This is probably the most beautiful, cozy and charming cafe in town. And I've probably been to all. The decor is only elevated by the kindness of the girls who work there. After coming in from the cold and rain today (Sunday October 8th, 10 am ish) these two girls greeted us with such warmth and made us feel like we had just walked into a hallmark movie café. It's so rare nowadays to see such genuine kindness. Thank you to the wonderful staff and to the sweet girl who took our picture when she saw how I excited I was to be in such a beautiful coffee shop Ps. Coffee was delicious. The desserts are drool-worthy.

Pros: Great atmosphere, and one of the few places around that is open late evening that serves hot beverages in a chill cafe environment. Coffee tasted great. Cons: You shouldn’t serve a hot beverage in a jar mug as they are meant for cold beverages with straw (the mouth of a jar is not suitable for drinking something directly). Also, I’m pretty sure the claim is that all the pastry and desserts are prepared daily but unfortunately the chocolate cake didn’t taste fresh at all. Maybe I was unlucky with the choice and it was about the ingredients.

I've been coming here a lot recently to do work/reading and i've had consistently great experiences! The baristas are very kind and helpful and the drinks are well made with some diverse flavours and seasonal specials. The service is good as they bring the drinks/snacks right to your table. There is lots of seating room and the atmosphere is calm and well curated through the music selection. Prices are a little expensive but fairly normal for elgin street. I havn't tried any cocktails but I expect that they would be good as the bar is well stocked with quality liquors. Only good things to say about Wise Town Cafe!

We had the most delicious macaroons and apple pie. The Americano coffee wasn’t as hot as expected but the service was amazing and the spacious variety of nooks was like out of a story book! There is a wonderful selection of individual, couple or group seating and they all are very inviting and really cozy! We loved how every seating area was unique and the gorgeous decor surrounding you. We didn’t realize you can even buy the plants! What a fun and warm inviting gem! We will try the cocktails next visit!

Really beautiful, airy, aesthetic cafe with lots of seating, books and board games. The coffee is fantastic, although a bit pricey. Lots of good food choices - mainly pastries and small bakery items. They also have a great selection of cocktail options - I'd love to go back and try their Frosé! Service was also great and very quick.

Spacious and cute cafe! I was sad eden cafe was gone but this is a very similar vibe with lots of seating! I really liked the iced tea selection and for reference I got the pomegranate one. Tasted like grapefruit tho but delish! Would recommend!!! <33

A little oasis on Elgin street. It’s a plant shop with a cafe inside.. it was cloudy and rainy outside while shiny and tropical inside! The decor and ambiance is so cozy , organic and lovely. Coffee is decent, the treats they sell are from Costco lol so don’t set high expectations.. if you go in there you are there for the ambiance! You can park on the side streets for free for one hour or for 5$ for 2 hrs!

Great rose oat latte and hot chocolate! The ambience is really soothing, and perfect for studying/catching up with friends. The server was very helpful with the order, and was accommodating. I’ve visited them multiple times, just wish they had some nice bakery/desserts as well.

Such a hidden gem on Elgin street! Lovely atmosphere for studying, chatting or to enjoy a drink! I got the iced yuzu honey soda and it was really delicious and refreshing! It is a beautiful cafe. Whether you are just looking for a place to read or to work. The coffee won't disappoint you, they have a lot of options. Have not tried food but they do have vegan dessert options.

We came across this lovely little gem while strolling down Elgin street after dinner. We enjoyed their specialty lattes (rose and lavender flavours) and macaroons. Beautiful decor, friendly staff and great vibe. Lovely place to hang out with a friend or even on your own with a book
