Was beyond amazing. Jenny did an hour of deep tissue, and I mean deep and a half an hour of foot massage for $95 and it was worth every penny. Of course I tipped her on top of it. I've paid way more at fancier places and didn't get the expertise that I got here. So happy I found it and can't wait to go back. Seriously go check this place out! Best find I've had in awhile. I'm editing this so I can add my experience from today 6/10/19. It wasn't nearly as good. Maybe just an off day. But I want to be honest with my review and be comprehensive. So I'm not as gangbusters as I was but I will return and see how the 3rd time is. So I went back for the 3rd time and again it wasn't anywhere as good as the first. I am going back tonight or tomorrow and if it doesn't get close to my first visit I will look elsewhere.

This was one of the worst places I have ever been to. I paid for an hour massage and only received 15 minutes of it. The other 45 minutes was filled with the person who was supposed to be massaging me leaving and coming back into the room to massage a different customer who came after me. Random people kept entering my room as I laid face down and naked. It was also very loud and not very relaxing. I had to go back and forth with them when they told me that it was “done” for them to finally give me a half refund. I do not recommend this place if you want to be massaged. They are dishonest, incompetent crooks. You have been warned.

Fantastic “hole in the wall” find !!! If ur looking for a SPA experience , look somewhere else . But if ur looking for a good quality very cheap massage this is the spot . Mary gave a great massage a little too fast paced for my liking but perfect pressure and perfect handling of my problem areas . Hot stones came out towards the end of the massage so that was a bonus and no extra charge . Bring headphones if noise bothers you. All in all , a GREAT massage at an UNBELIEVABLE price. Thumbs up .

We called to see if we can get an hour massage. They told us yes to come in but when we got there they told us that they can only do 30 minutes. Massage the massage was going well and she was cracking my back after 15 minutes she told me she was done. I was so mad at how fast it was. She only did my massage really fast because other customers came and wanted couple massage. They short of staff and not efficient I would never go back there again in my life!!!!!!! I went a few times and it was usually ok for the price but this time was very bad unfortunately. Not strong enough then hurtful and did not focus at all where I needed so it has been useless. Then he asked me for tips. I would like to remember tips are not an obligation but depends on the quality of the service. 20% was already too much for what I had. (I did mot have choice as they pretended to not have change)

Very Professional, high Quality therapist, they seem to be thai, offering thai style stretch massage work and more common deep tissue ect, great prices like California, and nice classy establishment (nestled between 2 thai restaurants(the one on the north of xsun is better) I just moved to Miami from Broward and I have no need to find another spot for massage therapy Xsun is more than sufficient.

A massages are five star most definitely. I have been coming to this place for nearly 2 years. Its very clean and staff are always welcoming, even if their English is limited... the only reason I would am rating 4 stars, because of the location it's very close to the street and street is always busy and you can hear cars and trucks passing.... Definitely recommend this place!!

Literally have had thousands of massages. Hands down this one ranks in the top 10. Sandy has healed my body this morning. I cannot wait to go back and will frequent this place every time I am in Miami. I feel amazing and she was professional and incredibly strong . I feel so grateful to have found this place. I have tried so many places for foot massage, and I guarantee you that this place will be the best decision you ever made! I took my wife with me every time and they always able to take care of both of us at the same time. Do give them a call before you go! They have attracted so many loyal customers over the years so it might get busy if you don't make an appointment.

Legitimately one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I stopped in on my day off and was totally impressed. My practitioner/ masseuse name was Anny. She did such a great job. She was affirming. Caring and careful. She took her time. My session didn’t feel rushed even though I was a walk in during a busy hour. I felt respected and cared for. Thank you

I used to come here all the time and it used to be so good. But the last few times I’ve went there it wasn’t that great. The massage therapist didn’t work out any of my knots and I had to tell her to actually rub my feet better. They used to have way better massages but lately it’s been poor quality. They need their old massage therapists back!

Great massage. They have private rooms, they don't have a door, it's a curtain, it can be a room for one person or two. My favorite massage is the combination massage, 30 min full body and 30 min foot massage, you have to leave your back bare because they give you an oil massage, they keep the lights low and the place is clean.

The staff were nice but I wish there was more good to say. There aren’t rooms with doors just a sheet in the doorway. You can hear a little of the biscayne traffic and everyone in the spa. The lighting is poor. The massage wasn’t bad but very little pressure. She did do a very relaxing job on the legs though. Definitely no HE

Made an appointment, was told to come in 15 minutes. When I get there they tell me it's 45 minute wait. Apparently someone else came in and they took those ppl. We got very upset and left. The lady followed us, apologized, and offered a discount if we were willing to wait 45 min. We did and got a great massage.

I really needed a massage with pain in my shoulders, neck and hips and received an excellent massage here. I was able to get in within 25 minutes which is unusual for a good massage anywhere in miami. Will definitely be back as it was an excellent massage and good value

Great massages at a reasonable price. All the therapists are excellent. I try to visit every couple weeks. They are all table massages in private rooms, with relaxing music. You are better off calling ahead so that you get scheduling priority, because it can get busy.

The 1 hour massage I had yesterday was good. It was supposed to be $60. I paid with $100, and Amy, the masseuse, basically would not give me change. I was ready to tip, but not $40 on a $60 massage. I will jot go back because of this unless I am offered credit.
