Dr. Naila Ejaz has been a great physician for 9 years to me, as of now she is my wife's and my son's family physician. Even my father started seeing her because she is one of THE BEST doctors I have ever came across. I mean from bed side manners to going an extra mile .... She has it all ... She genuinely cares for her patients. I have been suffering for 5 years now after a vehicle accident and she has been helping me in every way possible. I have seen so many doctor's lately because of my injuries but compare to Dr. Ejaz they did nothing for me. She speaks so many languages which really helped when my wife moved to Calgary as she didn't speak much English. I have personally seen her speak English, Punjabi and Urdu fluently so far... God knows how many more she can speak... Lol ... Having a doctor who understands you is a blessing in disguise. This new clinic of hers is so extravagant and all the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The clinic is so clean and they really have covered all grounds with comfortable chairs to LED screens ... They have got especially one for just kids ( cocomelon is always playing on it which has always helped my 18 months baby calmly sit in one place ).... They even have a pharmacy right inside the clinic ... My favorite things about this particular clinic is that Dr. Naila carries lollipops on her especially for kids ... My son gets one every time as he gets paranoid by doctor's in general and it is so hard to calm him down .. But Dr. Naila is a miracle worker ... She knows her way around kids and she gets her check up done extremely efficiently that usually by the time my child realizes what's happening she is already done ... All and all this clinic is a complete package for any family. They even have a shoe cleaner !!!! Carry on the great work guy's.

We moved couple of doctor's/family physicians before we found Dr. Naila Ejaz and it has been the best experience for the last 7 years. We would not go anywhere and when she moved and opened her practice, we followed her. The best family doctor by far. She listens, does not go overboard with treatments, takes small steps to make sure the changes or prescriptions are given enough time to successful. She is great with follow-up's and tests reports. We have had couple of accidents and she was there when we needed a doctor, she went way above then what I have heard from others about their doctors. She is great with kids as our kids were small when we first started with her. She did a driver's medical as well. 5 star for Dr Naila as she is a wonderful doctor. She deals in such a satisfactory way and tries to solve your issues. But if it comes to customer service, that is worst. I was trying to book an appointment in mid Nov and called the clinic. Nobody answered and i was on wait for like 1.5 hours which is ridiculous. How come the receptionist people are so busy that they are not even attending phone calls. Such a disappointment it is. I would definitely talk to the management about this incident.

I have been seeing Dr Naila Ejaz for quit some time. She appeared to be very nice and caring in the beginning. But now for some times, she seems to be in very hurry and tries to conclude the appointment within 5 minutes. She even don’t listen passionately and seems in hurry. My suggestion for her to be more nice with your patients and listen them properly by giving them proper time. Otherwise, she will be loosing her credibility very soon due to hunger of seeing maximum patients.

Dr. Naila is one of the best doctors in Calgary and I am not even comparing her to anyone. We have been visiting her for a little over 4 years now, she is the best. Every visit, she knows exactly what the issue is and diagnosis based on what is necessary. She spends time with her patients and listens which is what I love about any doctor to start with. Doc Naila is our family doctor for 8 years and an excellent doctor however I tried the new clinic number thrice today, to book an appointment but it’s go on hold for 20 minutes straight so I think additional staff might help. Just today’s experience that there is no wifi for customers waiting, it’s not sync with present times, mobile data are choppy at times and with no wifi for an hour or more while waiting to see doc is not great experience

It’s also widely convenient that there’s a pharmacy built in as well.

Dr. Naila is one of the best doctors I have come across in Canada. I have been struggling with pain for the last 2 years.
