Favorite Hair Salon with exceptional service I always had a great experience at York Street Spa and I'm so glad I went back a few months ago. Since then, every appointments have been such a positive experience and one I would definitely recommend. Aveda always did wonders for my hair and York Street Spa only use Aveda which makes a huge difference when coloring your hair. I love the environment, everyone is so professional, kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to be accommodating which was truly appreciated. You’re kindly offered a beverage when you check in, the waiting area is lovely and you are well taken care of throughout your appointment every time. I was introduced to Michelle Nahmad at the York Street Spa and since my first appointment with her, I knew she was the one Michelle is a true artist and simply amazing at what she does. She is passionate about getting your hair to whatever shade you can dream up while still keeping your locks healthy and happy. She is a great listener & always provides wonderful advice to achieve what I have in mind and nourishing my hair during the process. She is a perfectionist which I truly appreciate and the results are simply beautiful every time. My color after only one visit exceeded my expectations, she does wonders with blond. Her professionalism, patience, skills and her attention to detail made each experiences so positive. I was hoping to match my color to hair extensions for a wedding and I was so happy with the results! Whether you’re looking for a subtle change or wanting a full hair makeover, Michelle is a true master and I highly recommend her at the York Street Spa. Thank you Michelle!

A week after my massage, and I am still gleaming with a calmness and a flexibility, just as promised! I was massaged by Jason, and like many other reviews, people say that he talks too much; I agree. Which is why I rated 4/5. However, his massage isn't like others so for a first visit, I tolerated the talking as he was explaining his techniques and treatments, which go beyond a simple skin rub. He used pressure points and other similar techniques to address the torticollis in my neck and ease my shoulders, as well as to remove the tension in my lower back since I work in an office environment. He explained everything to me! And promised that I would feel stretched and at ease, and I do! It was worth it! I am very grateful because I had a high level of tension in my body before and other massages would only feel good in the moment but not much beyond that. To address the talking, as I do plan on booking another massage, I am going to specify in my email that I don't want any talking, since I understand his techniques now, and I just want to relax. I know, I know; it's a massage, it goes without saying, but I don't think he means any harm and likely had a positive response that first time he explained it to someone so he went with it... I will update my review at that time.

Had a good polish change here (if you’re willing to pay $40 for a polish change) and a horrifyingly amateur lash service. Heavy product, looked like the spider eye. $170.00. Nothing close to what I wanted despite a frank consultation and my very clear requests for classic natural lashes. I also asked for a slight cat eye look, longer on the outside, and was given the opposite - heavy in the middle, short on the outside, thick, stubby, sticking together. Scissors had to be used to cut down the middle lashes, and were overused rather than doing a small adjustment with a hand mirror. She used “very thick” silk lashes, though she told me she included faux mink (she didn’t, I looked at the product). These were too heavy for my lashes and not what I wanted. So heavy lashes are dropping - these are the kind that end up pulling out your own eyelashes, not delicate at all. Inside and outside lashes keep falling into the eye, with the weight of these synthetics, feels like eyeball constantly scratched. The glue left me burning through the process and later at home. Absolutely synthetic to the touch and visually, not natural at all. The technician showed absolutely no aesthetic sense and a profound inability or unwillingness to listen to what the client wants.

If you want to feel pampered, this is the place for you. Location is prime, the staff are hospitable and the place is really clean. The coffees there taste really great - best when you're having your hair done and I really enjoyed the Aveda herbal tea before a massage! If you're like me and you're scared to trust a salon or a spa - this is the place you should go. I went from black hair to platinum blonde hair (over a period of time - NOT in one day!) at this salon and I have no regrets. It was shiny, healthy and gorgeous with the help of my amazing colourists and hairstylists - also the Aveda damage remedy oil saved my life!!! Bonus: the place smells really good!! The owner treats his employees really well (you see them talking and laughing sometimes when he's there) and it's nice to see a salon where the staff gets along like friends - they seem to really love what they do. Trust me, you're going to walk out of those pretty red doors looking even more beautiful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. See the photo for my amazing before and after

I booked deluxe pedicures for a friend and I on Tuesday last minute. They were able to fit us in and the ladies were absolutely lovely the entire time, the location super clean and the coffee service awesome... but I was NOT happy with the service from the woman who did my feet. Unlike her co-worker, she did not ask me if I had any allergies before beginning, and also didn't ask me how I wanted my nails done. They are shorter and I was expecting a trim and a shaping, however the nail tech was extremely rough with my feet and nails and I was often wriggling in pain. I told her my feet were sensitive so she didn't feel bad but in retrospect she was just rough and laughed when she looked at my feet. She also cut my nails so short that by the end of that same day I had inflamed and painful toes from "ingrown" nails. TDL;Went to the salon to get a pedicure and paid 200$ to quite literally walk away with painful feet and too-short ingrown nails. Two days later and both my big toes are inflamed from the nail cuttings. Video showing length of the nail 'trim'.

I recently visited York Street Spa in Ottawa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite my family being a customers of this establishment for over 20 years, I received subpar service during my visit last Christmas. The facial was not thorough enough to clean my skin properly, and the massage was painful and unprofessional. I was also disappointed with the manager's response to my complaints, as I was only offered a minimal discount that seemed to be affected by the fact that I had used a gift certificate. The floor manager promised to follow up with me but never did. This is not the kind of service I expected from York Street Spa, which I know has a reputation for high standards. Overall, I would not recommend York Street Spa based on my experience. As a customer, you should expect quality service and professionalism regardless of how you pay. It's unfortunate that this was not the case for me, and I hope the establishment takes steps to improve their customer service and treatment quality in the future.

This was my first time going to a spa on my own, and I was very nervous! Upon arriving I was seated and told I would be checked in. As I waited to be called, I heard my name mentioned and then some staff discussing my appointments, I do not know what was said, but at one point the staff pointed at me during their conversation. This made me feel super out of place and awkward as I waited. I was called to my facial - I booked a primary facial, as it was my first time getting a facial of any kind. I was told I booked the "wrong" kind of facial for the experience I was looking for and next time I should book the full facial, the way the staff explained it made me feel like I wasted my money. I enjoyed the facial regardless. My massage was the highlight of my visit here, aromatherapy full body massage. My massage therapist was super kind and very welcoming, she made the experience for me. I do not know if I will be returning again for a facial as the service definitely could've been more welcoming, but the massage was amazing.

Expressing my appreciation for the excellent service that was provided to me last week. Michelle's expertise and skills have truly impressed me. Not only she carefully listened to my preferences, but she also provided valuable suggestions that complemented my overall look. I've received a lot of compliments since then. Michelle, you are talented! I was booked initially to a different salon, but it got canceled that day 15 minutes before my appointment -- yes very unprofessional. So, i looked for a nearby salon and Michelle was friendly and welcoming. I must admit I was quite embarrassed to come in and ask to accommodate a last-minute appointment for full highlights. I was impressed by Michelle's professionalism and attention to detail for the duration of my appointment. She ensured that I was comfortable at all times. Evidently, she cares about clients’ satisfaction and well-being. I am looking forward to my next visit! I won't hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family or to anyone.

I have never written a bad review online anywhere, but felt the need to here. After reading so many positive reviews, I booked a massage here for my mother for her birthday. She is not one to complain, but said it was the worst experience. She also said that the quality of the York Street Spa has gone down significantly as she has been several times. She was in on a Monday morning, the woman at the front was on her cellphone the entire time scrolling, did not acknowledge my mother, did not ask how she was, and was rude (when leaving she called my mother to come and pay, when my mother had already specified this was paid for and was a gift). The gentleman doing the massage was very scattered, couldn't figure out how to get the music on, was trying to kill a fly before and during the massage, couldn't find things. My mother said she expected way better from York Street and will not be back, given how expensive the massage was, it was 100% a huge letdown.

I requested a couples room. We did not get a couples room. Our service started late for both one a few minutes late and the other ten minutes late. In their website the service said 75 minutes mine was only 50 to 60 minutes. It also said facial massage which I did not received. My husband's treatment wasn't 75 minutes either it was 60 minutes. He went in later and came out later. He didn't have a shower in his treatment room he had to go to another room to shower off his mud treatment. My treatment was dry brushing and massage with oil which was the same price as his which was longer and more product. The staff and building is very nice. The product is nice. Just over priced. I would go back if it is cheaper in price or if you get the full time and the full service. Located in a nice area. The bed is also short and narrow and I am not tall or wide. They were smart putting the spa up stairs so you don't hear as much.

Hey girls! I just got my hair done today by Dorothee! I wasn’t quite sure with what I wanted done when I first walked into the salon but she took the time before doing my hair to sit down with me and answer any questions I had and to create a vision before starting my hair! she went above and beyond she even customized my hair for me! I love it so much! I’ve been having issues finding someone that could work with my hair (I have curly 3b-3c hair) I’ve never received this kind of customer service in a very long time I didn’t think it was possible for my hair to come out the way it did it blew me away! I highly recommend you girls go to her she’s amazing and I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and family! Yesterday I went to York St. Spa for a hair cut. First one since February as I have been afraid to visit public places as I am mid seventies and Covid seems to hit people my age badly. I wore a mask and was greeted by the receptionist who was behind a shield and wearing a mask. She took my temperature and had me sanitize my hands. The lady who cut my hair was wearing a mask and I was positioned well away from everyone except her. I felt safe. The stylist was very pleasant and I enjoyed the conversation while she worked on my very long 60's style rock star hair. She commented that it looked very similar to Mick Jagger's hair. Over the course of the appointment she turned the ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. I was very pleased with the hair cut and complimented her on a great job. Out standing service and quality. I will be returning.

I used this salon in July 2017 for my wedding... I would NOT recommend this salon... I was told $100 a girl for wash and style (no updo) and make up and it ended up being approx. $200 a girl or more. They told me the would have lashes for everyone, which I confirmed 2 days before my wedding... they ran out and even the lashes they had were very far from natural - not something you could wear to your wedding. A bridesmaid got burnt with a curling iron, another had her hair done 3 times... all she asked for was curls with a flat iron and the stylist was unable to do this and another stylist gave up on a bridesmaids braid and curl style so they again had to find a new stylist. Not the experience you would hope for and took way too much time.... I read these reviews prior to going and regrettable ignored the bad reviews.

Was visiting Ottawa from Toronto on Thanksgiving weekend to propose to my girlfriend, first time she has ever been. Had booked a couple’s massage at York St Spa as part of the surprise for the weekend when I got a call 2 days prior, telling me that an RMT had booked the day off (this is after I booked these massages weeks in advance) and they would not be able to accommodate me for our couple’s massage. I asked if they could compensate us, as this was last minute and we would not be able to find another couple’s massage on such short notice. The receptionist who called to notify me offer no solution to rectify the situation and instead tried to upsell me on services that I did not ask for. I feel they were very disingenuous with their apology and would not recommend booking this spa.

York street spa is Extremely poorly managed. They do not check their messages, they don’t communicate with their staff and then blame clients for their irresponsible and careless Behavior. The owner will not speak with clients to resolve concerns or conflicts. The staff is often walking around with no bookings. They need to fire their front desk manager and hire someone more experienced who checks messages, comes in early, leaves late and calls their staff if there are cancellations. If a client cancels they need to call clients back immediately to reschedule. They should not wait until the client calls two or three times then yell at the client because they did not check their messages. The owner is a bad communicator and needs customer service classes. Avoid this spa.

The stars are for the massage therapist who honestly did a good job, and the reception staff who were friendly. Unfortunately, the 60 minute stress fix massage I had was undone minutes after when, only upon checking out and paying, I was told that particular massage therapist did not issue insurance receipts. Nowhere in the booking did it indicate I would not get an RMT. On the booking site, some massage options say “NO RMT” next to them so my assumption was that if a massage didn’t have that disclaimer, I would get an RMT. In selecting a message therapist, there’s no indication of RMT or not next to their names either. If you are going to come here for a massage and are planning on using insurance benefits, make sure to call and double check.

Just want to give Dorothy a special shoutout!!! She’s been saving my hair from “salon closure due to COVID” damage haha! She’s honestly so sweet, kind, professional, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She didn’t only take amazing care of my hair and gave it life again but she gave me such fantastic advice on how to take care of my hair, what products to use, how to be healthy on the inside which will in turn keep my hair healthy. She went ABOVE and beyond and I can’t thank her enough. I recommend her 100000%!!!! She is so funny, actually cares about her clients and loves her job. Dorothee is an incredibly talented hair stylist. I trust her like no other hair stylist. I’ve known her for over 10 years and thankful she’s back in town. I would give Dee 10 stars if I could! And would recommend her to just about anyone as she can do all hair types. Whether it be curly or straight! I have curly hair on the softer side and have had friends and family with kinky or straight hair that have seen her and we’re equally as happy/ satisfied with their hair styles. Also LOVE that the salon uses Aveda hair products. Welcome back Dorothee!!! She used to SLAY my hair when I was in high school and still same quality, professionalism and skills as I remember her having.

THANK YOU CASSIE !! I have finally found the hairdresser that can achieve the colour I've been longing for. I have never been more happy with my hair till I went to Cassie. I've been complimented numerously on my gorgeous colour. It can take a long time to bond and get your hairdresser to understand what you are wanting as well as put a lot of trust into a new hair dresser but Cassie nailed it ! Not only an outstanding professional but also very sincere and charming. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I mean that because I drive 5 hours to see her and I would't have it any other way ! I may have forgot to mention but her fashion taste and makeup are always on point.

The Aroma Body Wrap was amazing. Was fortunate to be able to book the aroma body wrap treatment on a cold Saturday morning. Voula was wonderful. Very professional and provided an amazing treatment. Being able to select the aromas of your choice to be used in the treatment made it so unique. The exfoliating massage followed by the head to toe moisturizing massage was possibly the most relaxed I have ever felt. Being wrapped up in a warm little cocoon on a cold day while you get an amazing scalp and foot massage is just heavenly. This was my first visit to York Street Spa and I will definitely return. I feel so relaxed and my skin feels amazing. Thanks Voula!

I’m surprised that this has such high ratings. I went for a prenatal massage and my masseuse was extremely annoying and inappropriate in my opinion. He would not stop talking, he told me my last prenatal massage at a different spa was probably terrible, he told me about past clients and also said he could come to my delivery and massage me during labour etc. I thought all of this was super weird. Plus I just wanted to relax and he kept asking weird questions, talking, and being generally annoying. I left more tense than when I arrived. My husband also went and he did not have a great experience either. We will not be returning

I've been going here for about 5 years now. Carmella is just amazing - once you find someone who "gets you" you just don't move on.My colour and cuts are always perfect. Every staff member I've encountered is just as friendly and helpful as Carmella. I see from another review that the price is high...I have to disagree. When I look at other reputable spas that use proper, quality products their prices are the same or higher and I don't see them giving out extras like hand massages and paraffin treatments to their customers.Simply put, YSS treats their clientelle very well. I recommend YSS to all my friends without hesitation.

My partner and I had an amazing day at York street spa. The spa staff were attentive and very welcoming. We had the pleasure of getting massages from Ingrid and Jason. We both felt like brand new people afterwards. We then got wonderful manicures, pedicures and facials from Marcia and Sasha- wow the foot massage during the pedicure from Marcia was Amazing, my partner felt so relaxed and chilled. We noticed a significant difference in our skin after the facials. Thank you for a really spectacular day and experience. We look forward to coming back again.

York St. Spa had an extremely welcoming and pleasant environment. It is a really nice location. I had a short appointment, as I went in for a wax. It was short notice but they squeezed me in. Those looking for a good place to get a Brazilian, look no further! Very thorough and actually sort of calming. The woman was very understanding and made sure it was as comfortable as it could be. I believe her name was Gwenofa or something like that. She was highly professional! I will be going back for other services, such as an aveda salon haircut.

I had a great haircut with Michelle! She thoughtfully talked though my hair concerns and current routine before making some suggestions for my haircut. She checked in with me during the cut to make sure I was happy at every step and struck a perfect balance between pleasant conversation and serene silent moments. I was so happy with the results and would not hesitate to return for a cut in the future and wholeheartedly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a skilled and kind stylist. Last month a friend bought me a massage session at the York Street Spa. The place is nice , inviting, the location is excellent. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. Keith, the Registered Masagge Therapist is highly professional, physically strong, with an unique style, he creates a relaxing , quiet atmosphere during the massage session. I went home completely renovated and relaxed. The massage room was comfortable, spotless. It was an amazing experience! I would highly reccomend the York Street spa.

Finally! I have finally found the hairdresser who understands my hair, colors and cuts it superbly, even makes his work magically last longer than previous hairdressers ... and this from my very first visit. Kenneth quickly and expertly assessed things (this was made more difficult as we both had our masks on), and only 2 hours later, I walked out with a completely updated and younger look. I am planning to come back regularly, and to continue to recommend Kenneth to anybody who is willing to listen. Bravo!

Had an appt this morning at 11:45 for a simple eyebrow mntc. waxing. When I arrived I was told that she was running “a couple of minutes behind” but would only be a couple of minutes. No problem! 30 mins later and still sitting in the waiting area, I got up and said I had to go as it’s been 30 mins. Was simply told “Ok. Sorry”. I’ve been going to York St Spa for about a year and a half for waxings. If you can’t respect your clients’ time, that’s a deal breaker for me. I won’t be back.

Eyebrows are different because the hair doesn't grow back fast--or ever depending on the person. I told the girl that I wanted to be walked through what she was doing and she basically refused and treated me like an irritant. Since I was paying $20 for like 5 minutes of her time, it would have been nice to have taken the time to briefly discuss how she was going to do my eyebrows, what I wanted, etc. I really don't think that's too much to ask. It's kind of like a mini hair cut.

Dorothee saved my life. Not only is she extremely talented but she truly listens to her clients and will give you exactly what you're looking for. I came in for a colour correction and to fix a choppy haircut I hated (first photo). She transformed my hair into the most beautiful balayage I have ever had and managed to get rid of all my unwanted brassy and yellow tones. She is thoughtful and careful with her cuts and most importantly, a genuine and kind stylist. 10/10!

I went to York Street Spa for a haircut and could not be more happy with the results. The staff were friendly and professional plus it is a lovely place that makes you feel relaxed. The prices are affordable and the service is above average. Morganna cut and styled my hair. She is a great hairstylist and is able to listen to her clients and style their hair as they request. Will definitely be back for my next cut and possibly for other services offered at the spa!

Everytime I come in for some self care they are always a warm experience, I love their personnel! Always respectful and polite, I feel like a valued customer even if my appointments are months apart! One of their specialists, Andrea, delivered probably the best full leg & Brazilian I had in months her technique was expedient, efficient and mostly painless. I would recommend her to my friends for waxing and even pedicures! Thank you Andrea! You deserve a raise!

Visited this place twice. A nice and relaxing environment to get a professional haircut. The hairstylist Michelle is very nice and attentive, and she knows her craft well. She spends time and works with great finesse. A testimony to her skills and her friendly character that I followed her from her old salon in Kanata to this place in downtown, I am sure Michelle will be as popular in York St Spa as she was in her old salon!

Very disappointed. I left with my hair looking like I did a poor job at home by myself. Now I have to find another place to pay again and get it done for a wedding tomorrow. Told me one price and charged another. I had high expectations but unfortunately it’s not a place for high end service. Can’t believe I paid for it. Literally doesn’t look like it was salon service. The one star was for the kindness.

Dorothee is an amazing hair stylists, she really listened and took her time to understand exactly what I was looking for. My hair is naturally curly and it has been a struggle finding a hairstylist that knows how to cut and style curly hair properly until I met Dorothee. I left the salon extremely happy with the results as my hair looked amazing, I definitely will be recommending her to all my friends.

After my nails getting ruined at not 1, but 4 different nail spas, I finally found my manicurist! This place is a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs- nails, makeup, hair, esthetics and permanent makeup! They only gently file and soak your nails- no drills to ruin them! I'd rather pay a solid, fair price, then a cheap place that will just make my nails all brittle. The best place to go!

Laine did a super job on my hair! The low rating is due to the decor. I've been going here for years and it has never been updated. It looks old and tired. Not included in my rating but also annoying are the masks they are still wearing. Behind plexi glass. I'm tired of asking everybody to repeat themselves because everything is muffled behind masks and plexi glass. So annoying.

I have been to other salons and have had bad experiences, but York Street is by far the best salon I have visited. I came in for a colour correction and Lin was especially helpful. She was quick to assist me and even brought me a cup of tea and made me feel at home! My stylist Victoria was also patient in fixing my hair and made me feel fabulous! I will definitely come back :)

My hair is always good hands when I see Dorothy - I trust so few individuals with my delicate curly stands - currently she is the only person whom I can honestly say leaves me fully satisfied when I hop out of the chair. Highly recommend going to see Dee (Dorothy). She is such a sweet and genuine hair dresser! She made feel welcomed from the moment I stepped into the salon. She gave me a curly cut and thoroughly walked me through every step. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and treats you and your hair with care. My curls have never looked so good and I can’t wait to go back to her chair.

The level of service I received today from Dorothee was beyond my expectations. She listened to my needs and my concerns about what hairstyle would best fit my face. She not only suggested what would best fit and executed it to perfection. I would recommend her to everyone who wants a hairstylist who will go beyond their expectations!! I have searched and searched for a hairstylist until I came across Dorothee! She is amazing, takes the time to listen to you,and makes you feel comfortable with her ongoing conversations. After struggling to find a hairstylist in Ottawa who could attend to my natural hair properly, I was elated to find Dorothee. She is incredibly attentive to making sure my hair looks great and pays extra attention to treating my scalp which is prone to irritation. She has a great personality and always makes the appointment a fun one! Highly recommend!!!

Not my first time coming here and definitely won’t be the last. Victoria does a lovely job no matter what the request. Her attention to detail is impeccable. I have not been out since the beginning of covid and was feeling the need to be pampered and oh boy was I! I got extremely lucky in getting Tanya as my nail specialist. She not only did an AMAZING job on my nails and brows but made the whole experience fantastic! I felt welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much, I will for sure be back!

My husband and I got a massage at the York street spa and we were both very satisfied. I got a massage with Keith and it was the best one I ever received. My husband was with Jason and was very impressed by his techniques, it relieved a lot of his muscle pain. We will come back for sure and ask for the same massage therapists again!

If you want your hair done properly with care ask for the stylist Dee (Dorothy)!!!! She is an amazing stylist that can literally make anything happen for you. She goes out of her way to ensure quality and that you are in love with your hair. If you have curly hair she is also amazing with styling curly hair. 6 out of 5 star service.

The massage rooms are in the basement and quite outdated looking compared to other spas downtown. It has the odour of water damage. My massage was strictly okay. The therapist was not using enough pressure after I asked for more and was using a "pinching" technique which was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately I wont be going back.

I went to Dorothy as a recommendation and she was amazing. I have extremely long hair, we are talking 30 plus inches and it’s it past my butt and it ended up soo silky and beautiful. Definitely my hair stylist now. She’s so down to earth and hilarious. Great personality and great first experience definitely coming back. …

Carmela is amazing. She has incredible skill and talent. She’s patient, friendly and most importantly she make you feel comfortable and at ease with the process and throughout the whole session. Michelle styled my hair for a gala event. We talked about achieving a loose classic curl/wave. The results were beautiful. My hair was perfectly styled but still soft and moveable, and it lasted all night! Would definitely recommend Michelle to anyone looking to style their hair for a special event.

I went in last week for a deluxe French manicure, approximately $115 with tax and tip. The next morning the polish was actually coming off in one piece. After multiple conversations with upper management they decided to give me credit on file for $70.06. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Tanya and Andrea gave my aunt Sue and Laurie deluxe manicures . The manicures were the best we ever had. the ladies were extremely talented and they had great personalities and so much fun! I will definitely continue to bring my business there and will highly recommend them to all my friends.

Update: After I wrote my original review I did receive a call from Haidy. She was apologetic for the miscommunication. I appreciate Haidy reaching out and making my experience with the spa much better. Thanks Haidy, this is the customer service I would expect from a spa like York Street Spa.

Dee has been the first person who has done my highlights and this is my second time getting them done by her! She is amazing, talented and an expert at what she does. If you have curly hair I definitely recommend you visit her :) She leaves my hair feeling healthy and beautiful every time!

My 11 year old daughter went here for a cut and style. She went in with beautiful long hair that was mid-back length and she left with a Karen cut that's a little longer than her ears. This is not what she wanted or asked for but I guess she got the house special.

Carmela is a wonderful stylist. I got just the colour and cut that I wanted. Carmela is great at both making suggestions and listening to client needs. She doesn't stop until you are satisfied. YSS is relaxing and comfortable too.

Went to the spa with a friend. The facial was absolutely amazing! The customer service and environment are great. The manicure is a bit overpriced though for what you get. Overall, if you want to relax, I would recommend.
