First time ordering from them, I ordered dry lemon pepper wings with blue cheese,curly fries, and a drink. When I got back, there wasn't any blue cheese(wasn't a big deal but odd) in the bag, when I tried the curly fries they were so burnt and hard to eat, I just gave up on trying to find any softer pieces since they all were hard. Now the wings...not only can you clearly see that the wings were just overly seasoned, but when I took a bite, I literally had to spit it out, it was sooo salty, I couldn't believe it, I had to try another piece,EVEN SALTIER THEN THE LAST. I couldn't believe it! I called for a refund and they tried to tell me I had to wait until the next day for a refund! I didn't order my food Monday, I ordered it today! Luckily I was able to get my refund but don't waste your money here, take a trip to buffalo wild wings or wing stop, trust me. One good thing I can say is the people inside working there were really nice, THAT'S IT!

I’m sorry to say because I’ve been calling this place for years because the food is good but wow did I have a bad experience tonight ‍♂️ I wanted to blame it on the fact that I called through Uber eats instead of just calling them directly but all I know is I called at like eight or 8:30 PM and the food didn’t get here until I think like 11 I say I think because I don’t actually know when the food got here & I live like 5 blocks away also the delivery time said it would be 9 o’clock at the latest but it was just stuck on that and kept saying preparing I sent a update request to know if they were still making it or not never got a reply back and by the time I finally just called them the place was closed so nobody answered because of that I didn’t even realize when the food actually got to my place because I didn’t know what was going on at that point anymore idk I hope that doesn’t happen again if I call back

I would've given 5 stars if not for a bizarre phone call 90 minutes after receiving my order. Food was delicious -- wings were absolutely incredible. Cheeseburger and fries equally as good. Zero issue with the food. The manager calls me and actually asked if I paid, said the driver doesn't have the money. I was in shock and almost at a loss for words. I not only paid but gave a $4 tip too. In 30+ years of ordering food, this is the only time I've encountered this. After telling the manager I paid, he didn't challenge me, then politely said ok and goodbye. No idea if the driver lost the money and tried to create a story. Just bizarre.

Recently went here for lunch last week and it was amazing! Ordered the lemon pepper wings combo with curly fries and a drink. Food came out in just a few minutes and the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure I had a top quality dinning experience. The wings were cooked to perfection , had a juicy and tender interior and the fries were crispy yet flavorful. the food is pretty good actually , the service is also even better the people are fast very efficient give no problems no attitude and the inside is very welcoming and comfortable, as well as the music they play even the way the tables and chairs are set and perfectly neat always clean and organized, i go here every here and there and never have a problem with my food or customer service , i definitely recommend the baconator quesadilla its very good,

I went in there for the first time to just get fries. While they were nice I asked for ketchup in the cups that they give to customers that order the food. They said yes. I would even pay for it if i had too. They gave me my order and put a few ketchup packets. I said I wanted ketchup cups. They said they don’t have anymore ketchup cups. Really? You just put 2 cups in a delivery bag. How can you eat fries without that much ketchup. Is it laziness just to get me out or did you really just run out? Are they losing money to fill a cup? I would have paid for it. Not happy.

Came here a few weeks ago and ordered a cheeseburger special and added bacon. The 2 girls upfront recommended the lunch special with fries and a drink which saved me some money which was really nice of them. There was a great variety of drinks ! The food was really good and i’m definitely coming back

I ordered from here a few times, they deliver fast and the food is still piping hot when it gets to my place. Sometimes the food could be a bit over salted, but I've had a variety of things from their menu that I wasn't expecting to blow my mind and gives me reason enough to overlook a dash of extra salt. I highly recommend their nachos supreame with bacon, their gyros are good too and the fried oreos make for a great dessert.

The best chicken tenders and curly fries I’ve ever had. If you’re in the new dorp area, this place is a must.

I usually order from Planet wings, but I have not been happy with the quality of their food lately. I just tried Wing World for the first time and I was extremely pleased with it. I ordered the rosemary garlic boneless wings and pigs in a blanket. The wings were crispy, fresh and delicious. I was happy to see fresh garlic and rosemary on them. They were delicious! Will definitely be ordering from here often (:

We order from here when we are really craving wings ! Yesterday we also got the chicken quesadilla, cheesesteak hero, and some other great appetizers. I’d say the prices are fair but honestly could be a little better. If there isn’t already, there should be an incentive like discount when you order multiple times (I’m not sure if there is already one ?) most of the wing flavors are good but not all!

Absolutely phenomenal food. The fries here are generally the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere! Everything is made fresh and tastes fresh. Been coming here for years and def continue coming here for a while!!!

Me, my girlfriend and a friend of ours wanted something quick that delivered and this place didn't disappoint. We ordered 20 wings and the corn fritters (honey garlic, spicey teriyaki, chipotle ranch and sweet and sour sauce)- it took about 20 minutes for them to deliver the food amd it was still hot. Everything was really good. Highly recommend for a quick meal. Definitely ordering again

Incredibly rude restaurant. Ordered 45 minutes before closing and they made me wait 40 minutes for the order when I was told it was gonna be delivered in 30min. Then I realized there closed and they're not coming. They didn't even have the decency to let me know that the order is canceled. Incredibly rude and unprofessional

Foods okay, I just placed my order and received it but when I called to inform the people they sent wrong item and was missing item asked for curly fries got reg asked for cocktail sauce and not tartar give me the tartar they were nasty never apologized for the mistake on their end he just proceeded to hang up the phone

I’ve been ordering from this place since they opened this location. One of my favorite spots to get wings from. Delivery is fast and the food is always hot. I love that they poke holes in the container so that the steam doesn’t get the wings soggy. It shows that they care! Definitely recommend!!

Just got back from eating dinner there. Servers are very pleasant but food just so so. I ordered a hot open turkey dinner my dad had French toast. My turkey dinner was not worth $17.00 was not even piping hot. Bill was $35.00 for for above with a coffee and soda. Will more than likely not be eating there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I had their cheese steak, Mac and cheese bites, and mozzerllla sticks. I personally think their sides are their strong suit, but the cheese steak was also good. Very friendly staff and will be ordering again soon. (Also, they have great coupons)

service is rude, slow, and care more about themselves. ordered a pizza burger medium. I got a burger with mozzarella cheese no sauce. after I was done the waiter came over with a bowl of sauce and apologized. tables were sticky had to ask for a refill on coffee because we were ignored

Excellent food, friendly staff, and easy to use website. After dealing the quality and delivery time inconsistency from Planet Wings for so long, I decided to try this place at the suggestion of my brother-in-law. I'm really glad I did. I wish they had a location on the south shore.

First time here at the New Dorp location. I am impressed with the menu, better than expected. I tried the boneless wings Diablo hot. I liked it ! I gotta come here again and try the Gyros , and they have quesadillas and Nachos and sandwiches. I gotta come back more than once.

Been ordering here for months and the wings are so good! In my opinion I prefer this over any other wing stop. The wings are juicy and full of flavor. It’s also very convenient for me. The service is good as well! I definitely recommend this place!

Great food and fast delivery. The sweet potato fries with cheese are amazing. The BLT wrap is absolutely delicious with TONS of bacon and the Nutella poppers are out of this world. I love this place!
