Lily is an amazing masseuse! I used to get all of my massages off of Groupon, but ever since I discovered Spa Ngapali, I have kept going back to Lily every month. Lily has so much expertise about so many issues: circulation, athletic injuries, strains, skin problems, muscle knots, and physiotherapy. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. She is always friendly, accommodating, and professional. The first time I went to see her, she could tell where my sore spots/previous injuries were without me having to tell her. I have since brought my partner, who also now sees Lilly once a month. I'm a student, so on a limited budget, but I still try to make sure I see Lily once a month. She is worth it!

I was recommended this place by a close friend. I have been going for about 4-5 months now. The staff are all kind and friendly. Very attentive and make you feel at home! This is the only place I will go now! I get my hair cut by Min She is a god send! amazing! I am a very picky person and she actually listens unlike other salons that try and tell you what would look good on you! Opi (I hope I am spelling her name right) does my waxing. My eyebrows haven't looked this good in a looong time! All in all, very satisfied and am now a customer for life!

Had a great experience here! My wife and I both went in for massage therapy and our treatments were super effective. I have chronic neck and shoulder issues from sitting at a computer every day with bad posture, and it's been a few days since my massage and I still feel great - way way less stiffness than usual, lots more mobility in my neck, etc. I find other massage places I've visited feel good while you're there, but the effects don't last - this place they really seem to get at the underlying issues. Would definitely recommend!

I have received several massages in the past and felt overall they were good. The massage that I received from Tony was absolutely the best massage that I have ever received. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and definitely went over and Beyond what I had expected. The areas that needed to get addressed were handled with outstanding results. Thank you so much !! Today was my first time and Woodroffe Health and Beauty Spa and it was a great experience! I saw Peter for a deep tissue massage and I felt immediate relief! I’ve seen many RMTs in Ottawa (over a dozen) and he is definitely the best!! He ensures you are comfortable the entire time! Definitely recommend!!

My boyfriend and I went here for a massage that we got off of Groupon. At first I was uneasy due to some bad experiences with massages on groupon, but this was truly spectacular! The RMT was wonderfully attentive, kind, as well as professional. I will be coming back time and time again!

Tony was professional in his massage in that he respected privacy, spoke with pleasant confidence, explained clearly what he was doing, and displayed technique which indicated that he was quite knowledgeable beyond that which certification in massage therapy would provide.

Tony is an experienced massage therapist and health professional. He is a former doctor who has recently moved into traditional Chinese medicine. His knowledge of the human body vastly helps with his treatment plans and application. I can't recommend him enough!

I first discovered this place via Groupon in 2014. I've been a steady client since. Seriously, the best massage that I've ever had. I'm a chronic migraine sufferer, and in Lily' s capable hands and expertise she really helps to break the pain cycle.
