Good thing is that you can finish all your requirement here. They keep stock almost all material and books here. Sad thing is they don't give any discount. Just sell MRP to MRP. They not provide original bill. They give handwritten temporary cheat. They don't take payment via UPI, PAYTM, Credit CARD, DEBIT CARD. They only take hard cash with change. Once item will sold they not return or replace... This is the sad reality of this store. Parents have no choice bcoz their school suggest this stationery store.

The owner and working staff are very rude. They are not ready to listen to the customer. I have purchased the school books and 12 notebook as per school requirements.for my 4th standard kid. There was a printing mistake in one notebook which I came to know after 2 days. When I went there to exchange it with a receipt but the staff was not interested in listening and refused to exchange it. And started shouting in front of the other customers. Not going to the store anymore.

Since the place is very famous for school books, they don't care about their customers. I have been buying for more than 10 years yet was rejected for a return of book which I mentioned earlier to them on that day that it might not be useful but I had to take to verify. They just refused that once you buy they wont take it back. Since that day I have not visited this shop and I will never. Very poor customer service.

During our visit to Udaipur in the first week of June, we chose to stay here. The only dining option available was Shambhu Coffee and Tea Post, which served our meals. The washroom facilities were satisfactory, although it appeared that the establishment was still undergoing construction.

Very rude in nature. But some school setting with this store for books so no any other options for parents to buy text books from other store. Because we cant get same book from other stores. He never respect customer. Customer is GOD in business.
