Very Disappointed. I Had my nails done at this place, twice. The nail tech, Laura, is very talented and gifted; however wasVERY INCONSIDERATE of me as a customer. I walked in on a Friday morning for services. She asked me to text her around 7pm, because she was going to make me her last customer for the day. Keep in mind, I advised her that I would be traveling out of town the following morning and it was very important that I get my nails done. Laura reassured me that she would service me. Needless to say, it didn’t happen. I texted her and she told me that she still had two customers. I explained that it was fine with me and that I could come at ANYTIME that night, but to PLEASE don’t forget about me....Long story short, this happened on a Friday and it’s now Thursday. She has yet sent any type of message or called. Very Inconsiderate!I continued to text her up until around 11pm, but she NEVER responded. If she was unable to service me, that would have been fine. She should have just let me know and not lead me to believe that she could provide services to me. I could have gone elsewhere. So, I did go on my trip, My nails were NOT done, she didn’t care enough to even apologize or reach out. Be careful when seeking nail services at this place.

Okay , so yo traje a mis hermanos a cortar el pelo y uno de los que cortan el pelo Dijo “porque no lo llevas a sentarse al frente” óyeme este viejo esta pendejo o se hace Yo tengo un hermano especial y pues es como un bebe el no sabe que es lo que hace bueno pasaron unos cuantos minutos y mi otro hermano me pregunta algo y yo le dije deja que aga lo que quiera el puede tocar lo que el quiera y se mete el viejo y dice “no lo que quiera” pa la otra que vuelva a decir algo vamos a tener problemas encerio

No stars.... They lack experience on modern hair cuts/styles... I asked for a bob and was given an uneven pixie. Chunks of spots shown all around my head. Cried for days... told the owner about it, she agreed to give me my money back, that was like a mth ago.... she still wont give me my money, and on top of it all insults me.... I have been going there for 10+ years, and this is how you are treated. Will never go again. I would give it no star, but wouldn't let me post unless I elected one star....

Al llegar y preguntar por un corte una señorita dice que es muy difícil y me recomendó a una señora. desde ahí debí saber que NO SABEN CORTAR! Le mostré una referencia y le mencioné cómo cortarlo y lo hizo más corto... lo peor es que me dice la que cobra "Que te crezca y te lo arreglamos" No volvería a ese cuchitril ni a cortarle el pelo a mi perro! Si lees esto evita este lugar estás señoras NO SABEN CORTAR!! ni han recibido capacitación para hacerlo...

Had a few good experiences but the past year with the new staff has been horrible. have had not one but two bad experiences here. I only gave the salon a second chance because i had actually liked coming here. Not anymore, prices are to high for the little run down salon. Would def not recommend, other salons are better around this area.

Mija se pinto el pelo Aki en este lugar con una trabajadora y le dejo su pelo maltratado le cobro $300 Por uno color que ella no pidio , se le estaba cayendo bastante pelo y hasta la fecha aún sigue igual no es recomendable! Quiero que le reembolsen su dinero lo más pronto posible!!

Very bad experience! The lady was nice but didn't know how to cut hair. She cut my daughter's hair & no blow dry. So when I got home & blow dried her hair it was so uneven! Her bangs were even uneven! Never have I experienced such bad service! I don't recommend this place at all !!

They charge way to much for a little trim, $30 to cut split ends because as they say "we dried your hair" so i guess that means to f you on the price, i get my split ends cut for $5 at great clips, never coming here again, garbage can of a place, DO NOT recommend, STAY AWAY!!!!

I've been coming here for a couple years now since I don't like change. It's not the greatest, but I feel like I'm serviced in a timely manner although sometimes when it's full the order of who goes next is rather confusing. Si usted habla español este lugar es bastante bueno.

Got a hair cut here, asked for V-cut, long layers, and 1 in trim. My hair was to my waist, and NOW it’s to my bra line. Cut just about half of my hair off. The cut looks decent but the amount cut off was not what I asked for at all. My hair is soooo short now.

Didnt want to give a star to this salon really bad customer service waiting to cut my sons hair for 2 hrs and i thought he was nxt the barbers friend shows up and he decided to cut his been a customer for yrs not going there nomore it was just bs!!!!!!!!

NO STARS AT ALL if I could!!!! Worst haircut done by an older woman there. Seems like she had no type of experience. Would never recommend anyone to go here. Boyfriend asked for a simple haircut and they did really bad and even overcharged.

No recomiendo este salon! Mi hijo siempre sale enojado conmigo por culpa de las estilistas que le hacen su Corte de pelo mal!!! y a mi me toca Lidiar con su enojo por horas por culpa de este lugar. Ya no regresaremos aqui por seguro.

Muy mal servicio y el hombre que trabaja ahí no sabe cortar el pelo y además es despota con los clientes sale de mal humor como que su trabajo no le gusta y se desquita con las personas a las que le corta el pelo

Bad service, you walk in and they dont greet you, they have no type of record of who walks in first And the owner is the worse. They are rude and act like they don't want to work. Bery disappointed.

No lo recomiendo para nada, nose si es la dueña una señora pelo corto oxigenado , pelos de escoba vieja , super mala onda enojona, cero amabilidad . Y el lugar muy sucio. No vayan a ese lugar .
