Rating Eek! Methinks not. My husband and I came here for our anniversary, and, overall, we had a great time. HOWEVER, I didn't have a good experience during my spa treatment. Upon booking, I informed two staff members that I'm seven months pregnant and I won't be able to lie flat on my back (since that's not recommended for pregnant women, as it puts a lot of pressure on an artery and could cause dizziness/fainting). They said that was fine and they could accommodate me, and even made notes on my file. When I arrived, everyone was courteous and accommodating at the front desk, and the pool staff was amazing. My esthetician was absolutely unaccommodating and borderline rude, however. I asked her if she could elevate the bed so I wasn't flat on my back, and she told me that she wouldn't be able to reach me and that she didn't want to risk an injury to herself. I asked if I could lay on my side while she completed the treatment, and she wasn't open to that either. Finally, after a few minutes of trying to problem solve with someone who wasn't interested in being flexible, I begrudgingly agreed to lie flat on my back. I think I said something like, "OK. But I may feel faint or pass out" and her reply was, "You can change positions if you feel uncomfortable." Really? I wasn't offered that option, but alright. I wasn't given an extra pillow (until I asked for one), so I strained my neck the whole time trying to relieve the pressure from my back by turning slightly sideways and trying to keep my head level for HER comfort. She could have easily elevated the bed and stood up to work on me from the front vs. sitting behind me on a stool. You're telling me that standing for ONE appointment (I can't imagine she sees pregnant women every day) could cause her injury? She can't stand up and complete the work from the front (with me slightly elevated on the bed) vs sitting on a stool and reaching down from behind me? She seemed more concerned about her own physical well-being than mine, the pregnant lady who has special medical needs. Overall, this wasn't a five-star experience and the service in the spa was inconsistent with the impeccable service in the rest of the hotel. It definitely wasn't worth the high price tag ($200 for a facial) either. I may come back to enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub, as the amenities are lovely, but I won't be booking a spa service. The front staff was courteous and polite when I lodged my complaint, and they gave me 10 percent off, but I feel that other women (especially those who are pregnant or need special accommodations) should be aware of my experience. Try Spa Utopia at the Pan Pacific instead. Before you chalk this up to "you can't please everyone," know that I NEVER write bad reviews and I'm a very low-maintenance customer. I only write bad reviews if I feel I've had a terrible experience or feel wronged in some way, and I often write glowing reviews if someone has gone above and beyond.

Let me tell you, this is not my type of place. I decided to go because I had a gift certificate to the Fairmont from my More Rewards points (for anyone that doesn't know what that is, they're points collected from grocery shopping)(At the end of this experience I found out my gift certificate would cover the tip....so consider that) I was greeted by a very lovely staff member who spoke in the softest voice imaginable, "Hello Mr. Murdoch, Welcome to the Willow Stream Spa" I was then shown the facilities of which there was too many to remember. I got changed and was told that my RMT would meet me in one of the lounge chairs. Beside the lounge chairs were snacks like dried fruit, now I know you're thinking dried fruit doesn't sound that appealing, but this dried fruit was dried fruit to write about. The dried apricots were so fresh and squishy I thought that they were fuzzy peaches (I'm classing myself, clearly) My RMT, Dana greeted me at the exact time of my appointment, not a second early or late. She walked me to my room (facilities are huge btw) and went over all of the styles and pressures and areas that needed covering. She was lovely and kind. As I laid on the massage table I was amazed at how comfortable a massage table could be... I found out later this thing can literally fold you in half like a hospital bed. She started my massage by letting my know all the aromas and fanciness of the oils that she will be using (they worked) she also advised me that I could request different music and lighting to suit my mood. (Fancy) The massage was crazy good, she must've had 4 arms and 6 hands because physics didn't agree with her motions, although my muscles did, and that's what matters. I wouldn't doubt, with the budget of this place, that someone else sky-dropped in from the ceiling and massaged me at the same time, that would actually make more sense. My massaged ended and I awoke from Lord Ganesha's spell. We had another lovely conversation back to my lounge chair and since I wasn't able to enjoy the rest of the spa facilities at that time I was made aware, in the softest voice imaginable that "You can come back at any time during the rest of the day and just let yourself in, of course, I will recognize you." I did return later in the evening, and she did recognize me saying in the softest voice imaginable as I stepped out of the elevator "Welcome back Mr. Murdoch so happy you could join us again." No dried apricots available when I returned... Which was unfortunate... the views made up for it, anyway.

I am a local customer who lives in Coal Harbour. I have been to Willow Stream Spa multiple times now and I have always had an issue with them. Either the massage therapist was awful or the food & beverage service took too long but what happened to me and my friend yesterday is just BEYOND a horrible experience. Me and my friend booked our treatments in hopes to catch up after the massage at the Spa lounge. We had our treatments done (my therapist Taylor was lovely!) and then ordered some food and drinks to enjoy at the lounge (which took forever to come btw). After we were done catching up my friend went back home to have her shower there. Myself, on the other hand, decided to take my shower and blow dry my hair at the spa before I headed home. Once I was done blowdrying my hair I realized that I had a missed call from the Spa (while still being at the spa). I thought it was a mistake and didn’t think much of it until I saw a text message from my friend saying that the Spa manager called HER to see if I was going to settle my bill. How dare you call a third party asking if I will settle my bill?! How unprofessional and unethical is this?! This is breaking every single rule of hospitality and privacy. Not to mention that the spa area is pretty small so had the managers not been lazy to actually take 5 steps and walk in they would have seen me right away standing by the mirror blowdrying my hair. At the moment of their call there were no more than 3 ladies at the spa in total so there is no excuse that they could have missed me or that they looked for me and couldn’t find me. Furthermore how cheap and unprofessional is it to call me AND MY FRIEND asking about settling the bill instead of being worried about my wellbeing. What if I fainted? What if I had a minor heart attack? What if I slid and hurt myself? Instead of checking on me first you are worried about the bill?! I have been a customer of Willow Stream Spa for years now and never have I ever encountered ANYTHING as ruthless as this. The manager (Luis?) and the other lady at the reception just told me that was their “protocol” and “apologized”. I was not even offered to further discuss this with a supervisor. I encourage the supervisor to take responsibility and deal with this situation ASAP.

Specified during reservation that I did not want to wait more than an hour and half between my two services, was then offered to have my food ready right after the first service which is the only reason why I agreed to have my second service so far apart from the first. That information was confirmed in an email, and when I called. However, when I arrived on site I had to remind the reception, as it seems he didn’t have that information readily available. After my first service at 4:45 I asked where I should receive my food and they said to wait in one of the two lounges. I waited 30 minutes before I went to ask another attendant about my food. I was specifically told it wasn’t ready yet and someone would come find me in the lounge (mind you no name was asked so not sure how she knew). At around 5:30 one of the attendant came to get someone and I asked again about my food. She asked my name and went to check and told me the food wasn’t there yet. At 6:00 I asked a cleaning tech and she wasn’t sure so I asked her to cancel the food. I had already wasted more than an hour as I would’ve not accepted the other treatment if I knew it meant spending an hour in the cold lounge. Within the span of 15 minutes 3 attendants came to offer if I wanted to eat after the second appointment, if I was sure I wanted to cancel and if I wanted to take it to go. But somehow nobody could care to follow up during the hour and 45 minutes they made me waste in their lounge. Nobody apologized about their terrible service only asked if I wanted to add gratuity for the service received today. If I would’ve known, I would’ve not taken the service here it was just convenient because I was staying in the hotel but this experience was terrible and fell short of the service received in the hotel. Would give 0 stars because they messed it up for me and made me waste time but at least the massage and facial were good.

My bf and I visited this spa for our anniversary. We booked a couples RMT massage and went a bit early so we could enjoy the amenities. Have to say for a five star hotel this spa was a let down in terms of its amenities. They have two small hot tubs and one was filled with equipment and out of use, the other was too small to have more than 3-4 people in it comfortably and was occupied the entire time we were there. The dry sauna was also very small we were able to enjoy a few minutes before two nice ladies came in, we moved over for them and literally were all almost touching on the one and only bench in the sauna (awkward) so we left and decided to use the wet sauna in each of our change areas, this was an appropriate size but you would think they could have made it a nice smelling eucalyptus to create a nice experience (unfortunately not). We then went outside to see if we could use the hot tub - unfortunately that was still occupied so we lay on the pods together for 15 minutes until our massages. The massages however did not disappoint, my RMT Lindsey was great and my BF's RMT Amanda was superb! As we both love spa experiences and make a point of trying spas when we vacation we felt disappointed by the Willow Spa, it just wasn't up to par especially when you pay $280 each and can't even use the amenities, there are also only 2 showers in the women's area which meant having to wait to shower after, and only two stations to get ready, with only one blow dryer from what I saw having to be shared by multiple women at the end of the afternoon (hardly relaxing way to end the treatment, waiting then feeling rushed because you know there is a line for the blow dryer and station). Just think for fairmont spa it could have been better. RMT's were excellent though and we did enjoy both are RMT's they were wonderful.

I attended Willow Stream Spa for the first time yesterday and it was an absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. The spa in itself is incredibly luxurious in the space that the spa uses and the amenities. It has several cosy, chic yet comfy lounge spaces (mens, ladies and co-ed), snacks, tea, and infused water in all lounge areas and a great hot tub/outdoor space with fire pits and blankets. It is easily the type of space in which you can spend several hours relaxing prior to, or after your treatments. The amenities include a steam room, sauna, and a spa shower. I tried out each of these amenities and was left blown away by the excellent condition of each. The spa shower was a very relaxing and unique experience that could be a treatment on its own. With respect to my treatments, I booked a couples experience which included a willowstream massage, pedicure and a light meal. It was worth every penny, with the massage being one of the best I have had. The experience is hard to describe but I have never felt so relaxed or pampered. It truly was a luxury experience in the scents and methods used. The signature massage included a scalp and foot massage, complete with a hydrating foot wrap. The pedicures continued the pampering and attention provided in the massage with an additional leg and foot massage as a part of the pedicure package. Our service providers were Meghan (for both my massage and pedicure) and Susan (i believe) and they were incredibly professional, courteous, and skilled at their jobs. They made our services relaxing and enjoyable and were very pleasant in following our cues when we wanted to chat during the pedicure or otherwise quietly doing their work. Overall, my entire experience at Willowstream was one that was incredible and I will definitely be returning. A real gem!!

I wish I can give zero stars. This place has changed from when it first opened. When it 1st opened it was luxurious and the service consistent and top notch. Recently my partner and I booked 1.5 months in advance for side by side rmts. We were checked in late 15 minutes or so...we were told because we were late how the service will be cut short. ( no accountability that they took forever to check us in because he had an incompetent employee working beside him we arrived early) as we have frequented this spa in the past we are not interested in coming and hour beforehand. Keep in mind this is a special occasion our 10 year anniversary .We have a babysitter at home with our son $$. The lounge had very little tea and it was cold tea and it was dirty. The massage was noisy we can hear cupboards opening and closing my masseuse nice lady however I can feel her nails on my back...not something I wanted. Our massage ended early... and it was a stressful experience nothing relaxing about it. We paid around 500 dollars for this experience. When we brought this to their attention again time is money I'm spending my anniversary complaining!!! We were offered a pass to hang out at the spa and 2 bento boxes with 15 percent off services!!!! Wow lucky us!!! Maybe to another client that's worthwhile we stay at Fairmont properties and pacrim specifically atleast once a year so getting a pass means nothing to us its comes with the stay anyways. I actually have 2 unused passes from the Last time we were there as they fell short on service again. Sadly if you are looking for a place that has big space this is the place for spa parties...but If you are looking for a true relaxing experience...this is not it.

The reception clerk gave me a whirlwind tour of the facility. I had to stop her on a few occasions to get her to repeat what she had pointed at. The ladies lounge is dirty, the rugs, the couch all were discoloured from ?sweat. There was a blanket on the couch, made me wonder if there were more stains underneath. There was a lovely outside terrace for relaxing around fireplaces and cuddling under blankets, but a light Vancouver rain started and there is no covering for the area, fires out and blankets and covers brought in side by staff. The hot tubs were great in the light rain, just a little coverage for hanging robes, towels, and sitting would be nice. Came for the 90 minute relaxation massage and was disappointed in the massage therapist skill. I didn't request an RMT, should have. Lopsided massage. Very nice fellow, pleasant, gentle and kind. My massage was scheduled for 11:15 and at exactly 11:15 my masseuse came to take me to my room which was very lovely; soft lighting, great light duvet cover, comfortable massage table. After choosing my "scents" and music the treatment started. I was returned to the ladies lounge by 12:45 on the dot. Guess 90 minutes is an exact time allotment not for therapy, but pick up and drop off. The lounge area itself is quiet, restful and would have been a great space except for the poor couch and rugs which made me queasy.

Melted away a year's worth of stress in one visit. Upon arriving, staff were attentive and friendly, with a calming demeanor. They gave us a tour of the facilities that include; spacious locker rooms with steam room, a jetted mineral bath, jetted hot tub, infrared sauna, outdoor and indoor lounge areas and treatment rooms. Facilities are only to open to spa guests, and only for a few hours before and after treatments which help manage flow, and it can feel like you are the only person there. All areas were clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Ocean waves and soothing sounds played with warm smells of lavender, cedar and sage. Snacks and cold coconut or cucumber water were situated around the spa. You could easily spend an entire day in bliss. We ordered lunch while at the spa and it what you would expect from a Fairmont Hotel, fabulous. Everything was on time and service above expectation. My deep tissue massage was not as robust as what I had hoped for (75 min). Gratuity was unclear on check out, I added my tip, then later when checking out of the hotel, there was an additional 18% gratuity already included. The outdoor facilities have an ocean, (Coal harbor), mountain and city views from the 5th floor. Private cabanas and seating areas with gas fire pits make this a special space to unwind.

One of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a long time. I was staying at the hotel and really needed a day of relaxation. The spa was all booked up online for the day so I decided to go down in person. I was able to squeeze in a 45 minute registered massage with Colin. Boy, let me tell you… Colin has voodoo, magical hands. Honestly don’t think I’ve ever felt so calm and relaxed in my entire life. No muscle was left untouched. I was pretty impressed with what he could in little amount of time we had together. I was super disappointed that I could only have 45 minutes of Colin’s time, but that just means I have to make another appointment next time I visit Vancouver. The facilities are pretty spectacular as well. The men’s steam room cleared my sinuses right up and was super hot. The hot tub outside was a great touch with a gorgeous view. The men’s relaxing room was stocked with plenty of healthy snacks and delicious cucumber water. I left the spa feeling like a new man. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful and sweet. The only thing that made me a little uncomfortable was the cleaning lady who was in the men’s locker room which seemed like every 2-5 mins. I understand it’s important to keep the facilities clean, but def made me feel a little uncomfy. Other than that 10/10. Can’t wait to come back.

Upon arrival I was given a tour of the facilities and assigned a locker with a digital 4-digit code the user creates. Robe and sandals were provided for the duration of the spa visit. Shower caps, razors, shaving cream, lotion, cleansers, hair brushes, blow dryers & curling irons are well stocked. I took advantage of the private shower experience which has options for pre-programmed sprays from a rain-shower head above & wall nozels at different heights. The shower has a choice of steady or alternating temperatures & the staff were available and eager to help with the selections. There's a ladies-only steam room & lounge and a co-ed mineral water hot tub & sauna outdoors. If you book a massage, you'll have your choice of frangrance or scent-free massage oil & background music. When a soundtrack with occassional dripping water sounds or whiny chanting played, my RMT was accommodating to switch to another station. The spa is located on the 5th floor of the Fairmont and has a lot of wall-to-wall windows so there's natural light, but you can still hear traffic noise. The RMT periodically checked in to ensure the pressure was appropriate and had helpful tips to make the most of the massage. Plan to enjoy the facilities for 1-2 hours after your treatment. It's a great space if you have time to be pampered.

The customer service could be improved a bit. Our massage wasn't exactly the full hour either. We reached exactly on time because we had difficulty finding the place. We had to fill forms and everything because we didn't get the forms earlier via email as they had the incorrectly spelled email address for us. I know it takes time in these things but we should have atleast got the full hour of massage, you could have deducted our time from other activities. We got like half an hour, maybe 40 minutes of the massage, that's it. I felt no relief after it as it was rushed. The main issue that brought me here wasn't resolved. We were also told that the price included tapas and appetizers and all they had in that name was a few varieties of nuts and trail mix. If you are paying couple of hundred dollars for the service, you expect atleast a full hour of good massage and basic stuff. The other thing was they didn't have proper privacy for the jacuzzi area. I am sure the people in the building across had a clear view and even the floors above the spa. Then ambiance was good and the place looked really nice. They could definitely have been more accommodating in certain aspects.

I had a horrible experience with reception where I ended up cancelling my 2 appointments and room at the hotel. A young woman at reception with a terrible attitude who never ended up booking my actual appointment has forever tainted this establishment for me. I call back the next day, today because I didn’t receive a confirmation email. They are busy and the hotel said the spa would call me back. They do and as soon as I answer, click. Someone Hangs up. I call back to speak to a manager. The manager calls me back and books the first appointment in the time slot I asked for. The second time slot no longer exists now theres a long period in between appointments. So she suggests a complimentary lunch. I say okay and it’s all booked. Now I’m feeling weird. I don’t want to go there knowing a receptionist at the Willow spa is rude and will I have to deal with that when I go? Is there confrontational behaviour? Will she try and ruin my relaxing time? I’m going to a spa on my bday why would I do that now that this has happened. All I am anticipating is a possible issue or unfriendly vibes. So I cancelled my room and will take my business elsewhere.

A very pleasant spa facility. We booked Rainforest Ritual The ultimate couple's experience priced at $1250 as we were booked for a Friday which is a little more then mon- third. We were greeted so the reception and then taken on a tour of the spa spaces. We were then introduced to our massage therapist and taken into our room. The spa treatment was a total of 2 hours which involved cleansing the body followed by a body scrub and face mask. We were then shown to our spa and left there for 15 mins, with some flavoured water and cold face towels. The tub was pretty good with lights. Then we were taken back to our massage tables for a massage with rocks from back to feet. The massage was by far the best part and this part also included a foot mask. This package also included lunch and champagne however we opted out of the champagne and got and entree and mocktail instead, so they we’re flexible with the options which is helpful. I appreciated the experience after a good hiking holiday, however the price is quite high in comparison to other spas I’ve tried that were longer experiences and just as good a facility and products.

Very good experience, possibly the best so far. First off, the place is gorgeous and looks great. Secondly, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The changing room had a steam bath that was 10/10, as well as 10/10 showers, equipped with razors, hair dryer, hair brush, mouthwash, and more. The massage waiting area was nice with a TV to watch. The snacks were on a whole other level, with tea, water, flavored water, multiple trail mix variations, and delicious peanut butter balls sprinkled with coconut shavings. What really puts this place over the top though is the outdoors patio. The view from the patio looks down onto the street, the expo center, and the cruise ship dock. They have great comfy loungers, as well as fancy fireplace. The sauna is okay, and while the pools are a bit small, the view from them more than makes up for it. My only improvement I would recommend is, more clocks. There were only maybe one or two clocks i saw in the whole place, so it could be difficult to keep track of time, especially when trying to be on time for your massage.

I haven't experienced hands-on services from this facility. Sorry if this review isn't what you are looking for. Services offered: unfairly priced. 1) Massage for man-only Feet = $115 2) Massage Services for women start at $185 3) Going in to use ONLY the hottub for 2hrs = $79 (jets on the back are a dream) I am a no-perfume client and allergic to many smells. I try to keep my back massages down to 30 min because most spas have heavy "aromatherapy" coming from other rooms and the hall, but I'd still like a quality massage. I shouldn't be monetarily punished for wanting to enjoy an adult-only hottub or pool after my spa service. Suggestions: Maybe your "1hr minimum" spa service to use the pool could be divided, to include "2x 30 min services minimum" for pool use. Then I could return (assuming I enjoyed the 1st service). The advantage for Willow Stream: repeat patronage, and guaranteed advance payment in your bank account. Now let's do something about those prices....

I recently had a manicure at the Willows Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The nail technician, Kathy, was not only skilled and professional but also extremely thoughtful and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed during my appointment, and she even provided me with some valuable tips and advice on nail care. One of the highlights of my visit was Kathy's knowledge and love for the local area. She took the time to share with me some great recommendations for sightseeing in Vancouver, making my visit to the spa even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Willows Spa and especially Kathy for anyone looking for a top-notch manicure experience. The spa itself is luxurious and the staff is friendly and accommodating, making it a perfect place to unwind and pamper yourself. Thank you, Kathy and the Willows Spa team, for a truly wonderful experience!

The facility and the staff were nice and the environment was very relaxing; though the massage itself was not too good. My RMT was a very nice lady; she was making sure that I am comfortable with the pressure she was putting and the poses. One of the things that was a bit disappointing was that she started the massage ~10 minutes later than the scheduled time so my 60 minute session turned out to be about 50 minutes. Overall, It was a pleasing experience for me; I enjoyed their outdoor jacuzzi, the steam room, and the nice rain shower. Best part was that I got to see the beautiful view of the full moon rising on the water at Canada place. Though I wouldn't really recommend it as the massage itself was not really worth the money; I was charged ~180 CAD (including tax) for a "not too bad" massage. It is worth mentioning that the person who gave me the massage is only one of the RMTs who work there, other ones might be better.

on their website it says "Harmony For Two"— 2.5 hours $295 with this explanation underneath; This spa day is dedicated to taking time to spend together with a loved one beginning with a Willow Stream Signature Couple’s Massage, side-by-side Pacific Rim Pedicures and complete with a nourishing and healthy spa lunch. And this is the way I got the bill for this treatment!-------scan bill Who would think that "the harmony for two for $295" means each person should pay $295 separately! Whats the point of putting "two" in the name of the package other than tricking people to book their app and get them surprised at the check out! Its such a disappoint for such a luxury place to be like this because no matter how great their services are (which actually isn't), You will feel defrauded to spend over $600 when you have a budget of $300. And the only thing that they do that apologize for misunderstanding!!!

Amazing services and incredible views of Canada place. Definitely come here if you want top notch services in a relaxing and quiet environment. There are some amenities for you to enjoy two hours before or after your treatment that you should take advantage of as well. Don't book it just for the amenities though... For a 4+ star hotel they are lacking but they do have nice seating areas with a great view! PRO TIP: you can order food and cocktails from the hotel restaurant it takes around 45 minutes to arrive so plan it out ahead of time so when you're finished with your massage you can enjoy a drink and a meal in a beautiful spa environment. I haven't seen many spas allow food and beverage service quite like this (typically you can get complimentary tea or wine and some very small snacks) here you can order (for a fee) a full on meal and beautiful drinks so this is a must try experience!

In October 2023, I enjoyed three wonderful spa treatments at Willow Stream Spa. The first was with Melodie for the Stress Release Massage. It was so very relaxing! A real treat and Melodie is one of the best massage therapists I have been too. Will book it again for sure! The next treatment was the Sole Revival with Melanie, also one of the nicest treatments I have ever experienced. It was lovely and Melanie provided the service so well, an excellent Spa therapist! Loved the experience and will book it again on a return trip! The last Spa experience was the Brightening Facial with the Spa Esthetician named Yuki. The facial lived up to its name, my skin looked so much more even in tone and much brighter. Yuki performed the service so well, it was also very relaxing. Loved it! Will be back to enjoy the beautiful, relaxing treatments by the wonderful professionals of the Willow Stream Spa!

My partner and I booked a spa package with the stay at the hotel and had a wonderful time. We weren't able to schedule for RMTs but my deep tissue message was effective, though not as effective as another experience I had with an RMT from another spa. We went later at night so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The best part though was the customer service. The spa receptionist asked how our day was and what we plan on doing after... we told her we might go to Oru for dinner and we're here to celebrate our anniversary. Thinking nothing of this small conversation we went to drop things off in our room before going to Oru only to find a table for two was already saved for us under our name! We had told no one else, so we figure the spa receptionist must've made the arrangements and informed the hotel restaurant. They made a casual conversation into a surprise for us. Made our day!

Update 2021: In light of COVID, I was asked to wear my mask during the RMT massage. Aisha was a fantastic RMT. After my massage I was given the choice of either having sealed bag of trail mix or a bar. Long gone are the days of unlimited snacks in jars . You also have an hour after your appointment to use the short list of amenities. If you visited this spa pre-COVID, it’s a very difference experience now. I would say that the prices they charge should be aligned better with the CURRENT experience. I also booked a manicure (gel). While it was beautifully done and the tech was amazing. The total price was an eye opening - $146 (with tip). - - - Such a wonderful spa! Had a prenatal massage done here by Brooke. Absolutely fantastic. Everything is clean, the service was helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back. All the extras (snack and teas) were great too.

A luxurious, pristine urban oasis! When I visited for the first time tonight I was shown around the spa facilities by a hostess who very kindly provided me a free day pass for my next visit as the saunas weren’t working (4 stars) For $79 you get 3 hours to use their facilities - outdoor jacuzzi, steam rooms, sauna (when working) and hydrotherapy showers. Unlimited towels and robes, free hotel quality snacks, tea, infused water and toiletries to use while you’re there. Lounge and deck are co ed but steam room and showers are separated to M/F. For the amenities, environment and quality of the experience I’d say $79 is well worth it. I would recommend going on a weekday for a more tranquil, relaxing atmosphere as apparently it does get quite busy on the weekends. Will definitely be stopping by again thru this winter and into the spring! Highly recommend

Came here with my boyfriend for a couple massage on valentine's day. We got there went into our room ready for a great experience (best in the city) we were told. We went for a deep tissue and let me tell you that was not what we got. Also my boyfriends massage therepist was sick. So really not a nice experience when your lady is coughing every 5 mins. After we were done. We paid and went home less the impressed. I called in the next day to talk to the manager. And was told sorry and that's it. I then went on saying to her iam in the service industry and she really should have let her poor massage therapist go home. Working on clients while sick is not acceptable. Don't waist you money or time on this place there is many more great ones in the city. Also may I add my boyfriend a couple days later caught her cold....Grose.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience at this spa. I went on a weekend at afternoon and it was quiet and peaceful. The room was dimmed with beautiful calming music. I was pregnant when I got my massage done and my therapist Jo-Ann took extra care of me. She explained her step throughly and listened patiently for where I felt tight. Her pressure was right to the point and she also recommended essence oil that’s right for pregnancy and it smelled wonderful. When I was done I felt dizzy and within 20 min it was 3 staffs checking on me and make sure I was ok. They were very kind and caring. The only thing was that the experience shower was under renovation during the time but it was still a great experience! Thank you Willow Spa to make my pregnancy super delightful!

My second time here, but first time experiencing one of their signature body experiences, the Coastal Mountain Cleanse to celebrate myself! My spa practitioner Taylor was excellent in guiding me through the relaxation experience. I loved the little details in my treatment room, from the personalized name plate and walking me through the different products used in the treatment. Once my treatment was completed, I was able to continue relaxing on the outdoor spa patio. There are complimentary snacks, tea, and flavoured water that guests can enjoy, and a fabulous view on the patio where you can people watch. Overall, my spa treatment was amazing, and I left feeling fully refreshed and relaxed. I'll definitely be back to try the other signature experiences!

What an excellent experience for our 15th wedding anniversary. The spa itself was beautiful and the guest services staff were friendly and inviting. We checked in really early and enjoyed the hot tubs on the sunny deck. We also hopped in the sauna for a few hot minutes. We snacked on fruit, nuts, peanut butter balls, refreshing ice cold water and tea. We relaxed in our robes and enjoyed the view on the comfy outdoor furniture. We then met our massage therapists at our massage time where they walked us to our private double bed room. It was beautiful and the massages were so relaxing we both managed to fall asleep. I even heard my husband snore. We enjoyed the kidless day and are definitely looking forward to our next visit or staycation.

I've been coming here for 10 years and always enjoyed my time at Willow Spa until now. The ladies lounge was dirty and the new furniture looked like it came from a hospital. I have also been getting the 90 minute brightening facial for the last few years but this time, my experience was awful. I did not receive the nu face treatment as previously done and as listed in the brochure. The facial itself was also not like the facial I previously experienced and instead, the esthetician focused on massaging my arms, shoulder, arms and legs. I received very little treatment for my face, only a cleanse and one mask. My skin was worse than when I arrived. If I wanted a massage, i would have booked a massage and not a facial. Very disappointing.

  • TGW Ventures

Had a 90 minute deep pressure massage here yesterday. Very disappointing. It was a very disconnected massage where Melanie moved from place to place with no flow and spent probably 15 minutes of the 90 minutes tinkering in and around the sink with lotions and water. She wrapped it up two minutes early. So, all in all, $300 for a 90 minutes massage which was below mediocre and disappointing. (and probably more like a 70 minute massage = $130 per 30 minutes). Mentioned this to front staff and they said they are sorry and gave me a 2 day passes for use of the spa from Mon-Thurs. Doesn't really help my tight back.. Probably won't be back because of quality and the front desk lack of give a sh*t.

  • Pamela Yoon

I was there a few days ago for a 3-hour spa evening. A few things went wrong 1. the sauna was not turned on and was not hot, just lukewarm; 2. the sauna lightbulb was wierdly turning off and on about once every 5 mins or so. 3. the water dispenser kept dripping water. The one attendant there promptly dealt with all the issues quickly. Camila kept coming back to ask if all was ok....superb service. I ordered a spa dinner and it was wonderful. Weekday evening, very few people and I came away happy and relaxed. Make sure you spend time in the experiential shower....I alternated between the steam room (20mins) and a cold shower at 15 celcius....repeat a few times...pretty blissful.

  • JACQUELINE EUGENIO

Absolutely phenomenal spa. From start to finish with setting up the booking over the phone (last minute might I add) to settling the bill at the very end it was nothing but pleasant -in fact that sentence doesn’t even do it justice. You would expect most of the luxury spas in Vancouver to uphold somewhat of a similar experience but it’s the attention to detail, genuinity, professionalism and friendliness that really sets the Willow Stream Spa apart from any of the other “luxury spas” in downtown Vancouver. As a matter of fact, that applies to the entire Fairmont establishment as a whole. You are treated like royalty from all aspects, and it is CONSISTENT with each visit. ♥️

  • J

Amazing massage therapist, I booked deep tissue, i think her name is yiota. I’d say she’s also an energy healer too. The gym is pretty good, but only one small room has a window. The steam room, shower, views, snacks (gf v) are wonderful. The sauna and hot tub weren’t hot enough though. No pockets in the robe so you have to carry the access card/lip balm. Give yourself tons of time- I worked out and did the sauna/showered and two hours zoomed by. The valet is $15 if you use the spa. It’s an expensive few hours - $220, $15, tax, tip... but as an occasional treat. Surprising it’s more than Scandinave.

  • Stephanie Porter

RMT with Colin was worth it! Parking underground but waived -$20! Nice. Gently scented lavender chilled towels outside the steamroom is great. Eucalyptus steam room. Magnesium jacuzzi, HEATED treatment chair, luxurious robes. RMT 60 mins was $239+gst and you can use extended health benefits. Classy appropriate selection of spa music. Light snacks! Thankful cause I thought I was gonna be hungry with the extra 2 hours you get to enjoy the spa after your treatment. Incredibly courteous and smiley front desk, and back of house staff. Big lockers. You can order food to the spa in the quiet lounge

  • Hot chocolate 123

It was a very disappointing experience. Nowadays one of hot tubs is under construction and only one tub is available. It can contain maybe...up to six people? It is super tiny. I didn't even have a chance of using it since it was crowded during my stay. I would not book it this time if I knew this... Their staff are very friendly and professional. Massage was good. Two shower room, a lounge, a steam room, an outdoor lounge and one experience shower room are available to use. The price including the tax is $250 for weekends and you have an option to tip.

  • Leah D

It never fails, this location is hands down the best spa in Vancouver. Especially because they have a secret weapon named Gabby. Gabby is one of the most experienced facialists I have ever met and I’m lucky to have been her client for 8+ years now. I am so lucky that Gabby works for this specific location because I have amazing amenities to enjoy like the rooftop hot tubs / outdoor sauna, the steam room , experience shower and lounge areas. The snacks are always good too hehe Pac Rim is for sure the #1 spa in the city (and I’ve been to most of them )

  • Courtney C

The spa itself its beautiful, and the service impeccable. My only negative review is that after Willow Stream Pedicure service I received, the nail polish completely chipped and fell off within 2 days. For the high dollar value, I expected the polish to last at least a week. I would have gone back to request a polish change but unfortunately was travelling back to Toronto. Beautiful location and would absolutely go back, but I was disappointed with the service and wouldnt pay that amount again for the pedicure service :(

  • Audrey T

One of my favorite spas in Vancouver! Located inside the Fairmont Pacific Rim, this spa is so relaxing and wonderful. Service is great and the facilities are clean and well stocked. There’s a locker for all your stuff, clean showers, indoor steam room, two hot tubs, a gorgeous outdoor seating area, a peaceful indoor seating area and lots of snacks and teas. I got a facial and my skin felt so soft after. I always feel so zen after the experience and always look forward to more rest and relaxation at Willow Steam.

  • Amin Sameni

It’s not worth $250 for an hour massage. The staff are nice. They have an indoor lounge including shower room and steam room and the outdoor one including jacuzzi with an ocean view. One of the tubs were close and they didn’t inform me at the time of booking. The other tub is very small and basically I could not use the tub at all. It’s a nice place, massage is good and people are friendly but it’s not worth the price you pay for it.

Best spa experience in Vancouver me and my sister had a fabulous time, I got a pedicure from technician Takoka she was lovely and went above and beyond including a foot mask and neck pad. My sister got a body exfoliating + facial + massage package and we felt completely relaxed and revived by the aromas, lounges and incredible facilities. We ordered in food and drinks from to the spa lounge… perfect getaway even now in winter! I’ve been to main hotel spas in the city and hands down the best

  • Hani Faraj

I've been here a few times and each and every time it's the same old story. The lockers are all used and no atrendants to clean up or look after the place. There's literally wet towels and robes all over the floor. When you try to tell the people there , they smile and say, we'll look after this only to finish your massage and find the changing room in the same state it was in when you left it one hour before. I felt disgusted by this and was wondering how often they clean the facilities.

  • Foodie Vancouver

At Willow Stream Spa, you can expect not only friendly and accommodating massage services but also an atmosphere of pure elegance. Nestled on the top floor of the Pacific Rim Hotel, this spa provides a captivating experience with its panoramic vistas that overlook Canada Place and the breathtaking expanse of the ocean. Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings as you indulge in a wide range of luxurious treatments, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and revitalized.

  • Brooke Petersmeyer

The massage with Aisha was absolutely incredible. A few things I think could be improved. More benches to put your stuff on in the change room. Many of us were just putting our stuff on the floor when getting dressed. Also SO MUCH bird poop on the outside space - hard to prevent that I know…Hard to relax sitting out by the fire while the seagulls perch right beside you hoping to swoop in and take your food. All the amenities and the staff were awesome.

  • Juan Leano (JD)

What an incredible space. I’ve been a few times over the years and willow stream never disappoints. Treat yourself to a great escape! Enjoy the hot tubs before/after your treatment, order a glass of bubbly or even some food! It’s a great spot to relax for a few hours and enjoy the beautiful views. The RMT week-day treatments are cheaper than weekend/holidays so if you’re looking to save a bit, there are plenty of appointments after work hours.

  • P L

This spa is so lovely! I went for an RMT massage and Dana, the therapist, was wonderful. She had a great positive attitude and gave me some tips for things I can do at home to alleviate my issue I had come in for. The outdoor pool areas were quiet and calm and the selection of teas were great. I like that they have a women-only lounge area as well and the views from the outdoor area were the icing on the cake. I will definitely be back.

  • Fi Li

Very professional masseuse and attendants. Nice facility. It has changed a bit since it first opened several years ago. Only 1 working hot tub in my recent visit which isnt an issue on a quiet weeknight. Several seagulls and crows flocked the operational hot tub though. The amenities has changed slightly. No more fresh juice after a massage which was a lovely touch. Still a great spot to relax. However wow factor has reduced a touch.

  • Linda Morris

The service (massage) was excellent but Willow Stream did not maintain the quiet ambience by letting four guests take over the change area. They played loud music, were yelling back and forth, took over all space , - in the course of this, my bathing went missing and has not been found. Not blaming anyone specifically but rather the atmosphere was not what I expected. Nor has the bathing suit been found. Very disappointing.

  • Tara T

This spa is my favourite! The amenities are always very clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I've had a few different RMTs here and was happy with all of them, but have seen Ashley multiple times and really enjoy the experience with her. I work a desk job and tend to have frequent neck/back pain and always feel amazing after having a treatment here. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

  • R H

Have been here a multitude of time’s - each time was wonderful. Massages and body treatments are unparalleled. The facilities are beautiful as well - they really thought of every last detail. Good selection of products as well, this is where I get my Biologique Recherché products. Was told I was a VIP member and attended an intimate forest bathing event last year that was amazing as well. Love this place!

  • Cee Du

RMT massage was good. Staff were all very kind and respectful. They really do stand behind their brand. The women's change room, lounge area, steam room, showers, were all clean, comfortable, and just plain awesome. Only one little complaint is we wish the outdoor sauna was bigger! It fits just a few people inside, so if you want to relax comfortably inside, you have to wait a bit for others to leave.

  • Roxy Hamidi

Such an amazing spa day! I visited willow stream on my birthday and they went above and beyond to help me celebrate. The service and facility is top notch. My partner and I had RMT treatments which were wonderful. I was treated by Tina Lane (highly recommend). My partner was treated by Reena (i think). He's an RMT himself and said that it was probably the best treatment he has ever had!

  • J Graham

Excellent customer service that you would expect from the fairmont hotel. Great massages and knowledgeable RMTs. I also love that you can use the hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas before and after treatment. Be advised: it is very expensive (also to be expected with fairmont). Room for improvement: it would be nice if there wasn’t as long of a delay when ordering food and drinks.

  • Azalea Jhalli

Amazing experience! Service is top Notch, I booked a general access to the spa date for my best friends birthday and they went above and beyond with making it extra special. I recommend going at night as the view of Canada place is spectacular and the hottubs feel so much nicer when its chilly out. Very zen and calm atmosphere, perfect for date night with friends or by yourself

  • C G

My friend and I came here for a girls spa night. Our appointment was the last slot of the day, so we arrived an hour early to enjoy the amenities. We really loved the outdoor jacuzzi. Both of us chose the 60-minute Willow Stream Signature Massage. The massage was super relaxing - I nearly fell asleep a few times. The only downside is the price. Overall, it was a fun experience!

  • Lisa Daisy

I've never been there although I like the ambiance I wouldn't go there for their infrared sauna. I just called and up to 3 ppl can go in there. That's disgusting. I can only imagine what happens with 3 naked people in there at once. Prob share diseases. I didn't even bother asking for the price. And the person who answered seemed like she doesn't know what an infrared sauna is.

  • Amy Howitt

Just a wonderful place. Had an RMT massage with Colin, which was perfect. Heated bed, nice products, great ambiance, so cozy. The spa area is great, so many different infused waters, teas, and snacks. Balcony hot tubs, sauna, great showers, nice shampoo, steam room that make you feel like you’re in a hot jungle - this place is just wild. Worth it, feel like a million bucks.

  • Justin Graham

A recently awarded Forbes 5-star spa offering all the luxurious touches: aromatherapy, body scrubs, hot towels in every treatment, an outdoor terrace with mineral soak tub, infrared sauna, comfy "meditation pods", with views of the north shore mountains and harbour. stunning! Highly recommend the Canadian Wilderness Retreat for 90 minutes, no less. y I u won't regret it!

  • Sonia Hayer

I absolutely love this spa, I have been over 5 times and have always had a great experience. I visited the spa just yesterday and was left "massage struck" by Gemma, the absolute best massage I have had to date! The people are always great and go out of their way for us when we are either staying at their hotel or their spa. I will be a life-long willow-streamer!

  • Sara Zabihi

We went there for a couple massage and loved the experience. The staff were respectful and everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary snack and tea. The women steam room was one of my best experiences. The only not so good thing was the blow dryer. They were really old and weak. I wasn’t able to dry my hair and gad to leave there with damp hair.

  • Jenn S

Spa was lovely, if small. Even though there were a dozen or so people the hot tubs were full. Also there is no rule about quiet, so you have to hope that other patrons respect the space if you're looking for quiet time. There was also a large gap in the sauna door, so cold air was getting in. Looked like the door was misaligned. Services and staff were great!

  • Tom Flockhart

I had a massage here and it was the best massage that I have ever had. The RMT was very engaging and passionate about doing her job. You could tell that she enjoyed working there. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the pool and hot tub are fantastic too. I will definitely be coming back and I will recommend to my friends. Thanks Fairmont Pacific Rim!

  • Paul P

Probably one of the best spa experience I had in Vancouver. The Spa facilities are clean, modern and well designed. The hot tubs are located outside - on roof terrace - offering great vistas of the north shore, Canada place and convention Centre. Steam and infra red saunas are also great. The on site staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

  • Marina !

Beautiful spa! I can see why it’s one of the top recommend in Vancouver. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and kind. They have 2 lounges one that’s co-ed or ladies only. The one downside is there isn’t any individual change rooms in the ladies locker room, some people like the change in privacy. Will be coming back for another massage soon.

  • Cat S

Great little spa for a relaxing morning. I’d recommend booking for the 9:30am slot so you can have some alone time before people come in. The complimentary snacks & tea were great, my personal favourite were the wasabi peas. Also would recommend taking a shower & utilizing all the cool amenities inside the shower room like the eucalyptus mist.

  • Marion Anderson

Total luxury. However, the 'relaxing' roof top patio was not so relaxing as alcohol is served in the spa...which added to the pleasure of the spa experience for some people. However, the noise of chitter chatter was a bit too much for me. I would go earlier in the day to avoid the alcohol infused chatter. I would certainly go back to the spa.

  • James McChesney

Made reservations with a friend to the Willow Stream Spa and both of our experiences were amazing. We both got the "Willow Stream Signature" massage and the only way I can explain it is as an out-of-body experience. The staff was also very welcoming and kind which just made the experience that much better. Would definitely recommend this.

  • Bosco Poon . BOZ

My favourite spa in town. I am very satisfied with their caring service and friendly staff. Its interior design is fairly modern. Located in the heart of Downtown. One of the biggest highlight for me is the view of the roof garden of the Convention Centre over the patio. Spending time there after a massage on a sunny day feel so good.

  • Carina Wickstrom

I organized a group spa event at Willow Stream Spa recently. Kirs, who helped me plan and organize was perfectly professional, as were the team who attended us on the day. All of the guests LOVED the facilities and their services. I had a fabulous massage from Melodie and would definitely recommend this spa for a getaway in the city.

  • S. K.

Excellent attendants as usual. I had some questions about pricing and spoke with Kim who I assume was the manager ( didn’t identify herself ) but she was a little condescending. I was especially disappointed with how she treated the attendants and blamed them for a small critique I had to better improve my experience.

  • Setareh Bateni

As all the reviews say, this the best spa experience you'll have in Vancouver. I was a little hesitant to book in previous years because of the cost but this is one of those situations where every penny is worth it. Care, class, and an actually wonderful treatment that works so well for your body. We will be back!

  • Amber Geissler

Always love this place - top notch service and atmosphere. Only reason rating 4 and not 5 is because it's impossible to get in if you don't book weeks in advance and it's very hard to reach them on the phone because it's so busy. Would be helpful if there was a dedicated individual for bookings and extended hours.

  • Nader Hodaly

The day following a snow storm they would not allow me to cancel my RMT appointment without paying 50% of the cost - can’t support an organization that puts profits over the safety of their customers. So many better options than this place for a fraction of the cost and their staff/facility is over hyped.

  • Jason Mackay

Came for a drop in visit as I waited for a friend to have her massage. Meditated in the infrared sauna, sat in the outdoor hot tub, had some tea, read a book in the lounge, and enjoyed the complimentary health bars. There is also an outdoor lounge area but only accessible during the spring/summer months.

  • V K

Very relaxing spot, hidden rooftop patio & hot tubs. Comfy recliner seats & view of the mountains & cruise ship terminal. Snacks, tea, water & fruit. Various chill out spaces & access to the gym. Amazing afternoon, we didn’t have a treatment but enjoying the facilities was wonderful!

  • Megan Munro

Customer service was fantastic. Kevin was a ray of sunshine on our honeymoon and was able to book us in last minute to make our stay even better! My massage with Stefanie was amazing and so relaxing! All of the COVID procedures felt safe and overall I had a great experience!

  • Dina Car

The spa is everything you hope for a calm day. The staff were lovely. My face felt amazing after my facial and the ambiance was unmatched. It’s upstairs in the fairmont hotel, which means you have an incredible top view of Vancouver while in one of their hot tubs!

  • M R

This is such a fantastic, relaxing spa. The massage was excellent and the RMT did a great job paying attention to the problem areas I’d identified beforehand. The lounge area is really comfortable and you can very easily enjoy a quiet afternoon here.

  • Justin C

We love willow strea spa. Probably the comfiest spa tables ever made. Alsp the perks of just getting a treatment are great. The two hot tubs and sauna are very nice and seating makes you feel like youre hanging out in kanyes BBQ villa. Or something.

  • Dalia Shehyn

What a beautiful place and right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. My husband and I booked a couples massage with RMT. valet parking was cheap $20 for 6 hrs!! I highly recommend Willow Spa, very clean and snacks and infused water are delicious.

  • Sophie Lussier

The spa is so beautiful, calm and zen. I really enjoyed my VIP O2 facial. They are the only spa-hotel using the Biologique Recherche product line which are simply amazing. My treatment made my skin really plump and glowing. I will be back soon.

  • Aylin Haghigh

There are some facilities which we can not use specifically the bathtub in the couple room. The employees were so rude to us, even though we paid so much in this spa but we had very bad experience there, the massage was not very good as well.

  • Sandy Ma

Top notch professional and quality service from all staff members. Had a fantastic 90 min. RMT Massage Treatment, followed by a soak in the jacuzzi and used steam room for a few minutes. Felt absolutely amazing! Highly recommended.

  • Jan C

I had a very lovely and professional massage with Taylor at the spa. I was also in spa business before and I'm very picky with my massage. She checked every box of my high standard requirement and well deserves a 5-star review.

  • S K

Willow stream is one of the best spa’s Vancouver has to offer. From the moment you arrive until you leave, the attentive details they take to ensure you have a great time. It’s relaxing and refreshing, I cannot wait to be back!

  • Dans l'oeil de Flo Vancouver

Cozy place with an excellent service. Very intimate and clean, we have all what we need: a robe, shoes, towels, elastic for shower ( if you forget it like me!). Perfect moment in a middle of the week. Highly recommended.

  • Jane Pate

Had a wonderful experience there today. Beautiful and clean facility. My RMT, Dana, was wonderful and gave me some excellent advice to help improve some of my issues. Moreover, she provided a fantastic massage.

  • Shelley Piper

Highly recommend Christy at Willow Stream Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim. I had the Neroli Blossom Renew and Christie applied perfect pressure the entire time. The relaxation was just what I needed.

  • Jesse Sidhu

Willow stream spa allowed my fiancé and me to take the whole day to relax and have time to ourselves. Besides the massage and the 1 hour pedicure, we were able to enjoy the facilities till 10pm.

  • Nicole Cardinal

My absolute favourite spa. Luxury treatment, relaxing environment and top notch service. I book the day at the spa and its worth every penny!! You must try shower it is an experience in itself.

  • Karen N

My favourite spa service in Vancouver. The facility is very nice, location is perfect as well. The hot tub area has the view of water and Canada place. The lounge area is also relaxing.

  • CFai W

Went there once and the spa there is one of them best ones in Vancouver. It has a common room for couples as well to hang out, two stream pools and a wonderful view at the coal harbor.

  • Юля Вострецова

I had the best experience at Willow Stream Spa!!, was my first experience ever and it was extremely AMAZING!!!, I will comeback for sure!, highly recommended this place …

  • Bryan Young

Best massage I've ever had. I got absolutely destroyed by my masseuse. The staff there are extremely friendly and highly professional. Great tasty snacks throughout the facility.

  • Stephen and Anna

I did valet my car. It was only $15 :D They greeted me warmly and showed the facilities. Kait gave me amazing deep tissue massage. I will definitely come back.

  • Alex Jiggs

Get the 90 minute massage!!! I have always gotten the 60min, but the 90 is a whole other experience. Love the hottubs and provided watermelon water so much!!

  • Tila

Obviously top notch spa in the city. Go when it’s nice out so you can utilize all their amenities, order sushi to the spa and a bottle of wine. THE BEST

  • Vyan Vu

Such an amazing experience here! Staff were SO friendly and attentive. The spa itself was very clean and had an amazing atmosphere and amenities.

  • Choco Chow

One of the best Spa in Canada! Perfect view from the Lounge, best RMTs, love the couple massage room and the massage oil they use, best services.

  • Aimee Watts

This is one of my favourite places EVER to relax. A great array of services, friendly and professional staff, and beautiful ambiance.

  • Roop Sharda

Tina is by far the best RMT I've had. I felt like a bolt of energy had recharged me days after my massage with her. Thank you Tina!!
