I went into this place to go do laundry while I was in there there's a native American that works as an attendant he kept staring at me the whole time he kept coming by me while I was in this place I tried to get away from him I went to a different section in the laundromat to get away from him but everywhere I went he followed me he gave me such a dirty look he made me felt like he wanted to start a confrontation with me this made me feel very uncomfortable there were two other attendants and they had name tags I talked to one of them his name was Sam I wanted to get the native American persons name but this person did not have a name tag on him he is the only one that did not have a name tag on him when I call the number that the laundromat provides on the inside of the business to voice my concerns it just goes to a voicemail nobody picks up it's just goes to a recording and it states they will get back to you when they can I have left more than one message and I have not gotten a response I don't know why this certain individual had a bad attitude with me just be aware of this person here are some pictures to show you what he looks like and the other two that work there this happened on 10-26-22. I remember when this place was a nice place to go and wash your clothes, now it's become just like the neighborhood, run down and unsafe since they got to lock the doors during late night hours. Some of the washer need to be maintained and maintenance, the last three times I was there one washer didn't even fill with water when on the wash cycle unless you had it on cold water and another washer had to be put on warm water and my clothes didn't even get cleaned, you can't have the washer on hot water - those were the smaller washers, also some washers didn't fill with water during the rise cycle my clothes were still a little soapy, you would think they would fix them now that the price has gone up on the washing machines. One good thing about this place when you want to save money is that they have free dryers Tues, Wed, & Thursday's if you want to dry dirty, soapy clothes. My point is when you go here to this laundromat to wash your clothes just be cautious on which washer you use or you're wasting your money on washers that won't get your clothes cleaned, isn't that the point of going to a laundromat is to get your clothes clean? I was disappointed on how this place has become, very sad.

I really love this laundromat and there's another one up on eubank as well, owned by the same person. I've had nothing but great luck with the attendants who work at this laundromat. There was a really nice girl who worked at the Zuni store, she was like having an actual friend at the laundromat! I believe she transferred to the eubank or Indian school store though. Still, I was in last night, Tuesday January 17 @ 12:30am, and the two gentlemen attending the store were absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer service as always. The washing machines have taken a beating or two but the employees keep them clean and they function very well. The dryers are great and you get free drying on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Prices are comparable to anywhere else and if you go for the free drying, you definitely save some money. And I like the electrical outlets and barstools at each folding station; very convenient! XXL is hands-down the very best in Albuquerque. Go wash a load today! w00t!

I've been doing my laundry here for about 3 months now and I LOVE it! Tuesday-Thursday are free dryers with wash and I only spend $12 to do like 3 weeks of mine and my bfs laundry. There's always employees working/cleaning/helping. The only negative is that it can get pretty busy. I've gone at all different times and the only time when it was "empty" was at like 7am on a Friday. But other than that, it's an awesome laundry mat! Edit to add: today was the third time that I've used a washer and there was some kind of paper towel/tissue inside of it. I ALWAYS check to make sure there's nothing inside the washer before I load but I guess these washers are so old, items get stuck in between the holes inside. I know I have bad luck but come on. It SUCKS taking my clothes out and having there be TONS of tissue/white pieces of paper over everything. Maybe update washers? And if you can't then I'll be going elsewhere because this is ridiculous

I am a clothes horse. This means that every 2 weeks I take 80-100 pounds of clothing that I wore less than once to get laundered. I like the laundry people. They are friendly, no-nonsense, prompt, eager to get your loads done right, and willing to listen to detailed washing & folding instructions. They also told me that they use a "hospital-strength germicide" in all wash loads, "just to be on the safe side" of super-clean. The rest of the operation (self-service washers and dryers) looks to be in good repair. The place is kept tidy and shining. Oh, and prices are reasonable, too. Recent changes. November 2021: We've noticed that the LAUNDERED clothes are getting dinghy and don't smell/feel as fresh and clean as in the past. AND HERE'S A QUIRKY PROBLEM: SLEEVES ARE NOT FOLDED! The shirts look good on top until you lift and find the sleeve material balled up behind! We are disappointed to drop one star. .

I go here because it's the closest Laundry mat that's open 24 Hours. I do my laundry once a week on the days it has free Drying, I was there last night doing laundry and I asked a Staff member African American man that always looks Upset and Mad I thought the dryers were free till midnight for customers, He replied very unprofessional and RUDE with his Response they stop at 11pm, So I asked I thought they stopped at 12 am, So he gave me a Attitude about it so I was not pleased with the Answer, But I got over it and payed for the Drying, I wish I was aware no signs to read about the free drying Hours, So I finished and left upset with the Rudeness of the Black man being so angry, He never looks happy when I go do my laundry, I'm not racist or anything against anyone one, But he's not friendly at ALL!!! lack of customer service on his part sad to say.

Been going here for a year now regularly and I love it. Staff are friendly and helpful but don't put up with no nonsense and rightfully so with all the homeless and loitering panhandling addicts they have to deal with. Machines work great I actually wash delicate expensive apparel that's meant to be hand washed cold in these and they do them just right. Dryers are best I've tried of any in the area however I do find better results when you split heavy loads up into multiple drums to let them tumble and air out more. Oh yeah vending machines on point and if you the type that sits inside and waits while your laundry does it's thing they got some TVs that have played some cool stuff. Nice tables and seats along with them. Seriously this Laundromat is way too nice to be in the hood but it's solid AF

This laundry mat always had free dry tue, wed and Thur 12 -12 now all of a sudden it's only till 11. There is nothing posted anywhere and the man who we asked was so rude he said it's over now! I said but I thought it was til 12 and he proceeded to tell me it doesn't matter it's over now!. Then I use this broke down machine that he had to hit to get it to start spinning again. The language was absolutely disgusting. No class. I don't ever want to wash here again. And the worst part was I had 3$ in nickels and dimes and he would not change it for me. Ok that's fine but the way he talked to me like I was a piece of trash. I can't wait to wash my clothes at home in my own washer . I don't ever want to deal with this creepy native and the african- American who was a real class act.

So this is about the second shift Hispanic male attendant that works there went 2 days ago and he has a bad Attitude and makes it known and get loud... I went to tell him about the washer and an error code F2 and the the water and soap was not staying in washer he started getting loud with me and talking rude and calling me dog like I was one of his homies I was trying to explain what happened and he tellimg me I didnt put soap and didnt do it right just being rude like i was bothering him cuz i was having issues with the washer I was using and I tried calling the questions or concerns number and it gose straight to voicemail and you leave a message and upper management dosebt ANSWER or call back it was pathetic and the attendants bad Attitude

First time here the first shift staff were amazing however Tammy was the rudest person I've ever seen in the hospitality industry .she began her shift by mocking the customers and taking note of what other staff didn't do up to her standards. She then began to mock a deaf customer who was desperately trying to ask her to open the bathroom. She told him to ask with his words as she didn't speak sign language it was clear he was pointing to the bathroom . This violated his ADA rights if I were this man I would sue for discrimination over his disability. She then began to complain about every customer in the building and how they make her job so difficult . Very unfortunate as this is a great place toxic staff like this ruin a good business.

I've been coming for a year, this was my last visit. A new man to hat works there was rude. I had a problem with a ge washer recognizing the tokens. He pointed out it's 5.75, I told him I put 8 tokens in, he got it working. Then another lady had a problem, he proceeded to say she was lying. Immediately following another man had a problem with the washer. We get some to the driers. I found out what happens when you don't remove them from the driers fast enough. They bag then up and put them in a room. I had 5 loads, wasn't even there 2 hrs! When I expressed the service was getting he just said we have plenty other customers, you don't have to come back....SO I WONT, and will write as many reviews as possible

I love this laundromat. It's in a negative area of town but the attendants are good people, as well as most of their customers. They have 4, 6, and 8 load washers $8.25 is a really good price for 8 loads of wash! But it's better; I go to the bill to Bill exchanger, put in $20 bill, and it spits out 3, $5 bills and 5, 1$ bills: I go to the token machine, put in a $5 bill, and it spits out $6 worth of tokens: quarter machine fills in the rest. Then on Tuesdays, Wednesday's, and Thursdays the dryers are free! So my bff and i just did 24 loads of laundry for $24.75. Best place to go when it's time to wash the bedding, jackets, clothes, etc!

It's a nice place to wash, the employees are friendly, helpful and it's open 24 hours. The washers are the most expensive part of the cycle but the dryers are free which is the better part of a give and take experience. The location is kind of iffy with the vagrants and all but, and this is a big but, the employees make sure that you're safe as you load up your vehicle, keep the area clean and clear, inside and out of the riff raff. I recommend this laundromat to anyone like me that doesn't work a regular 8 to 5 or anytime and for their convenience, safety and cleanliness.

Extremely horrible experience take my clothes out to fold and separate The damp and the dry. 4 minutes left on my machine walk back to my machine Christine is guarding it for someone else she's the attendant.... I didn't know that laundromats guard washers and dryers for certain people nowadays. I feel very discriminated against and will not be returning ever to this place. Anybody who chooses to go here good luck. You might just leave with wet clothes or lose money because attendance want to save dryers for special people I guess..

Reported incident of 3/8/23 the attendant with long dreads bullying me and threatening me. I lost clothes due to her threats. Reported to Better Business Bureau. These people don't return your calls for complaints. I don't like doing laundry in a hostile environment. Hiring people on a power trip is very unprofessional. There is a lot of hate coming from some of these employees. Customers pay for services not to be bullied by their employees.

Place is nice when there are considerate people but when people don't take their laundry out of the washers or dryers and just walk away, well that wastes people's time and doesn't earn the business much money on those machines. I don't like my time being wasted. The workers don't do anything about it either. Edit- the owner is super nice and considerate to those who are there. Most of the workers are nice and the place is clean.

They took my bedding from the dryer. I turned for one second. I told the person in charge and they didn't want to look at the cameras. While I was there 3 other customers had their items stolen. They are a just joke. They also do not have a number listed. They have a number on the wall they will never answer or get back to you! Also they hit my car, but it course the cameras are not in the parking l will never go back...

I absolutely LOVE this laundromat. Free dry on Tues, Wed and Thurs. Open 25 hours. Free coffee. Vending machines. Clean restrooms. Excellent customer service. I come early in the morning, cuz this place gets packed! The attendants are friendly and this place is as clean as it gets. The two gentlemen that run this place on Tues and Wed morning are just amazing. They keep it super clean, and I always feel safe.

I must say that even though I love in the hood, XXL WASHERS have been a life saver!! This place is clean, great prices for a laundromat! Not only that, the staff had always been helpful anytime I needed it! I have been to many different laundronars throughout the city and have never come across a place like this! Tue-Thu the dryers are free, which makes this the cheapest laundromat in the area. $4-$7 machines(largest machines fit ‘6 loads’). They have machines to turn large bills into small bills, and singles into quarters. They also have a card payment system. There have always been machines to choose from, even when the place seems busy. For price, hours, and convenience this is your best bet.

Very busy. I've never seen it so busy before. And I've been here before. Had to wait for a dryer. It was that busy. Must be a popular place. For free dry on Tuesday Wednesdays and Thursdays. There is one other place that has free dry. The place was very clean and the attendant was very nice. In fact all the attendants that work there are very nice. And well-mannered.

Very clean, not too busy, and nice employees. Lots of displaced individuals out front but they stay to themselves. Clean washers and dryers and $ is comparable to other laundry mats. NO FREE INTERNET AS DESCRIBED! That's why I took off a star. Either have free internet or take it off windows and any and all places on Google etc where it says that. It's misleading.

They guys that work there always keep this place super clean and there busiest days are on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Cause it's free dry that day. Oh and try not to leave your clothes unattended cause they might be gone when you come back! I have never done this but I have seen people who have and well what do you except in that part of town?

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a laundromat. I have been asked to leave because I was using a full table without even asking me to consolidate. I have been made to stand outside with with plastic bags of laundry. Management is completely absurd. I will never return to this place and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

The washers are big but they smelled and didn't wash my clothes correctly there's alot of people that go here so it was hard getting anything done. The attendants were nice trying to keep up cleaning the whole time and dealing with people yelling at them for stolen laundry but really wouldn't recommend

Washing Machines Wash People's Laundry Too Fast.! Seems to Me that Management Set Their Washer's to Fast Short Wash.!. For an extra Quarter .25 cent's You could add that to wash settings, and supposed to give extra time washing, but still to Fast of Wash Your Clothes, Etc!

Been going here for years. Even when I had a washer and dryer I'd go here to wash my converters or extremely large loads for convenience and it's clean and the attendant always makes me feel safe because the doors stay locked and they're always aware of the surroundings

By far one of the most affordable places to do laundry if you don't have a washer and dryer. And they stay open 24/7, which is nice and convenient. I love how huge the dryers are - that way you can just throw everything in 1 or 2 of them and be done with it!

clean and the AC works, a dbl load washer is $4, the dryers are free Tuesday~Thursday, the dryers are in good working order, a load of shirts/socks and drawers will dry in 30, towels and pants or heavier clothes might take a little longer but not by much.

Perfect place for late night laundry. Staff is conscience, somewhat judgemental, arrogant, judgemental, sometimes rude, JUDGEMENTAL, and very aware. I have been at my absolute worst and have only been turned away once by a racist ex employee.

Clean and looks like new. Industrial sized (6 load) washers and dryers that actually work. Friendly employees who are there to help, rather than just keep a seat warm. I still hate laundry day, but now it is only because it is laundry day.

Great place. People need to respect the workers. Doesn't matter if you're having a bad day. Never project that onto the workers because they are only doing their job. The lady who works mornings is a very friendly laundry attendant.

Super clean 24 hour laundromat. Free dryers if you wash there Monday thru Thursday. All the staff are nice. They keep it secure by locking up at night, but are there to let you in. Plenty of staff who are very helpful. Go here!

This place is open 24/7. If you need to do laundry you can head over anytime you need to. Its better on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday because you get free dry. Its a 20 minute wash and dry til it's dry so your in and fast.

Clean and well staffed at the time I went. Dryers were a bit too low on the bottom row but we managed not to have too many items that fell on the floor. Change machine was not working at the time.These things happen though.

I really like doing my laundry here because they don't charge me to dry until after 11:30 after 11:30. It's like 25 cents for like 15 minutes of drying time. Really great place staff. There works very hard to keep it clean.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received....They will not allow you do use their restroom before you start your laundry, you get 4 minutes a quarter on dryers, save your time and go elsewhere!!!!!

Left my clothes unattended and someone stole a pair of Adidas shoes out of the washer. I hope your freaking toes rot and fall off. There is nothing worse than a pathetic thief except for a pathetic lying thief.

I am a regular here the managers are a husband and wife and they are just so sweet. If you haven't tried their wash and fold service I would recommend it. It's easy and you can even use your own soap!

Dryers don't get very warm, even on high, and customers were in store for long periods of time without wearing masks. Only went here because I missed last wash at Harold's, and I won't be coming back.

I go in the late evening on either Tuesday,Wednesday,or Thursday cause the washers r big n the dryers r free only when u wash your clothes there, it's always clean, the employees r great people

Someone literally opened my washer not even sure if anything went missing but who does that?? The staff was sweet and they were Trying to clean up and keep the addicts from begging for change.

Love it! The girls that work the day shift are absolutely sweet and helpful...always sweeping, cleaning the washers and dryers. They take the time to know you and make you feel comfortable.

The two men on staff make it feel safe when. Its really late/early. Lol. They even asked a homeless man to l eave the area when he started to harass other customers. Thanks again.

I live this place the washers are big they have small ones too but on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday they offer free dry so that's really a plus with me it's always clean

Yesterday, there was a line for people waiting to use the dryers. I saw that they weren't very hot. I complained to the management and was thrown out. Hilarious!

Had to do laundry really late and they were open. Clean place, not to busy but busy enough for being just after midnight. No complaints.
