This is meant as constructive, we all need some of it at times :-) Unfortunately not impressed, phones not answered, please consider diverting when staff is on leave, also divert emails, technology is available and it might do wonders for your efficiency and business, not to mention client's frustrations and stress levels :-) Also accept the customer's version and verify discreetly, preferably not "Who told you 'Tom' is on leave?" (I thought I said Tom's return email indicated ... but even if I didn't ...)
