Update: 5th Sep 2023: Wooden street says damages are natural cut hence they won’t rectify one of the issue. I have filed official consumer complaint on this and will raise consumer court case if they solution is not satisfactory. Companies like these who think they can sell anything and get away easily should be taught a lesson. A small shop next door is more better than these guys. Edited 31st Aug 2023: I retract from my below feedback because of poor response from wooden street on addressing an issue with broken pooja cabinet delivery. They don’t seem to care after delivering damaged goods and no response except an email saying we are looking into the issue. Doesn’t look like store people care too as this was bought from store and not online. Firstly I waited for 25 days to get the material after full payment and since it’s delivered I am chasing for replacement/rectification but no response at all. I will be shortly filing consumer complaint against this company if they don’t address the issue immediately. Do not recommend anyone wooden street. Store is big enough with inventory to check and make decisions.

1. Immediately after placing order for a sofa and 4 dining chairs, the sales person vanished. Absolutely no updates on where my product is on delivery timelines. 2. Delivery timelines breached by more than a month. Online support, chat support and showroom all three had 3 different updates. Their usual response - We will call you back, call never came. 3. Upon delivery of defective items (Please find pics attached) their one explaination was - we don't consider these as defects. 4. On raising a ticket again, they didn't come back for 4 months. 5. Again after visiting showroom, when I asked for refund after telling all the stories, they raised a ticket, inspected the defects, and now they vanished again. I have all the call records, emails, chat transcripts etc to prove every point I said.. To Woodenstreet Team, Do not ask me the whole story again. Find Mr siddhart, Mr dikshit, Mr awinash, Mr Amit etc etc to know the story and get me my money.. On this public forum, you have a deadline of 1 week to get me my money in my account.. like i had said before I really never wanted to get volatile, but this is your only last chance..

My experience with the purchase of the dining table set has not been a good one. I received table in a damaged condition (One of the bolt of bush of dining table is bent and hence the installation person could not place the any bush for the table. One bush of a chair is damaged and the chair is not stable on floor on three bushes.). Also the walnut finish is not as described in the Whitefield showroom and Online portal. Attaching pics for the reference. All these issues are making my experience with Wooden Street very very bad and I request the team to replace the dining table set with a new one as displayed in the showroom or as shown on the website. I don't have time for the back-and-forth of this repair and service. I believe the first impression is the best impression and Wooden street has failed to deliver on its promise made while purchasing the dining set.

Very elegant furniture pieces! Very nice finish and colour. Do visit once before finalizing any furniture! Well maintained showroom. Update:It's been more than 45 days. Dining table arrived after lots of follow up and chairs are yet to be delivered. Customer care service is pathetic. Multiple follow up and complaints are with no response. I asking for refund, no update. A good show room is not everything. Day 2: I am asking for refund after multiple attempts of contacting customer care service. No one gives any proper response. Helpline line number is put on hold forever. Please don't buy anything here. You may be duped! Pathetic response! After 52 days , there is not callback yet. Neither received any response on complaint raised. Completely pathetic customer care service. They will put on hold forever. No value for money or time here!

Reverting my 5 star rating to 1 star. Highly disappointing after sale support from Woodenstreet. I ordered a bed and specifically mentioned that the headboard is to be made without pins (a customisation that they offer). They delivered the headboard with pins. I raised a complaint and a replacement was sent after 1 month. Received the replacement unit today but again was made with pins. This happened after extensive discussions with their support team over emails and calls. I have raised a complaint again now for it to be replaced. There seems to be no care given for proper instructions to be shared between the sales team and the manufacturing team. Please think twice before placing an order with them.

I first visited Woodenstreet in search of dining table set. I really loved the products offered by them. I purchased my dining set from them in a decent amount. I am using it from last 7 months, haven't faced any issue till now. They initially mention the delivery will take 5-7 weeks if the product is not in stock. But we got it within 3 weeks, even though this product was not in stock. After experiencing there product we purchased Sofa and Center table as well. The products are awesome with their pricing. I would highly recommend Woodenstreet for your home furniture, furnishing items or decor pieces. They have good stocks. All their staff at stores are really helpful. Thank you Woodenstreet!!

Going from 4 star to 1 star for not getting a simple product delivered on time. Ordered a cot on July 23rd and wooden street still seem to be finding which tree to cut. They told me the product will be delivered between 5 to 7 weeks which in itself was a long waiting period and today marks the end of 7 weeks. The cot (or the parts) is still i Jodhpur as per today's update. The only thing I need is a refund. Enough of this. Day 50: Still no update Day 51: No further update. Escalation manager said he will call back in 15 minutes on 11th sep. Today is 13th. No call back. No update on ticket. Nothing. Day 59 (18th Sep): Not received the Cot yet. Pathetic service.

At the time of sale they will attend you nicely and ask for a 5* rating and once the sale is executed they will not even take responsibility till delivery of the product and will say we are not customer service department and raise tickets. Zero coordination between sales and delivery. Sales agent even don't know how to respond to the customers and will talk in a raised high pitch voice, not sure about others but my sales rep was very much professional to talk in a loud and high pitch voice after being clueless about my delivery. I would not recommend this place ever to anyone, a sofa delivery will take 1.5 months of time

Changing my review as false information was shared with us. Almirah which we bought is not useful it was told that modification is not possible at the time of sale. However we didn’t know that shelf will be very small and storage is not possible. Delivery person said that carpenter will add one add shelf just need to call the showroom. Arun from customer service called and said I would have told at the time of booking they would have modified now product is delivered can’t do anything. This is disheartening and money gone waste. I can’t use the product anymore and coming denied to do anything. I am helpless

I bought two beds with storage from wooden street. They were took almost 7 to 8 weeks for manufacturing and delivery but I didn't get that much quality perfession in the material. One I found damages in panel and other one having alignment issues in the door and storage box support broken due to insufficient screws provision not utilized by the carpenter. Please see the pictures for both cases. This is my second time experience with wooden street. Two month back I had booked three product from wooden street I have similar experience in all products. Never dream of Wooden street online. You will get discount coupon and all. But be ready to hang yourself for their product quality and customer support. All the reviews below the product are paid once. I have asked them to cancel an item which was wrongly described in website, but these morons were asking me the time of payment bcos based on that they count 24 hrs deadline for cancellation. When they are not a 24x7 support system, and it's takes 30 min to connect to them. It's 4 days now, they have not cancelled .I am waiting for them to call for delivery. This time they are dealing with wrong person.

Really pathetic service . Products are good but there is no adherence to delivery schedule and customer service really disappoints you. They promise 5-7 weeks for delivering customised furniture but take more than 10-12 weeks if you are lucky and there is no compensation for the delay . You are not even allowed to cancel your order . They keep sending you false reminders for scheduling delivery when the product is not even ready .customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful . Would request customers to be extremely cautious dealing with them as this feels like a total scam going unhinged .

Ordered a sideboard after visiting this store which was delivered without shelves. First of all how can they deliver a product without proper check. How you can miss the basic shelves in a cabinet. We raised a complaint immediately after receiving the product on 27 June. Its been more than 40 days and yet the production of shelves is not done. Called customer support multiple times and everytime they say in next 15 days it will be shipped. But we have not received it yet. So disappointed with the purchase. Never buying again from them.

We are going through a horrible experience. Doubting we have been scammed. Order 476722 made on 24 June with a promise initially made to deliver in 2 days. Today is 30th July. Zero calls were made to us by anyone from this company. Impossible to talk to anyone, got multiple mails with promises of delivery, last one being 28th July. They seems to be living in their past fame since I cannot understand how a company can operate like this with complete disregard for its customers and zero intent of keeping the promises.

Pretty bad experience with wooden street. We ordered a sheesham wood queen size bed worth around 40k and it was delivered in damaged condition. We raised the issue before excepting the delivery but we were assured that wooden street carpenter will fix the damage parts within 48 hours. Its been more than 3 days and we are struggling to get the damages fixed. Local shop would have delivered in a better condition. Worst experience - Wooden street. You need to work hard on your quality check.

I am sharing my own experience with the wooden street after the delivery of the product. At first I was worried after looking all the negative reviews , I felt like I may experience the same. For my surprise it turned out to be a wonderful service and the quality of the product , I really appreciate the service centre and the delivery guys efforts Thanks to Ms Arfitha who helped us with the purchase and fast delivery , we received the product within the next day . I visited this store and placed my 2nd order for L shaped sofa. My initial order was for a 6 seater dining set and sofa cum bed, which was beyond my expectations because I had seen a lot of negative comments and was worried. Thanks to the agents for the better assistance and support. I personally recommend this store for quality furniture.

They have good collections with reasonable prices. A must visit place if you are looking for some strong and gorgeous furniture collections! Experience post order: I've been waiting for my delivery for a very long time, and the support team is only providing tracking details. I wouldn't suggest this experience to others.

Product quality is not good. You can get similar quality products from Amazon in cheaper prices. They ask you to post a review for giving you store discounts. I am attaching the pics of the dressing table that I bought from them. Mirror is just sticked to the wooden board using glue. No frame or screws were used.

After visiting many stores in bangalore, my search for a queen size bed and a dining table ended at wooden street Whitefield. The overall experience was very good the floor ambiance was awesome. The staff is very helpful and kind. I would recommend the to anyone who wants a good furniture buying experience.

Do not trust their timeline. Promised withing 5-7 weeks, 8 weeks is over still no update. Store people hardly picks up the call. When pick up they says product has reached at warehouse or in transit, while customer care says products are yet to dispatch. Made a huge mistake selecting wooden street.

Loved this store and it's ambience! It's beautifully organised. Has a pretty decent collection for sofas and coffee tables. Staff Arfidha was really helpful and friendly. Appreciate her taking us through the details and giving us an overall pleasant experience at the store.
