The staff are the reason i shop here, they are respectable and courteous.The problem i have had with my shopping experiences is that most of the times i have shopped at this store i have picked up problems because i have always check my billing before i leave the store.This is a habit i developed due to finding many stores making mistakes in the billing of items either overcharging on items that has been marked on special or double charging items.This makes me feel uncomfortable at times because i do pick up problems and it not only wastes my time resolving them it has created an negative perception at the store.I understand that many people who shop do not check their charges but i do and it has saved me thousands in a year due to my checking.

Terrible. The parking there is a huge problem. An old lady, who probably shouldn't be driving anymore bumped my car while she was reversing out of her parking. I was waiting for her to go before I reversed. The idiotic car guard who was guiding her out obviously didn't do his job properly and when I felt my car had been bumped, I jumped out and both she and the car guard denied that she bumped my car's bumper. I showed them bot. After everything, she left and the car guard still looked at me expecting a tip. What a cheek. Gordon's Bay people are stupid or pathetic or both.

Small and nitty place, not much choices, but considering the shop size is ok. Bad on the reception, at the entry, been three times suffering the same fate...the lady that spray hand sanitizer does it so bad that you get clothes and rest of the arms with it. . Ridiculous . And she keeps doing it.Doesnt looks at the incoming people, while she is busy shouting to other workers... I have started to chose other places instead of this one.

Coming from JHB this was a pleasant experience when visiting Gordons Bay. The store was well stocked (For eg. There were multipe units of the ready made salads of the entire range, something I very seldomly see elsewhere) The staff seems happy to work there as well, friendly and keen to help. Made me feel very welcome on my 2 visits there over the course of a few days.

Packages are open everytime i go. Not much variety and your staff are so rude. Never the first hello, i need to greet 2 times before there’s any eye contact or greeting. The only nice person is the one spraying my hands at the door, it’s a lady. It’s just not customer friendly and feels so unprofessional. I live right next door, but i’m not bying here anymore.

I really love this woolworths food store. It is close to us. It has a lovely range of delicious foods and you can count on getting the best quality and value for your money. The staff are helpful and the checkout, though often very busy, is fast so you seldom have to wait. I love the roast chicken and pies. Always a winner

Unlike some Woolies stores, this one has some really nice staff who are always prepared to have a good laugh with you and make your visit very enjoyable. While I always appreciate Woolies' quality, too often in other stores my visit is spoiled by morose AND VERY SLOW staff particularly at the checkouts.

Nobody around to ask about stock. No management staff visible. Crates still had to be unpacked. Personnel who unpack are not friendly enough. When we've found some produce growing and we advise the staff, they just look at you and dont apologise for any inconvenience or suggest an alternative.

Can someone please do something about those public bathrooms next to Woolies ! I know its not Woolies problem but eish - we patrons have to use it. Couldnt let my wife or kids go there after seeing it - Center Management needs to jack themselves up if they want to keep an anchor tenant there !

A small - yet very well stocked Woolies. I have to credit to this store as for months now neither Woolies branches in Willowbridge or Tyger Valley have had any red chillies in stock. I also found a new product I had not seen in any Woolies: PEPPERITO PEPPERS (See photo)

Always a pleasure...a small food Woolworths but with all you need to satisfy a craving or get something special or your day-to-day groceries. The fresh produce is excellent. Lovely service, friendly and helpful. Everything you expect from a small Woolies....plus more.

The centre definitely needs marketing like Helderberg Hwppening or the new Radio Station Happening Radio for promotions etc. Love the new developments happening but people need to be made aware of it. Very hidden. Woolworths have high quality produce and service.

Having a Woolies Food in Gordon's Bay is just great. We all know the brand and what they stand for, and this one sunscribes to it all. The prices sometimes bring a tear to the eye but the quality makes up for that. Keep up being a favorite foodie destination!

As like all the woolworths food stores, customer service and freshness is at the top of the list. This is a smaller shop so the stock is a bit more limited, but the stock is still kept high even if you might have less choices in certain products.

Absolutely cool shopping experience. Sis Bongi knows most of the store customers by name and always has a smile on her face when serving customers. Seldom any long queing which is a bonus when I want to grab my stuff and leave quickly.

This is a medium sized foods store, so don't expect the full catalogue of Waterstone and the like. Aisles are quite spacious, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, a bonus is that parking within the vicinity is free.

Always a pleasure walking in this store. Their service is on another level. All staff are very helpful and service with a smile especially their cashiers. Thank you for making my shopping experience a delight. AWESOMENESS!

Our favourite Woollies by far! Small, but we'll stocked and helpful, friendly staff. They will also stock products that you can't normally find eg goats milk. Just need to take it up with the friendly manager.

Always nice to shop here. Shop is ALWAYS in an emaculate state of cleanliness with the shelves impeccably packed. Staff is helpful and efficient. The pricing tends to be a bit to the higher side though.

Love it. Never crowded. Always parking available. The trolley guy helpful and never hangs around for a tip, so one wants to tip him. One star short because I wish it was more than just a food store.

Placed in a beautiful picturess part of the western cape, this woolies has magority of the products Woolworths food should stock. Only a few products out of stock.

It’s small but packs a punch. The parking has been a nightmare ever since the Spar opened up there. The Spar must go away but Woolies must stay.
