I went here last Saturday to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We originally reserved a private room but were offered the lounge over the phone. When we arrived, we realized the lounge was very big and not as private because of the open entranceways and public bar/reception service. We weren’t able to switch rooms because it was fully booked that night after switching our original reservation. Nonetheless, the manager, Edwin, was very kind and apologetic. He understood our desires and disappointments and did everything he could to make sure my boyfriend’s birthday was special by offering additional benefits with our package purchased. He also said we would be immediately transitioned to a room if and when available, which happened! Thanks Edwin for the amazing hospitality and making the experience much better. We look forward to coming back and trying out the YouTube function for my birthday in the following month!

Went here for the first time to celebrate my birthday and I just have to say it was a great experience! I’ve been to many karaoke bars especially in Toronto and Yonge and Finch and this location was clean, bartender and server was polite and song selection was decent. The washroom was clean with a cute interior. We got the large room for 15-20 people between 9pm - 3am and the minimum spend on drinks and food was $430 + tax/gratuity, which I think was reasonable considering the fact that other karaoke bars charge for the room or pay per person. The menu had a decent selection for finger foods and drinks. We ended up getting Package B that included: 2 bottles, 12 shots, 12 beers, 4 pitchers of pop/juice (coke, ginger ale, cranberry and pineapple juice), 2 fruit platters and 2 food platters + 6 more throughout the night. FYI: you may have to pay extra $50 for certain bottles. We were going in and out of the room since some friends wanted to smoke and they had no problem at all. Overall great experience and will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time ever going to a karoake place! I’ve always seen the lounge when going shopping at Btrust so I was super excited to finally go with friends - we were there from 9 PM to past 12 AM. The atmosphere inside was very aesthetically pleasing and the food was pretty good too. I went with a pretty big group of people so the room definitely got super hot Sound system was amazing; would be even better if there were more mics (there was just 2).

My friends and I used to come here a lot and I am going to be honest the service has gone downhill. The service was awful, the girl working there didn’t even bother checking up on us, we had to keep going to get her. Not only that but the pitcher we ordered felt like it was watered down juice and we paid $80… save your money and find another bar in the gta. I rather go to karaoke bars in North York or even high zone.

Really fun experience! Can be pretty pricy for 2 people but overall worth it. I think it was $85 each but that was including 3 drinks, tax, and tip. Selection of songs is good. Especially for top 40. Not as good for slightly more niche tastes but can still find songs everyone knows, just not always your favourites. Worker was great, explained things well, service was quick.

Reasonable pricing and really friendly staff. Went from 5-8 p.m. I believe, and it was $15 pp. The system is in Chinese, though, and it was really messed up, which meant we wasted a looot of time trying to find songs and eventually giving up. They were also missing a lot of popular songs, but we found most of the songs we liked, so we didn't mind too much. The rooms were cute too : >

Our go to place for karaoke in Mississauga. Great selection of songs with easy to navigate machine. Washrooms and clean and servers are quick. Very easy to make a reso, regardless of what size group you are. Recommend to come here for sure! More

20 bucks per person for unlimited time within happy hour from 3-8pm. Song selection need some updates however it’s still enough to sing for 5 hours with your friends. The room was steamy, I had to ask staff twice to make it actually cooler.

I would not recommend this bar to anyone … staff is good the place itself sucks - everything is written in Chinese the karaoke screen doesn’t work sometimes mic doesn’t work - if they want more ethnicity to come and enjoy they should have
