The World Trade Center Station stands as a testament to architectural brilliance and efficient urban connectivity. As one descends into its depths, an immersive experience awaits, blending art, functionality, and symbolism seamlessly. Upon arrival, the grandeur of the station is immediately apparent. The soaring ceilings, flooded with natural light, create a sense of openness and serenity, despite the bustling crowds. The integration of sleek lines, reflective surfaces, and polished materials further accentuates the station's modern aesthetic. The station's layout is both intuitive and efficient. Its clear signage and well-designed pathways effortlessly guide commuters, visitors, and tourists through the maze-like corridors. The careful attention to detail in terms of accessibility ensures a comfortable experience for all, with ample elevators, escalators, and ramps available. What truly sets the World Trade Center Station apart is its artistic elements. The station proudly showcases the "Hive," a captivating installation suspended from the ceiling, comprised of stainless steel tubes that form an intricate geometric pattern. This captivating piece serves as a visual centerpiece, marrying art and functionality seamlessly. The station's connectivity is unparalleled. Serving as a hub for various transportation options, it seamlessly connects the PATH trains, New York City Subway lines, and the Oculus—the majestic shopping center adjacent to the station. This integration allows for easy access to the city's many attractions, making the World Trade Center Station a gateway to Manhattan's vibrant pulse. In conclusion, the World Trade Center Station in Manhattan is a remarkable architectural feat, combining stunning design, effortless functionality, and unparalleled connectivity. It stands as a modern marvel that not only facilitates movement but also leaves a lasting impression on all who pass through its corridors.

The World Trade Center station is a great station that links the PATH trains from New Jersey and 12 New York City subway lines together in one place near the heart of the Financial District. The direct access to the whole World Trade Center campus, along with underground links to Brookfield Place and Fulton Center, makes it easy to travel, even if the weather isn't optimal for being outside. Yes, it was over budget and late, but it is still a great and beautiful station. Also, the Westfield mall is located within the station, giving plenty of high-end shopping.

It's a very beautiful station, it's impressive. At first I didn't understand the reason for its architecture. After reading a little about its shape, it actually underwent several changes. The original idea was that "the Oculus was built to maximize the effect of the rays of the autumn equinox to coincide with the opening of the skylight on or around September 11 each year". That's how, due to budget cuts, it came to be what it is today. Very nice for tourists....but impractical for New Yorkers...

Today we had lovely diner at the WTC. Besides great service I also had the pleasure dining at the restaurant, where Niki served us, and delivered the wauw! Many thanks Niki, you made our lunch the best! Yes, and guess what, I did love Mason, working the bar. Best cocktails at sky high! Look, not only great drinks but also such a great energy, and customer service. I would say. Hit the bar, get a drink and live life sky high… get Mason on this too!

As you step into the 9/11 Subway Station, the visual spectacle unfolds before your eyes, a symphony of design and emotion. The architectural masterpiece seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with a profound nod to history, beckoning commuters to pause in their hurried journeys. The station's allure is immediate – clean lines guide your gaze, and subtle lighting casts a warm glow on carefully curated artwork.

The design and the module of the building looks absolutely astonishing and modern. It’s not a must see sight but it’s definitely worth it if you have the time to visit it. Even inside the building is remarkable and I didn’t see any other building like this one, but I was only 3 days in New York so there probably must be other beautiful buildings like this one. I definitely recommend visiting this place!!!

This place is simply a must see if this is your first time in New York. A memorial to 9/11, the water fountain design is magnificent. It "takes you" in some way to a remembrance of the horrific events that occurred here, superb design. There is also a museum, also a must see. The subway station, with its mall, is a beautiful architectural design.

Awe inspiring rebuild after the horrific tragedy of 911 . Even though it was super busy, there was an strange hush amongst all the visitors. This place just inspired reverence. When visiting NYC , a visit to the World Trade Centre is a must so that we could get perspective on the tragedy that we should all never forget.

A must go on NYC. Beautiful state of the art train and subway station. Arquitecture is amazing and everything looks really nice and new. There are a couple of stores and restaurants inside, and you can get pretty much anywhere from there. It's a nice place to spend a morning or afternoon if you are visiting the city.

The New York subway system is a great way to navigate throughout the city and is an affordable and quick way of traveling compared to commuting by a car. World Trade Center is beautifully designed with a very modern architecture. However, some subway trains can get dirty and safety can be a concern at times.

Didnt use the train station as a commuter rather as a tourist visiting the 9/11 memorial and couldn't help but notice the awe-inspiring building. The moment you enter you are astonished by the architectural masterpiece and brilliant civil engineering that went into constructing the station.

The Oculous is well beyond a train station. It’s an enormous, beautifully modern complex filled with shops and eateries, as well as being a subway station! It’s a definitely must-see. It’s so big, but everything is white and open - it’s definitely like nothing else I’ve seen before!

A beautiful place to visit while taking other trains routes and also the Path train to NJ. The architecture is truly impressive. There are some stores to shop as well. They also played some classical music in the morning and it was like being in a museum!!

  • Khaled Robaidi

Architectural masterpiece both from inside and outside. It’s basically a mall with a busy train stations to NYC and NJ. The Path line is very convenient to go to NJ. The world trade center area has a bunch of attractions and is worth the visit.

It was an awesome and sad experience to see where the twin towers were and then see the name of all the people who lost their lives in the event which shook the whole world.

For sure this place brings back memories. It is a beautiful memorandum but after 5 minutes everything has been said and done. It’s just another check on the bucket list.

I love visiting NYC in the summer! There are always farmer’s markets, public artwork to see, and sunny skies. The freedom towers is breathtaking on a beautiful day.
