We have been a loyal customer for 12 years+ with our home insurance. We just had an incident where our policy rate went up for the first time in some amount of years. We use a specific account for our automatic withdrawals. So unfortunately because we put in our old insurance $ amount we were short the small increase and the payment was returned. These things happen. What is unfortunate is the way that Jason Searcy handled it. After asking when we were informed of the increase, if they called, what happened? Jason was incredibly smug and unempathetic. He let us know it is our responsibility and they're not willing to do anything. I can deal with a mistake on our end, even though we're not sure what notification was given, what is not ok is someone with zero level of customer service dealing with these situations. We're just one customer. Wyatt will not miss us. But it's too bad it had to end this way. This could have been a non-issue, instead we will go elsewhere. I can not deal with a business that allows someone to talk to a paying customer like that.

Allison is an exceptional person! :) I wanted to take the time to express just how exceptional this wonderful lady is. I am one of those weirdo's who is still hiding from COVID. I am vaccinated - but - one of those that is still in a very high risk category; with a number of lung conditions. I needed to get quite a bit done there - returning from extended stay out of province. She spent a good deal of time on the phone with me; helping me to prepare for my visit and to get all of my documents in line. Allison was extremely conscientious, patient, kind and courteous to me on my arrival at her office on Regent ave. Making many concessions to accommodate my request to minimize my contact with others, and the amount of time I would need to spend in the office. She went WAY out of her way to lesson the risk for me, and to help me to feel at ease. Super efficient and diligent. Kind and thoughtful. Just an awesome person!

Hardly come on to post reviews but will make an exception this time. Third time in a row I've had a beautiful experience with Daria. She understood my needs, provided the support and was not pushy. I've had my registration and permit done with her and each time she provides courteous service. She explains clearly, always happy to attend to clients and she was able to support her colleague on the side with a client who needed an amended bill of sale. I guess if she didn't assist at that time the client could have driven across the city to get the amended bill of sale. Thank you Daria for always making a customer happy when leaving your office.

I have been calling for 3 days to take care of my house insurance. I have been a customer for 3 years with house insurance & even longer with autopac. I keep getting the same “I assure you someone will call you back today!” For 3 fricken days. I completely understand they are swamped due to covid 19. We all are. That doesn’t excuse them for not calling for over 3 days. I have taken my business elsewhere, and will not be dealing with Wyatt Dowling in the future. Do not call them for emergencies (like mine!) or if you need something done in a timely manner. 0/5 stars.

Worst service and very bad attitude of staff. Couple ladies who did work for my car insurance don't exactly know what they are doing as they misinformed me and missed putting my car under storage insurance..I end up getting charged for full insurance on my vehicle even though I signed and gave all papers to them to put my vehicle under storage as I was traveling out of province...dealing with them is so much hassle that I decided not to use their service anymore and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS PLACE.

On Jan 31 I called Wyatt Dowling to ask about my policy - my living room window had cracked. I was frazzled and upset. Colleen Brosch answered the phone. She put me at ease immediately, opened my claim and emailed me my information. She was so amazing. Calming. Helpful. I went to Wyatt yesterday (Feb 6) to let mgmt know what a gem they had in Colleen. I’m not surprised she was the broker who renewed my car insurance and I told her when i left then she was fantastic. Twice she has far exceeded customer service!

The service we received today was exceptional. I have not received such good service in a long time. Chris was patient as we gathered information. We went in there with zero paper work, but he guided us through a process that allowed us to gather all the information we needed to accomplish the task we set out for today, without leaving the office. He did so with patience and kindness at the same time he provided great advice on insurance. I recommend going to this location. Chris's service was 10/10

Great, they're open on Saturday, I've been waiting here for an hour. Building relationships is important but the amount of small talk going on gives the impression that everyone's time is worth wasting. I need to change over insurance and the dealership is also waiting - I can assume this is a common issue given the dealership hours and close proximity to this broker. Next time I change over a business lease for a new vehicle, I will drive across the city to do business elsewhere.

Shannon Landles is the best insurance advisor we have worked with at Wyatt Dowling. We have been at multiple Wyatt Dowling locations around the city and none have had an insurance agent like her. We contact Shannon to answer questions, provide advice, and we will travel the extra distance to meet with her in person. She has always exceeded our expectations! Wyatt Dowling and other companies need more people like Shannon that focus on great customer service.

My go to place for insurance! I have all my vehicle insurance, and home insurance through here. Have felt with them for over a decade. Great service as they have always taken care of me even with my special requests, as I am a long distance truck driver I am not always able to be there in person. Great location and good hours and always take the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I may have.

I had the best experience at this location. Moved to the area recently and had to update and renew my license. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Daria goes above and beyond and really makes a connection with her clients. Covid protocols are being followed meticulously. I am very impressed and will be using this location for all my MPI and licensing needs. Thank you !

I came in August 10 to pay my house insurance. I sat down, the payment process took a couple minutes as usual. Took my payment no problem. A few days pass, my insurance broker calls and asks if I'm not renewing this year. To make a long story shorter, they applied my payment to someone in Alberta. I cant erase the one star given. Thanks for the inconveniences you provided.

I was fortunate enough to have dealt with Allison over the phone on two separate occasions and I found her demeanour to be extremely courteous and exceptionally pleasant. She presented the information that I requested in a professional manner and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend this location to others.

When we went to purchase insurance for a new vehicle, we had such a positive and informative experience with Daria. She truly went above and beyond! Just sat in the regent & Plessis location. . I was greated when I walked in the door and two employees sitting at their desks making phone calls. No other customers in the office and I walked out after 8 minutes. . All I wanted to do was make a payment. . Nope.... Never going back to any of their locations.

Hands down the best place to go for all of your insurance needs! I have dealt with a lot of the staff here and have insured multiple vehicles, trailers, campers, motorcycles, snowmobiles and boats! They always recommend the best policy that suits you. I won't go anywhere else. Keep up the great service!

Waiting three days now for a callback from the list I was put on Saturday. Told then that I was around 60 on the list, later that day, into the thirties when I'd called back. Today, get told they've handled hundreds of calls and I'm around 30 on the list.... Umm That math doesn't add up at all...

I contacted Daria Verigina to cancel my second car's insurance and guess what, I didn't even had to visit their office in person. The whole transaction was completed through email within a couple of hours. We need more Darias' in our Winnipeg community. Thank you for helping me out...

I decided to switch my insurance over to pleasure with everything going on and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the process! Sam helped me with the switch in minutes and I didn't even have to go in to the office, everything was handled in the comfort of my home.

After having bad experience at other location down the street, I have to admit you guys doing a great job. You let people in and keep social distance. I wasnt standing outside on +30 heat for 40 minutes like I did at other location. Also agents fast and helpful.Thanks!

Not helpful at all. Had an issue with a bill of sale (vin number error). Justin told me modify the bill but to not let him see me doing it. This is fraud! A notary at Hub was more than helpful and that was all that was required. Wyatt Dowling was a waste of time!

They should be more prompt in making a follow-up for potential client instead of other way around. The specialist was able to provide home insurance quote after few days but it wasn't as good as our current insurance so I ended up keeping our current insurance.

I visited this location for the first time and Daria helped me. She was very friendly and well spoken. She answered all my questions patiently and it was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely choose this place over others because of the great service.

Very friendly, clean, i didnt have to wait long to have someone help me. The only hiccup was my own confusion so i cant blame them. Ive never really had any issues at one of there locations. The staff really make it the broker i want to deal with.

It is a hit and miss with this place. Unfortunately for the last three times I ended up with rookies which means a bit of frustration and much waste of time. I understand they all have to learn somewhere but why do I always get nailed by them.

The service is good and the staff is knowledgeable but during the pandemic you have to wait outside, with little to no shelter from the sun/rain/other elements, until they finish with a customer and sanitize cubicle.

My goto place for insurance needs. Its busy most days but the staff work quickly with a smile on their faces in order to fulfill customers needs. Highly recommend this location for these reason . Great job to staff
