me I need to come back tomorrow and talk to somebody I cannot talk to anybody Right now because there’s no management on duty but I think the management walked out from the back room and I asked to speak with him and he never came to see what I want it he never came to see what was going on he never solve the problem this needs to be handled

NASTY is the only word I can come up with to describe the drive through and the lady that was there serving. Her nails were very dirty , on top of that we received half cooked tenders and the chicken Sandwich. How do you not remember to put the gravy in the bag? This location was one the best but for the last 2months …. No more of money will this Williams will receive.

Now this is one of my favorite places to eat, not just for the delicious Fried Chicken But Mr. Williams is a pillar in the community, I have seen him donate from all his resources to make sure that those in the community his business thrive are also poured back into. We should make sure that we patronize business that give back as much or more then they take away.

Some of the best chicken I've had! I'm a guy that loves good customer service and they usually the first thing I look for when trying a new place! I'll most definitely be back!

First off the people at Williams Chicken serve d me under cook and spoiled chicken. Then when I brought it back they threw it on the ground . Because they served me undercooked applied food. They gave me money back with no hassel, but u do not sever people food that could potentially kill them. Looks like the health department needs a call HELLO

It definitely was a Happy Friday! I always enjoy William chicken's liver at several locations however this was one of the best locations the food was very tasty and the liver was very soft but will cooked I'm glad I could stop by on kiest boulevard thank you thank you thank you for quick service and quality food I'll be back

Staff was friendly and there was no wait. The chicken was noticeably cooked in fresh grease and was fresh cooked. We ordered several different menu items and they were fresh as well. This is hands down one of the better locations.....

The chicken was hot but ,they gave me more than my share of chicken thighs meaning even tho I asked for mixed 12peice I was talked into a n 18peice and the whole bottom of the box were thighs and next were split breast two wings and 4 drumsticks . Ps I hate thighs I feel like I paid extra for what I don't like

As a general rule, I do not like chicken. However Williams Chicken has the best Chicken Tenders and white Country Gravy. I have eaten there many times over the last five years. Customer service has over all been average, but has been outstanding the last two visits. I am torn between 4 and 5 stars. More

I've ate there 100’s times and they are always friendly, efficient, with very great food. You can order by phone and it will be ready on time always. If they do make a mistake, which they never do !! they will fix it without problem. Oh, if you use debit/credit cards, know that they don't accept Amex.

Dude I love this place. The owner (???) who works all the time is very nice. They always make stuff fresh. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite!! I love their fries too. Great seasoning on those.

I came here on 8/23/21 at 10:00 pm...I ordered a 3 pc leg combo with drink....They just gave me whatever they wanted....I ended up with 2 legs and a breast...GIVE ME WHAT I ORDERED SIR...TRIED CALLING, AND THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER...This place is a joke...

The wait was a wait but was forgiven when you bite into fresh juicy chicken and fresh made okra and fresh fries. Oh and the tenders were big and juicy. Sweet tea was amazing best chicken

Very disappointing on the service i am a regular customer and anytime i won't ranch I've got it this year 2019 is the only time i didnt received ranch and the the male worker talked to me was uncalled for very poor service

This will always be my go to Williams Chicken! The service is always great no matter what and unlike most other Williams’, they still season the fries. There is a wait most of the time but it’s well worth it!

My favorite Williams Chicken in all DFW. I grew up near this area and the same management is still there. Friendly and always remember my order. The chicken is always fresh.

Tried this location a couple of times. Chicken never tastes good, plus smells like Chinese food. The only thing that was good is the season they use on the fries.

This location is very unprofessionally. One of the employees was at the window eating food. Another employee had her name written on the apron but no name tag.

This Williams on Kiest has the best seasoned chicken. Their fish is one of my favorite. You get 2 full size catfish fillets with 2 sides for $10.99
