Worst staff I have ever experienced. All the bouncers are forced to pay the bill forcefully They don't even have mercy, all the bouncers are came to attack like something have happened in pub We just asked for Zomato offer If they can't offer what have been specified in Zomato then why there are linked up with Zomato Keep quiet and explore yourself if you have that much guts. Don't take help of zomato for bringing customers to your pub. My experience is not so good with bouncers. Worst bouncers. They rounded up me and my friend even when we were explaining and talking patiently. I think so training was not given properly for bouncers by pub management, unless issues happens then the bouncers will have authority to threat customers. But here it's quite different, customers will be with patience and bouncers get angry even if they are not influenced by alcohol at that time.

Have visited this place very recently to try their only hour menu which is surprisingly very good. The menu starts from Rs.99 onwards which is a jawdropping factor and just because the prices are less. That doesn’t mean the food is average, The quantity and quality or both worth it! If you are nearby Hitech city, so do check out this place because each and every day this ongoing offer and specially Monday and Tuesday, they have Rs.99 starting happy hour menu. Few of my favourite dishes are chicken, Pakora, fish, fry, onion, rings Pasta, Alfredo, veg, fish and chips veg, fried rice, fish, fingers with cheese, balls, chicken curry and butter, garlic, Naan, et cetera.

I went to this bar Saturday and after my bill there was an offer from easydiner as well as through app but the manager is asking he can provide me tha 10 % discount which is bcoz easydiner app but he is asking they will not allow this app but at the time of entry they used this app only but at the time of bill they are saying it is not allowed and asking me to play through Zomato but not through easydine.when I talk to their manager they said he can provide me the 10% discount but they want allow me to pay through easydiner app so I will get the additional benefits. is not the right way to talk to customer.

I have booked a table after checking clearly if they are playing football worldcup matches or not. They confirmed that they are playing so I booked a table and went there but after reaching there they said that they are not playing world cup which was very inconvenient for me as I have searched & went to a new place. Their wrong communication cost me extra money, unnecessary efforts and I missed significant game time also. I do not recommend such places

If u are visiting Hyderabad, DO NOT visit this lounge. Outsiders do not get treated the same way as local folks. While I was forced to vacate the table and weren’t allowed a minute, it was horrible to see bouncer not asking the other tables to vacate. In a city food hub like Hyderabad, there are countless awesome friendly places. Definitely avoid X Lounge

Visited this place along with two of my friends for live music. Totally satisfied with the prices, quick service and music.

Very pathetic service. No coordination between staff. They first tell some story over call just to attract you and once you for payment they deny whatever they said over call. Very unethical behaviour. I will not recommend this for anyone.very expensive.

This place is awesome to hangout with friends and family as well. Food is awesome here. Please do try biryani and chicken fry here. Rolex the service person was awesome who served us throughtout the party. Was very kind,gentle and patiently served us.Everyone should visit once. I will visit again

Not soo ideal for summers. Don’t trust online offers or basically any other offers you come across. We can visit only at night but that’s when happy hours end. I’d prefer many other great pubs than this one when I wanna spend some good amount of money. Not recommended!!!
