Don’t expect your bond back on time with these clowns. They’ll hand over a property unsafe in an unclean state but when it’s time to end the tenancy their greed really shines. Your bond will become fair game as a financial Band-Aid to cover their inept ability to conduct inspections and ensure a property is maintained. Further, unlike other real estates who will conduct the final inspection and initiate your bond return; expect to have to initiate it yourself and wait out the full 14 days to get confirmation that it’ll be returned to you. They’ll begrudgingly tell you in an email that they won’t make a claim against your bond, but won’t lift a finger to get it back to you any sooner (which can be a pain in putting a bond against another property you’re moving into). Overall, pretty amateur real estate who does not even remotely care about the tenant and is so wrapped up in their own and the landlord’s financial gain that they cannot perform basic property management functions such as quarterly inspections or organise property maintenance.

Poor business practices from this company. They refuse to pay for goods and services from other professionals then attempt to sabotage further business opportunities for other companies. Abusive language from the staff via Social media and definitely a company to avoid.
