In al mijn voorgaande ervaringen met auto verhuur bedrijven, kreeg ik altijd en andere auto dan die ik had besteld, dit was dan vaak ook nog een auto van een lagere klasse. Bij Yellow Car kreeg ik daadwerkelijk de auto die ik had besteld! Alle verzekeringen zijn in de prijs inbegrepen en zonder eigen risico. Een medewerker stond mij op te wachten bij de aankomsthal met de auto, dus geen lange wachtrijen op een warm kantoor. Ook niet nodig om auto vooraf of achteraf te controleren op schade wat veel tijd en gezeur scheelt! Bij het inleveren rij je naar kantoor en gaat een medewerker met je mee naar de vertrekhal waar je de auto inlevert! Wow! Dit is pas service! Voortaan voor mij Yellow Car! En todas mis experiencias anteriores con empresas de alquiler de coches, siempre recibí un coche diferente al que pedí, a menudo también era un coche de una clase más baja. ¡En Yellow Car obtuve el auto que ordené! Todos los seguros están incluidos en el precio y sin franquicia. Un empleado me estaba esperando en el terminal de llegadas con el coche, por lo que no hubo largas colas en una oficina calurosa. Además, no hay necesidad de revisar el coche en busca de daños antes o después de la entrega, ¡lo que ahorra mucho tiempo y molestias! Al regresar, conduce a la oficina y un empleado lo acompañará al terminal de salidas donde devolverá el coche. ¡WOW! ¡Esto si es servicio! De ahora en adelante Yellow Car para mi!

Ich habe das erste Mal dort ein Fahrzeug gemietet. Bin total zufrieden. Es war ein Fiat Panda. Völlig in Ordnung das Auto und hat für unsere Zwecke gereicht. Wie angeboten keine Kaution nötig. Der Mitarbeiter war super freundlich und hat uns alles nochmal erklärt. Rückgabe war auch easy da wir es in dem angegeben Parkhaus abgestellt haben und via WhatsApp Bescheid gegeben haben wo das Auto steht incl. Foto. Um das Auto abzuholen mussten wir zwar mit dem Bus nach Malaga fahren aber das war kein Problem. Ich hoffe das das Angebot ohne Kaution auch im kommenden Jahr bestehen bleibt, dann werde ich yellowcar auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen, diesmal für den gesamten Urlaub. Fragen wurden mir zügig via Mail beantwortet. Zur Abwicklung eines Schadens kann ich keine Angaben machen aber es war Vollkasko ohne SB, wäre denke ich mal auch kein Problem geworden wenn was passiert wäre. Man muss halt in Spanien etwas vorsichtig fahren, gerade in den größeren Städten ist es schon etwas unübersichtlich. Aber Top Fahrzeugvermietung, euch nehm ich gerne nächstes Jahr wieder in Anspruch. Mir fehlen die Worte .... alles hat Perfekt geklappt !!! Habe dieses Jahr das zweite Mal bei Yello Car gemietet und werde es ich in Zukunft wieder machen. Habe letztes Jahr den richtigen Rückgabeort im Parkhaus nicht gefunden. Ein Anruf und der Mitarbeiter beruhigte mich ersteinmal. Fahrzeug abgestellt, Abstellplatz fotografiert und über WhatsApp an den Mitarbeiter geschickt. Schlüssel in den Kofferraum und das war's. Dieses Jahr war die Rückgabe direkt am Büro(da innerhalb der Bürozeiten). Hatte 20 min Verspätung wegen Verkehr. Habe angerufen und bescheid gesagt. Dort angekommen standen dort mehrere Autos wegen rückgabe. Alles kein Problem. Trotzdem war ein Mitarbeiter innerhalb von 3 Minuten da und hat uns zum Abflug Terminal gefahren. Preis-Leistung, super Service alles genau wie im Angebot beschrieben. KEINE KAUTION und vor allem VOLLKASKO. Man kann ganz entspannt den Aufenthalt in Andalusien genießen. Danke an Yello Car und ein großes Dankeschön auch an die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter ...... bis nächstes Jahr

Excellent service and complete package at Malaga Airport. One reasonable price which included all also insurance, clean car, very good service in good English. Good instructions. We had a small problem with car (our mistake), we called the given number and at once they left to help us( it was evening). We also were late from the given return time. Very friendly they arranged this. The staff is very friendly, they took our packages and lift them into car. When we return the car they lifted our packages in the car again and at the airport fetched the carries and lift our packages there. Great attitude and service. We were serviced by Rodriquez and Israel. I recommend Yellow Car. From now on we are regular customers for Y.C. Meistä tuli kerralla Yellow Carin kanta-asiakkaita. Bei Anfrage zeitnahe Antwort per EMAIL in Deutsch. Jederzeit flexibel bei Änderungswunsch, so wie ein anderes Fahrzeug zur Verfügung steht. KEINE Zusatzkosten nach Mitteilung einer Flug-Umbuchung, um erst einen Tag später anzureisen. Bei Absage (aus gesundheitlichen Gründen konnte ich einmalig nicht fliegen) freundliche und schnelle Antwort und KEINE Kosten! Sehr nettes Personal. Abgeholt wird man persönlich am Ausgang des Flughafens, Papiere werden zeitnah bearbeitet und Fahrzeug übergeben (Parkgebühr zahlt der Mitarbeiter). Beim Abgeben sollte man etwas Zeit für die Suche des Büros, welches in unmittelbarer Nähe des Flughafens liegt, einplanen (es gab auch immer einen ausgedruckten Anfahrtsplan). Dort wird man empfangen und dann vom Mitarbeiter zum Flughafen gefahren. Stets ordentliche und erwartungsgemäße Fahrzeuge.

Am închiriat o mașina pentru 5 zile. Reprezentantul firmei m-a așteptat exact unde scria ca va fi, îmbrăcat într-un tricou cu sigla firmei și cu o plăcută cu numele firmei. Am făcut rapid actele, după ce le trimisesem in prealabil pe whatsapp datele mele. Am achitat exact cât scria pe site. Mașina primită a fost exact mașina rezervată: Opel Corsa 2018, automat, cu 50.000km. Mașina avea câteva zgârieturi când am preluat-o, dar având inclusă asigurarea full, nu au fost probleme la predare. La predare am făcut plinul chiar lângă sediul Yellowcar, la un British Petroleum. Un angajat m-a dus pana in parcarea aeroportului. Recomand cu încredere! PS: nu mi-a fost oprit nici un depozit pe cardul de credit!

BOOKING Nº 202969 - We hired a little Fiat Panda and 2 child booster seats for our holiday to Costa Algarrobo. The big attraction for us was the no hidden extras insurance, fair fuel policy and speedy collection/return at Malaga airport. As first-time customers we were relieved and delighted when their representative was there to meet us at the airport as promised. The car was perfect for our needs, clean and in good order. Return was fairly straightforward too as we returned it during office hours. It was a nice touch to be driven to the entrance to the airport departure lounge too. Te esperan en la puerta de llegadas del aeropuerto, firmas el contrato, pagas, te dan instrucciones claras para la vuelta, te acompañan hasta el coche con el equipaje, meten las maletas en el maletero, te dan las llaves y el ticket del parking para salir. La entrega del vehículo igual, llenas el depósito en la gasolinera que está pegando a sus oficinas, dejas el coche un momento y uno de sus trabajadores se monta en el coche, te lleva hasta la puerta de salidas, te saca tus maletas y ya está, nada más. De møter deg når du lander, og har bilen klar utenfor, så du slipper å stå i kø eller busse til et annet sted. Når du skal reise, stopper du ved kontoret, rett ved flyplassen, og så kjører de deg bort til flyplassen i den samme bilen, med bagasjen og alt, og du kan bare stige av uten å måtte vente for å få levert nøkkel mm. Prisen inkluderer alltid full forsikring, så du trenger ikke ta bilder eller være redd for at de oppdager en skrape du ikke har sett.

A simply outstanding hire from beginning to end. We were at at the airport by Our Yellow Car representative - Israel - who had us at our car and on our way in minutes. The car was clean and met our requirement for light driving, shopping and beach trips. On return, we settled at the office within 3 sentence - with a very polite representative named Ivan - and it was a very swift handover again, with Israel was once again on hand to deliver is right to the airport door. After 10 Years of disaster rentals with Avis, we will now be hiring with Yellow Car for the foreseeable future.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig nach Empfehlung für Yellow Car einen Mietwagen angefragt, kurz danach kam leider die Nachricht, dass kein Wagen zur Verfügung steht. Wider erwarten hatten auch die meisten anderen Anbieter keinen adäquaten Wagen. Einige Stunden später kam dann ein Anruf mit einer spanischen Nr auf meinem Handy. Der sehr freundliche und perfekt Deutsch sprechende Carlos mit der Nachricht, dass ein PKW nach Stornierung zur Verfügung steht. PKW neuwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Perfekter Service beim Abholen und bei der Rückgabe. Nur zu empfehlen. Sehr gerne wieder.!!!

Awful service. I requested a car online, but couldn't provide a flight # and arrival time because I was yet trying to book one. They told me they'd check on it, but took like a couple of days, I only got their denial of service by the time I had already gone in person to their office, the very one shown in the pics here, outside the airport as if Malaga airport wasn't huge enough already, all the while carrying my heavy luggage. Once I got to their agency, they had no idea of my request. A total waste of time and energy, forget about asking for directions to locals.

Very happy with the service I received from Yellow Car! Fast and easy process, I liked being able to submit required documents via WhatsApp before I got there, which allowed them to created my account. Once I was met at the airport, everything was prepared and it took minutes to be handed the key. I also really liked that they offer full extensive insurance without excess and also didn’t require a security deposit as other rental companies do. Er war voll zufrieden, worauf ich für die zweite Woche ein Auto gemietet habe. Übergabe in Marbella, Rückgabe am Flughafen Malaga, Transfer, Freundlichkeit, Öffnungszeiten ... alles perfekt! Rented with Yellow Car for the first time recently. Very impressed. Sent my licence and personal details over in advance and was met by a personable chap at Malaga arrivals who quickly took us to the adjacent car park to our car. No nonsense with additional insurance and a full tank of gas. Car was as expected. Returned to the office on day of departure. Helpfully there is a BP gas station adjacent to the office to fill the gas tank. We were then driven to the departures at Malaga airport. So easy and zero hassle

Fantastische service bij Yellow Car! Zeer eerlijke prijzen, vriendelijke ontvangst, duidelijke communicatie, geen verrassingen achteraf! In geval van panne ook hulp inbegrepen. We werden bij aankomst opgepikt aan de luchthaven en bij vertrek en inleveren van onze wagen zelfs weer tot aan de deur gebracht! We hadden vele prijzen (auto en de extra's) vergeleken, maar Yellow Car stak er ver bovenuit en we hebben het ons achteraf niet beklaagd! Bedankt Yellow Car!!!

It is very convenient. We did not have to bother with documents (I was asked to send them a few days before rental start; they were checked in a minute), nor with damages sheets (the cars come with fully comprehensive insurance), nor with shuttle cars (they bring the cars to the arrival car park and after the rental drive you back to departure; as their location is on the airport area, this takes only minutes). The car was good and the people very friendly.

Oubliez tous les loueurs arnaqueurs de l'aéroport. Avec yellow car vous avez le droit à un service sans reproche pour un prix raisonnable. Pas de mauvaise surprise tout est inclus. Le fait qu'ils ne soient pas dans le terminal n'est pas un problème ils vous amène la voiture. Ayant voyagé avec un bébé de 5 mois les contraintes son minimes et le siège auto de bonne qualité. Seul petit bémol pas de place pour stationner facilement a l'agence avant le retour.

I asked my hotel in Fuengirola to arrange a car hire for me. They recommended Yellow Car. The chap turned up with the car a couple of days Later, on time. He completed the documentation very quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service, the car was clean and ready to go with a full tank of fuel. I was able to drop the car off at the airport as I left Spain at no extra cost. No hesitation in recommending Yellow Car.

The best car rental company we have used. We were met as we landed at the airport and quickly taken to our car. The car was very good and fully insured so no need to get extra yourself as we have in the past. When we returned someone was waiting by the car park entrance. We will definitely use them again when we come back to Malaga. It us such a relief to find a reliable, trustworthy company.

Having had unpleasant car hire experiences in the past, Yellow Car were a pleasure. Met by representative at arrivals and taken to our car 2 minutes walk away. On return, pop into their office and get driven to departures area. No fuss. No hassle. No selling of extras. The car was a bit dirty and scratches on the outside, but clean inside. We would use them again and reccomend.

Great service- met at departures, after paying for rental the car was brought to us. It was very clean and it was the car model as shown on website. We hired a car seat which also looked new. Unlimited mileage & just had to fill tank up when we returned the car. Used the car for 2 weeks and it was perfect and I will be using Yellowcar again. Many thanks.

Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen und dem Service sehr zufrieden: - Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns am Flughafen erwartet, keinerlei Wartezeit - Vertrag war auch schon ausgefüllt - innerhalb von 15 Minuten saßen wir im Auto und konnten losfahren - Auto nicht nagelneu, aber sehr gepflegt (und nicht mit dem üblichen Febreze-Reinigungsmittel-Gestank...) Jederzeit wieder!

Excellent service. It's very easy to make a rental online. After we arrived to Malaga Rodriques put the suitcases in the trolley and bring them to car. After two days we have a battery problem in our car in Benalmadena. I call to Yellow Car and they change our car to similar Opel in 20 minutes. Next time we will definitely rent our car from Yellow Car.

Überzeugend waren stets der gute Zustand der Fahrzeuge, der Service, auch, wenn es mal Probleme gab, und die angenehmen Übergaben am Flughafen und Abgabe mit Bringservice zum Abflugterminal. A really awesome car rental agency. Very happy with their service - fast, efficient, friendly. The car was pretty much brand new and fully insured. During the trip, I had a nail in the tire and they suggested a local tire repair shop and they paid for the repair directly. Can't recommend them enough! Will definitely use again.

Yellow car makes renting a car very easy! Quick hotel drop-off in Fuengirola and easy return at the Malaga airport. Pricing is great considering all risk insurance is included. We drove a brand new Citroen C4 with not a single scratch on it for almost two weeks and had no issues. I highly recommend renting with them!

Una experiencia de alquiler de 10. El proceso de entrega y devolución fue rápido y sin problemas. El vehículo estaba fantástico. Muy buen servicio, buena atención del personal y excelentes precios. Situados justo a unos metros del aeropuerto. Altamente recomendable para alquileres en Málaga y la Costa.

Having been to Malaga many times on holiday and had some terrible experiences with getting a hire car for the time we have been there, this trip, Yellow Car by far, have been the best to deal with from the start to the finish of the rental. I would recommend them every time anyone asked .

Every time I go to Spain I use this car rental company. There are cheaper ones but they have silly excess. Yellow car have no excess so whatever happens you just pay the car rental amount and that's it. So it might cost a little bit more but your fully covered. Definitely worth doing.

Had a blow out on front tyre after hitting something in road, Yellow car had someone with me in 10min , 1 stayed with car while waiting for assistance the other drove me to La Cala office where a replacement car was waiting…..fantastic service can’t recommend enough.

Super Service, Buchen war sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Das Auto wurde uns am Flughafen am Ausgang vollgetankt Übergeben und wir konnten direkt los. Bei der Abgabe wurden Wir von YellowCar zum Flughafen Eingang gefahren. Wir werden hier wieder ein Mietwagen buchen.

Hele goede ervaringen. Al jaren klant. Vriendelijk personeel. Je auto wordt gebracht naar het vliegveld, papieren in orde maken en rijden. Niet in een rij staan bij een kantoor. En nog een voordeel, all risk dus echt geen gedoe bij retourneren.

viel zu teuer dh ca 50% teurer als andere Fahrzeugvermieter, für Navigationsgerät Euro 50.00 Kosten angefallen - das Gerät hielt nicht und war sehr schlecht bedienbar. Rückgabekosten zusätzlich von Euro 20.00 in Rechnung gestellt
