I've actually been doing a lot of my Christmas shopping at this location. I've gotten some really good deals: nothing I bought I have found for less since (including Black Friday). I have been buying hard to find items (for example, Barbie Dream Home Doll house, 2021 holiday Barbie doll), I consider premium items, at great discount price. Selection varies upon visit (some areas have less), but I have been going often, so I found something for everyone on my list (including myself). I used to drive to the location in Gloucester but this location has exceeded my expectations this year. Staff have been very friendly, helpful, and willing to investigate when you have questions or needs. I even notice they hire/ provide work opportunities for staff with visible disabilities.

HOMESENCE always impress me the variety of items they're carrying. You never know what kind of pieces furniture you will find at lower price and good quality. Most of the items or pieces in the store are unique. The items are not like the one you will find the local stores in your neighbourhood. You can buy whatever you want and return for a full refund within 30 days. My wife and I like shipping at HomeSence. Most of the accents pieces in our house were bought at HomeSence. I can't wait for our next trip to the store. If you go there take time look around and Im sure you find something good.

Do Not Buy their Bathbombs.. I got a Bath bomb xmas 3pack last Dec and just recently used it and it irritated my skin afterwards plus made my bath tub whole black since it was a penguin shaped bath bomb. I called customer service and they said they can’t help me since they can’t track the product nor can refund however I told them I have physical product with me but not receipt..I don’t care about my refund but they should have handled the complaint better since they do sell lot of cosmetic products.

A great Winners with lots of products! Also very clean, especially with what’s going on with the pandemic. With that being said, their associates are friendly and kind! I had a great encounter with one associate at the front door. I believe her name was Brianna, but she was a very kind young lady who complimented my outfit. It made me feel very special, especially since I haven’t been out as I’m not good with big crowds. Anyways, definitely a great store, lots of options.

This shop sells all sorts of goods, mostly overstocks from other companies. The place is clean, organized, and always has a huge variety of items. The prices are very competitive too. Due to the nature of what it sells, you'll never know what you'll find. This also means they can't have a consistent stock selection. Some items may also be odd colours or unusual sizes for the same reason. Still, it's a fun place to do a bit of speculative bargain hunting.

tried charging $25 for a $15 pair of pants. rang it up - i questioned it- and they just wanted to change the price back. asked to speak to the manager to see if they adhere to the Scanner Price Accuracy Code in Canada - the manager had NO CLUE. the manager GRACIOULSY offered to charge only $15 for the pants (the original price lol). pretty consistent that all winners have 0 customer service abilities - wonder if they include that on the job posting??

Went yesterday on June 13 2023 at 4:30 . It was Young tall lady cashier. She never said hello just started checking my goods , and in the middle of the proses She started long explanation for the other customer who been talking with another cashier. I still waiting for my simple transaction to be finished but no she was put me on hold unprofessional and no respect to customer service

Winners offers a large variety of name branded goods at amazing discount prices. I can never leave without something as there is always that one thing you can't find anywhere else. I love the selection of health and wellness section that is to die for...it allows you to buy more and save more. I like to try things for the first time and if they're good I know exactly where to go to buy more.

Bought a sweater for $49.99 but my wife did not like it. When I went to return, the cashier and supervisor said the tag does not match and they did not process the return. Looks like they steal money by mislabelling products. I left the sweater as their Christmas gift. I've been dealing with TJX for long time and never had bad experience before. Beaware of this location.

Went in 21st May afternoon, the cashier at #4 wearing hijab did not greet and told me to scan the card at the scanner when I put down on the table for her. I did scan for her as I was with my toddler so didn’t want to argue but she clearly gave me attitude that did not want to serve me. After payment also did not greet neither.

Winners is a great store to get brand name items for less with lots of variety of items. But reason why I’m giving 2 less stars is why do winners stores have such a small mens section compared to how large the women’s section is. Winners needs to increase the mens area to equal the women’s sections.

Not a hole lot of diversity in the styles, and I didn't find that they had a ton of super cute clothes. But I did find a great deal I bought a 3 back of Calvin klein underwear for 14.99$ and bras to go with for 14.99$ each. Which I'd mucj cheaper than the original cost

Besides all the beautiful items this store carries and unique selections, their customer service is top quality. Have never had a bad experience. They carry authentic Italian pastas, candies and British teas that I have not see anywhere to date.

This is a large location with two levels, the upper level being Winners and the lower level is a Homesense, which is smaller than the upper level store. Lots of clothes selection and travel luggage and accessories, as well as shoes...

This is a huge winners. They have a huge selection of different types of clothing and furniture and accessories. Prices of some items don't really seem to be on sale but the variety you get here is really good.

It is 1 of my favorite big chain stores. I like the casual shopping experience . No rush, no push, and they are offering different bands in discount! But it seems this year they have limited supplies! …

This is our go to place for home and kitchen items. Prices are very good and selection is great. If you can't find something now, just wait a few days and there is a whole new selection to browse. Love it.

I guess I expected more since the place was in Ottawa. Not many choices, especially for males and children. Homesense was no different. Good thing is that the stores are in the mall so the kids are okay.

This winners has alot of clothing.. I found myself a cardigan .That I had been looking for. I was surprised to see it.. Great price. Sorry to say ,the selection of purses. Wasn't great..

This store was clean, staff is friendly and everything was well placed! It was a bit empty but that might be due to Covid-19. I will definitely come back! I love the carpet hanger.

Sometimes you can get lucky and find a great food product in the kitchen department but not always. Men's clothing is not so great unless you are 4 or 50xl or extra small.

Having an abundant assortment of apparels, Winners undoubtedly places shirts, pants, innerwear with other items upto anyone can desire to purchase. I purchased shirts.

Love Homesense at Bayshore. Right now they have lots of cool and interesting garden pots, planters and decorations. The cat came home with me for my garden!

Great eelection of items that change frequently. Very large store. But know your prices going in...there are some deals to be had.
