One of the worst banks with worst customer service. The people in the bank do not even know what to guide to a customer. Everyone working in the company believes in providing false information to the clients. Their motto is to let their clients suffer and they're achieving it really well. A simple fforeclosure couldn't be done by the employees. None of them knew which branch to vvisit for foreclosure. I mean what kind of training do they porvide to their employees They don't even know who and where the client should reach out to for a specific query.. They don't know the grounds.... All they know is to say, "sir, yaha nhi hoga, aap waha chale jaye, waha chale gYe fir waha bolenge, sir, ye branch deal nhi krta hei issme, aap dusre branch me chale jaye". They don't even realize how difficult could it be for the clients to be back and forth. I'm really glad that I'm no longer going to be associated to Yes bank by any means.... That's a huge relief... I made a genuine genuine mistake by chosing this bank.. Never again I'm gonna repeat it... They don't value customers.... They just don't.... If there was a scale of negative marking... Yes bank would have topped the chart........

Important tip for locating this yes bank branch from patel nagar metro station: If you are using google maps/ Apple Maps to locate this yes bank loan servicing branch, do note the following, as both google maps and Apple Maps are wrong.: 1. Get down from the patel nagar metro station - on the west patel nagar side (surprisingly, the metro exit says east patel nagar market direction - ask the guard there if required) 2. Walk towards the shadipur metro station. Be on the main road only (beside the metro line). Do not take any left/ right turn. 3. Keep walking - you will cross AU small finance bank. 4. This yes bank branch is some 100 meters further from au small finance bank, on the same road. Cult fit gym is on the top floor of this building. Tip to get things done in a breeze: 1. Go on a weekday ( not on a working bank Saturday) 2. Reach around 10am I went to collect my Loan NOC letter and form 35 letter on a Thursday morning. Was in and out in 10 mins.

I am very disappointed from this bank .it charges are more than other bank when you foreclosure your loan and the staff of this bank is not cooperative . I m not recommend this type of bank and if you apply then please check all the terms and conditions of the foreclosure of bank loan... And this bank is not for poor or medium class people this bank is only for rich people and also I don't even want to give 1 star to them but unfortunately I don't have option ....this bank deserved 0/10 marks as compared with HDFC or icici or axis bank etc ... One of the worst banks to work with. This location is so disorganized and even during covid times this bank has no concept of social distancing and sanitizing. The office was jam packed with employees and looked like a place where they can do covid virus farming!!! Horrendous! Please whoever is reading this review..do yourself a favour....please don't go for a loan in Yes Bank unless it's a dire no other choice kind of a situation.. save yourself from all the stress and frustration they will put you through...not worth it.

I will give 4 rating out of 05; 01 rating is not due to their waiting period is high (i.e 15days) for foreclosure/ NOC of Loan. Further, Now the service of Yes bank west patel nagar has been improved. I had visited west patel nagar branch; It took hardly 15 minutes to process of my PL closed and as per their commitment within 15 days "No due Certificate" I got in my registered e-mail id. I suggest yes bank to reduce their Services times and If possible provide everything's by online/portal services like ICICI bank.

I strongly reject the bank loan closing policy and not cooperative at all . I am one of ur finest customer and you can check my all loan payment. Every payment has been given on time . None of the emi bounced yet but if I want to close my all due you are calculating almost my complete loan amount after 22months . I will not pay next emi as I am not satisfied with your policy's . If you want to make my credit score bad so i am ok with it .

Very pathetic service, customer need to wait in parking and so hot there, no single fan for customer. Waiting time is for customer around 2 hrs normally. Once any one required a loan then they entertaining very well. Once you need to close the loan the are ignoring customer. Yes bank have only this single branch for the entire delhi for loan service and serving so slow to customer that customer are waiting 2 to 4 hrs in parking..

I will not apply again for loan and will not give any reference for Yes Bank Loan. Your closing process takes 15 days. u are taking 15 days interest extra and then visit to patel nagar branch. if you have no time then wait to give him extra interest and take leave from office.

TERRIBLE. NO HUMANITY AND UNHUMAN BEHAVIOUR FOR THERE CUSTOMERS . NO SITTING AREA AS YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN STANDBY MODE IN THERE PARKING AREA WITHOUT ANY CHAIR, FAN,WATER AND TOILET FACILITIES .UNPROFESSIONAL INEFFICIENT AND RUDE STAFF WELCOMES YOU IN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AFTER WAITING FOR MINIMUM 2-3 HOURS.THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A STREET DOG.HARRESMENT IS READY TO WELCOME YOU. Today i visited at yes bank patel nagar for personal loan for closure, they people are not bank employe their behavior like gundaas and they issued me fresh statement and this current statement is totally different from old one. I recommend all of you do not take anything from this bank.

Very bad experience I want to transfer my loan from yes bank but they are not providing me foreclosure letter and List of Documents till now after two months. I have visited in bank two times but not get till now can anyone help me on the same.

I'd give it zero starts if possible. 1 counter, no branch number and zero customer friendliness. I mean, you can email stuff these days but they still believe in paper and visiting the branch for everything. Let's just go back to the dark ages.

Very bad customer care, they don't pay heed to customer requirements. For anything you need to go to home branch? Home branch don't show any phone number so that we can check if they are open? Customer service doesn't have phone number too.

Bank does not respect customer's time, they have single counter for all queries, loan tasks and closure and all.. They accept they have no more staff. I don't recommend this bank to anyone where staff and bank don't respect others time..

I visited branch today and went through seamless process for closing the loan. Staff was nice and cooperative especially the one who provides token. But crux here is you need to reach around 9.30 to 9.45 to have this smooth experience.

No automated process. Yes bank still use pen and paper token system. No one knew what's happening from Security guard to Yes bank staff. I had to close my loan account but with the ridiculous service of yes Bank. It was a nightmare

I don't even want to give one star to them but unfortunately don't have an option. Other banks barely take 5mins issuing a foreclosure letter than yes bank who take 15 working days. It's like we're forever waiting!! …

Located at good place but not customer supportive infrastructure. The only one yes bank brach in Delhi NCR for loan related work but arrangments are very bad. You have to wait at least 4-5 hours for a small work.
