Seriously worst experience ever. Just went and spent over $150 at hottopic , set my bag down in my cart and then went and filled the cart with things I wanted to try on. Not only was I given no warning when going into the change rooms to try things on, how close the store was to closing , (which I understand is my responsibility as a customer to pay attention to time , but was too excited to finally get new things after losing everything I owned due to a house fire ) about 4 minutes into being in the changerooms , the intercom announced that it was 10pm and that the store was closed, so my 2 friends and i rushed to the checkout and I discovered that I lost both my $100 bill and $50 bill somehow whilst shopping, so only wound up getting one $6.25 item , and happened to forget my hottopic bag at the bottom of the cart. We were parked across the mall from the winners so after leaving the store and realizing I left my bag in the cart , I ran back to the store and had my friend go retrieve the car , called the store using the call button outside of the store, one of the girls picked up the phone and asked what I needed and I said that I left my bag with all my stuff from hot topic in the cart , so they said " oh okay one moment " then after waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes, I pressed the call button again a few more times with no response, my friend finally showed up with the car so I got in the car and called using my cellphone , to which they finally answered ( it being 10:35 at this point ) saying that they would not give me my bag back and couldn't let me back in the store which i understand , but that they also would not bring it to me when their employees left and that I'd have to come back in the morning. When I'm currently living across the city with no personal vehicle, having spent literally the last of my money at their store. Can't believe the disrespect. Had me wait around in the cold for a half hour instead of simply just letting me know to come back tomorrow to begin with. Will NOT be returning to this branch after I get my hottopic bag back , if I even get it back. Also claimed that they never told me to just hold on a second while they find the bag in the cart . Never in my life have I left a store so disappointed. Merry Christmas I guess ffs.

First off, let me start off by saying this location is HUGE and very well stocked. But that's not why I'm giving 5 stars. I went in recently to find a couple dresses with my daughter. She accidentally (maybe) threw he stuffed monkey out of the stroller without my noticing. I didn't noticed until I was almost home and panic set in. Monkey has been her best friend, and only toy she really cares for, since day one. I called Winners and the lady who answered heard the panic in my voice and said she'd personally go look for it. Gave her my phone number and within about 20 minutes she called back saying she found it. I wish I had remembered her name because she deserves so much praise. She could have been lazy about it and just checked the L&F box and said nothing was turned in. Managers: find out who helped me and make sure she gets recognition! Maybe even a paid day off!

Worst ever customer service at the jewellery section. I picked up a hand lotion about a meter away from the jewellery section where all the cosmetics are located. This sales women tried to send me back to the back of the store to pay for it. I was the only one costumer with her. I told her it was never a problem for me paying there before with any of my cosmetics. I been shopping there weekly since they opening. She tried at least send me back 3 more times, still it was only me and her there. Clearly she did not wanted to do her job , just stand around. I was not bringing a peace of furniture or anything big or clothing, just a hand cream. I give only one star due to her lack of customer service , her ordering tone and her attitude. The rest of the younger girls were always helpful and did an excellent costumer service with me at that section.

It's not first time I went to winners southcentre that the undercovered security man like was following me. It was so unpleasant. Sometimes I go there to buy, sometimes just browsing. But today I spent just 5 minutes there because I had this feeling the guy was watching me. I use to work in retail, I love to shopping.....but, it's so uncomfortable winners. I understand some stores need to have a security. I don't see any problem on that. But sometimes is too much and the customers feels uncomfortable. I lived before in Toronto and I never went through this feeling / situation there.

Not happy with my recent experience at this location pricing seems to be a huge issue and staff and mangers don’t care if an item has a hole or if the tag is wrong price even when we showed them evidence that the price was off and shouldn’t have been a red tag. Cashier was rude to my partner when he tried explaining this that we had purchased these pants before a day before at another location for a different price it’s very annoying that there is not consistent pricing all over at each store.

This location is a pretty nice Winner's. It is a decent-sized store, and being inside of South center Mall is another plus. Being a Winner's, the clothing and mercantile is always changing. There is also a good variety of items ranging from very expensive brands to more affordable, everyday living items.

I find that all Winners are not equal in what they sell. Compare Signal Hill Winners to Heritage for example. Different types of clothing and different prices. Signal Hill Winners definitely caters to the upper Middle class and the overall stock at the other Winners stores seems to be alot less.

I love the new Winners at Soth Center Mall! It is so clean, well layer out and have a great selection of items! Just be prepared to spend money when you enter this store because you will find so many things that will make you want to bring it home with you.

Good store. , Very clean. Nice staff. Big down fall no cashier at mall side only cash at outer mall entrance . That is silly then you have to walk all the way back through a huge store to get back to the mall. Need a till at the mall entire.

Terrible selection, shelves were empty. The men's section is the smallest I have ever seen. 99% of the store is women's or children and the small corner in the back is for men. almost all of the stock was one size and all the same item. No

Just like any Winners. They don't spend too much time keeping their stacks organized, so do hunt around the store a bit. The register is at one end, so you end up walking across the store to get back into the mall.

Beautiful, big new store. Product changes over quickly, which is awesome! Was there last week and revisited today. Lots of new Product and sizes available. Bright and cheerful atmosphere. Lovely staff

Good Value. I bought some really nice jeans for only $30.00. That is a great price in these economically tough times. Not a huge selection of jeans but I found what I wanted.

Great new location in Calgary that had there grand opening on 4-20-21. This place is well organized and huge. This branch must be the largest in Calgary if not in Canada.
