There is no escalator going down from the upper bus stop. There is no elevator. You know wilson subway is giving us a hard time and headache specially with us who have a baby with a stroller.. its inconvenient. Atleast the management come to think of it and put an elevator for stroller or for the disabled persons.

Lots of walking at Wilson Station - and many confusing tunnels to get to the many parking lots for this station - If you don't have a good sense of direction then look for the signs to help you get around this station. Richard Trus Review

Very large, Washrooms, convenience store, lottery kiosk, covered bus waiting area.(not climate controlled) Payphones, bakery, not yet wheel chair accessible. No digital signs for bus wait times. Centre subway platform.

Way too cold in the winter, the busses always pile up and come all at once and then not again for 35 minutes. The station itself is a disaster organisationally: simply mapped out very poorly.

No security cameras for a crime scene/investigations. I have 2 friends who almost got robbed from a knife threat in this station.

The closure of the lower level means that you have to use an outdoor platform to use the Dufferin or Bathurst North routes.

Under construction and not clear where the bus lets you off and where you board. I almost missed my bus.

This station will be easy accessible to people after the construction is finished installing elevators.

the service is bad, the line 1 train always has problems and stays stopped for a long time

Signal timing is useless. Huge slow down occurs between Sheppard West & Wilson Stations.

It's looking good after all the fixing up the place it has New elevators up and running

Floors were very slippery on the subway platform and I tripped

Washrooms are always clean, no matter what time it is.

So much walking and windy! But it has clean bathrooms
