We have used this company several times now, and have not been disappointed. We started with speaking to Matt on the phone he had someone out for our leak right away (another plumber named Matt) who was also professional. He investigated our leak and put us in touch with other professionals who also helped take care of other aspects to our problem. Then we met Sam and Ysin who came and fixed our shower drain and pipes and they did a full check of the remainder of our plumbing amazing work it looks so good and it's not even retired yet. They found other potential large problems which we booked back to have corrected. They give you a full itemized quote and as they are working keep you informed on how the job is going along with any potential problems etc. They sent Jazz on our third visit with them, who took care of all of the other problems that were found. (Piping not venting properly, incorrect size piping in our laundry room, incorrect angle to the pipes under our kitchen sink to name a few) Jazz has been great to work with, he is very kind and really listens to our concerns. Keep up the great work Jazz. And thank you for cleaning up as you go unlike other companies we have worked with. Wrench it up cleans as they go and leave the place looking great! They have all be very professional, warm and friendly and very sensitive in their approach when needed which believe me was appreciated. We plan on having them back in the near future to add a backwater valve to our basement. I cant say enough good things about the team at wrench it up. Whenever I call them they are helpful and know their stuff. So grateful to have found them! I would encourage anyone needing a plumber to call them they will not disappoint!

We had a small leak in our tub faucets and figured it was the cartridges as it had been in years previous. I had changed them without incident before. Got the parts from Home Depot, shut off the water and got to work. Easy. Turned on the water again and the leak was worse than it was before. I knew it was something more than the cartridges. Removed the faucet seats and discovered one was damaged. Not hard to believe with a 33 year old house. Called a contractor friend who was out of the country and he advised they would be virtually impossible to find now due to the age of the house. So, off to Google we go! Googled Ajax Plumber and Wrench it Up was the first hit. Called and consulted with a very helpful representative. He offered to drop by on his way home. Due to the complexity of the job it couldn’t be started until the next day. And with the seats out and damaged, it meant no water till it was fixed. You never realize how much you rely on a “simple” thing like water until you don’t have it. Thankful to great neighbours. The next day, it was Jazz to the rescue! He arrived with all the necessary parts and explained exactly what he was going to do step by step. He worked as fast as he could to get our water back on. It wasn’t an easy fix due to the location. A few hours later, water was back on and he completed the rest of the work while we got back to normal getting dishes done, showering etc. Not long after, the job was complete. Jazz cleaned up and you would never know that he had even been there! Completely satisfied. Thank You.

I wouldn’t go back to them. I while back my in-laws hired Matt C from “Wrench it up Plumbing” because my mother’n’law’s tub faucet was leaking (she’s a Senior), he recommended to change it from the old hot/cold knobs to a single faucet system, he even sold her the MOEN faucet unit and said that will fix the problem. He opened up the wall, installed the new pipes to accommodate the new faucet and that was it. $800.00 (no idea if it fixes the leak) and left. I had to watch YouTube to learn how to install drywall, install new tiles and the MOEN unit. Top it off, the MOEN unit (which he sold us) didn’t fit properly and found out from Home Depot that the plumber didn’t install the pipes to code to fit the new faucet. I had to break the tiles & drywall again, have him comeback to re-size it to fit properly, then I re-drywall & re-tile. It now fits but it isn’t even flush or plumb because I'm not a plumber and no idea if its correct or not (I have the photos & video to prove it from start to finish). I get that you might not do bathroom drywall/tile work, but this is where communication comes in as to who will do this, and as the plumber, you should be doing the faucet installation and not leave it to a Retiree to do it. These guys aren’t worth it. I’m a former “tin-knocker” and these guys give plumbing a bad name.

Just spent $1000 to NOT have my plumbing issue fixed. Started off with a $65 fee then went to $300, $600,$900 all the way to $1500 for less than 1 hr of work but not have the issue fixed. Please ask what the hourly rate for the plumber is and the cost of the parts. Shouldn't have been charged that much especially without having the issue fixed. UPDATE: The company reached out to me multiple times and took initiative and to offer options to resolve the situation. Very happy to see a company who would go to this extent to satisfy their client and take responsibility while also offer options to come to a resolution. Despite me not answering their call their call for an entire week, they continued to reach out. I have called them before for plumbing and was very happy with the work. This time was different but overall super satisfied on how everything was handled and how the company took accountability and went above and beyond for their clients. Definitely proved they can be trusted and value their clients, which is a hard trait to come across many these days.

I recently had a leak in my main floor ceiling that was coming from the bathroom on the 2nd floor so I called Wrench it Up to investigate the leak and repair it. The scheduling was quick, easy and a technician was able to come the next day. The technician was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the leak with relative ease and was transparent with what needed to be fixed and the associated costs. He fixed the issue quickly, did an excellent job and answered all my questions. Although I had an issue with the billing afterwards, I was proactively contacted by their office to figure out a solution. I spoke to John, the office manager, who was very kind and understanding, and we quickly came to a solution. If future clients have any issues, I’d highly recommend asking for John. The customer service offered by the company is exceptional and they are more than happy to work with you on any minor or large problems.

wow! Called Wrench it Up with my bathroom leak issue on Wednesday morning, had an inspection same day, and a full repair the next evening. Adrian is very professional and trust worthy. I called multiple plumbers in my area and felt scammed by them. The service was very modernized with instant text and emailed invoices. Adrian was very easy to reach compared to other plumbing companies. My own building's plumber did not do a proper investigation and quickly proposed to change my shower head while not confirming if the tub drain was the issue. Adrian found the leak source and changed my shower head in the same day! While his quote was almost half the price of my building's plumber. The only hiccup is the scheduling with Wrench it Up. The arrival time window is very vague and my appointment was pushed back further than expected but I was lucky to get service so last minute.

I used Wrench it up when we had some water back up issues in the shower and toilet. We came to find out we had some sewer line issues pretty much throughout the whole house. We had them excavate, remove, replace and back fill all of the sewer drain pipes. Pros -The job was done professionally and and correctly. -Job was completed under the timeline given -Matt and his team were responsive and great to deal with. Everyone was very respectful and went above and beyond to get the work done. Matt also explained everything to make sure I knew what was going on at each step Cons - No real cons. I could say the price was a bit high but for the amount of work that was done it was worth it. I have no real complaints. You get what you pay for and I would definitely use them again for any of my plumbing issues.

Hi, I liked the work that was done. I liked the punctuality. Samuel is the plumber that came to do the work. Very friendly and worked hard to get the work done. He came on Friday and checked a few things I had to get looked after. He gave me a quote for replacing the drain pipe in my master bathroom. I said yes but I realized that the quote he gave me was way too much money. I did not sleep for 2 days because of it (no joke) Then on Monday he came back to finish the other job and I told him how I felt about the price. He said we want to make sure you are happy. So he did some adjustments to make me feel better and I appreciate it. I still feel it was a bit pricey but the jobs were done properly. I would call them again but would need to make sure I know more about the cost of the job.

I called at 8:45 at night and they answered! Truly 24 hour plumbing service. Made an appointment for Friday but it became more of an emergency and they fit me into their schedule for Thursday instead. Jazz was the plumber that was sent to my house for a broken drain assembly in my kitchen sink. He's amazing! 5 stars. Professional, friendly; loved him! I don't give good reviews unless they are true. He double and triple checked to make sure nothing leaked after finishing the work. Very impressive. I'm having him back to do another few jobs that need doing in a few days. When I find a good company like this, I stay loyal. You cannot go wrong with this company - and prices were fair!!

In our condominium building, we've needed emergency repairs twice, and Wrench it Up Plumbing has provided excellent service both times. The initial event occurred in November 2020. Liam and Tom came over for an after-hours repair, but it ended up taking several days and a very late night to complete. We were happy with everything that was done. We called them when we found an outdoor leak in March 2022. Sandro and Peter put in a lot of effort just to find the leaky pipe (which was buried underneath a hedge). With Ian's help, they installed a temporary fix, and they'll return tomorrow to complete it. The repairs will be top-notch, and I'll recommend them to anyone without a doubt.

Wrench it Up Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have dealt with. John and his team are amazing to work with. I had my whole house plumbing replaced, they showed up on time and stayed late to finish the job. They are professional, so great quality work at a fair price. They even took time out of their day to help me with a permit issue 6 months after completing the work. When they did the pressure test, they found a leaky toilet tank faucet (not part of the pipe replacement) they replaced it and didn't even charge me. I would definitely recommend using them for any plumbing job that you have. You can be assured that it will be done right and on time.

Do not be fooled by the 5 star rating especially female's.....They will leave work incomplete for u to make another appointment which is $85 just to get to the door....doesn't include any labour. Plumber left my sink clogged....I said, why would u leave it ur a plumber and you're here, he said, "its not my problem". They will find ways to charge you more....They also have a negative review with the Better Business Bureau. Manager, is rude...will speak over you if you try and share ur concerns. The plumber that came said I'm tired and I've been here for almost 2 hrs, my boss said its ok for me to leave. Overall, don't use if u don't know about plumbing.

The price is high but they were on site within the specified time frame on a same day call. The plumber did explain exactly what my problem was, which was just a clog down a long run. I wish I was able to use them to complete the job but at $390 plus tax, I could not come to terms with it. Ended up paying the 65 for the service fee and did it myself. Plumber was very polite and professional. Very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem really fast. Would have been higher stars if I couldve used their service and really see the work they do. At a more reasonable rate I would definitely have gotten them to do the work.

Tech came on time, within time window. He was very professional and inspected toilet that had low water pressure. Within 10 minutes he was able to tell me that there was a build up calcium in the area in the bottom, in one of the holes. He recommended installing a new toilet as there is a chance of the porcelain toilet breaking with usage of his tools. I'm going to try and get rid of it on my own and go from there. I only paid $65 for inspection. I was quoted $650-$750 for toilet replacement including the new toilet. Update I was able to clear it with acid bought from home depot made specifically for this purpose.

Anthony was so polite and so respectful. He came in determined the issue within seconds and with 30 mins not only did he fix the issue but he made out faucet so much better. I called multiple places and everyone of them said I need a new faucet. When I called wrench it up, they asked what kind of faucet I had, once I did they told me I wouldn’t need a new faucet. Overall I must say my experience was absolutely amazing. On a 5 star scale, Anthony and wrench it up deserve a 10 star review. Truly understands what needs to do be done, both according to codes as well as ones owns needs. I had their employee jazz come in and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and very open with his information, which allowed me to make informed decisions on what suited my needs best. In particular his ability to identify past issues as well as future issues and address them before they become larger problems, such as city regulations or from damage through eventual wear and tear, and create longterm solutions really made me glad I called wrench it up.

They were able to immediately relieve some of the problem while scheduling a replacement of the pipe in the immediate future. Billy and Matt were great and helped ensure not only the pipe is fixed but also did their best to make sure the surrounding area remained intact. The services might not be the cheapest but you get professionals who know what they are doing and try to make sure you get the best possible solution.

Extremely overpriced! Responsive service though and very polite plumber. They charged me $460 to replace a 1.5 ft long kitchen faucet plastic supply line which costs $3 at Home Depot. The plumber needed about 15 min to replace the line though he spent a full hour on site taking pictures, talking on the phone and killing his time. The company is very responsive though and the plumber was courteous, but ensure that you check their prices and receive estimate if you don't want to be slapped with a lawyer like fee.

I felt that it was a company that worked from the customer's point of view with professionalism. It was 6 pm, so I did not expect to receive service on the same day, but the plumber arrived quickly and fixed it. The price is good, the service is perfect, and I highly recommend it to those who want to solve the plumbing problem.

A very pleasant gentleman named Jazz came within 15 minutes of an emergency call on a Friday evening. He helped us identify and fix the issue temporarily so we can still have water available to the rest of the house for the weekend. He also gave us some helpful tips. We were very pleased with the service and the prompt response and would use again.
