I can't say enough great things about Gregg and his team. I began the divorce process with another attorney but experienced minimal progress even getting the initial motions filed. This attorney was hired by my wife after we had an investigation by CPS. This Attorney Brad Tenbrook was assigned to her case. After 9 months of incurring legal fees this attorney made no communication with my wife regarding the investigation by CPS even though she inquired several times about the status and placed a 20,000 dollar with the firm. It wasn't till my case with Scottsdale Court was resolved that they finally disclosed the CPS case was closed after 10 months of representation. This attorney was very condescending to her and extremely Rude. I would not recommend hiring this firm under no circumstances. They charged us over 10,000 for nothing. Made her worry for almost a year about CPS possibly making a big deal about this situation. This attorney Brad Tenbrook was reported to the State Bar of Arizona but unfortunately they decided not to discipline this bad Attorney. Client Beware!!!

Kaci Bowman & Gregg Woodnick were phenomenal attorneys for me during complex, uphill custody and divorce litigation, which concluded with me winning 100% of what I was seeking (and more, frankly). In the 3+ years I worked with them, I found them to be efficient and effective, plus compassionate. Their extensive experience guided their decisions on when to push, when to let go, when to give me time to process emotional experiences, etc. I also appreciated how Kaci and Gregg coordinated to advise me on their individual areas of expertise and/or to reduce costs for me. They were ethical and conscientious with my billable hours. And on top of that, I really liked them as people and particularly found their sense of humor welcome during tough times!

I gave them 12 thousand dollars to help bring my son home from an abusive situation. Greg woodnick and Brad TenBrook agreed they would take my money and not file the motions I asked them to file. They charged me for things they never filed and I had to ask for them to stop charging me to speak to the attorney instead of the para legal. Very poor customer service. They will drop you if you call them out on their shenanigans. As Greg said himself "It's not my responsibility to care about your child that is being abused. I want money." No justice unless you have money. Even if you're a victim of domestic violence. Sadly they came highly recommended. If you're poor they will not help you.

Kaci Bowman was amazing. She was so welcoming and nice when we first met her. She was honest with us when we told her about our situation. She answered all the questions we had. When ever we would reach out to her by phone or email she was always available. Even when we were having some issues with the other party involved she was willing to help us after hours if needed. Kaci was on time to all court dates and had good communication with us before and after court. She exceeded our expectation. Will 100% recommend her to our family and friends and go back with her if we ever need to. Thank you Kaci for all your hard work and for helping our family. We appreciate you.
