I’ve had my linen washed and ironed here previously and Sonny did an amazing job, I was looking for a new dry cleaner in the area and when he mentioned that they do it I thought I’d give it ago. They use a contractor offsite to dry clean, they did an amazing job on my dress and my skirt however they pinned my skirt that’s fake leather and basically ruined it. Unfortunately, my jacket, that I’ve had dry cleaned a number of times previously is completely ruined. After talking to Sonny to try and rectify this issue he said it was out of his control due to it being a contractor, which is really not acceptable as they should take full responsibility for damages if they are using a third party. There was some passing of the buck and numerous text correspondence back and forth. He reached out to the contractor and he wrote an unpleasant email reply. Sonny did refund me for the cost of the dry cleaning for two items. Unfortunately that doesn’t compensate for my $400 jacket, where the lining has become completely warped. He also mentioned that he had had issues with this dry cleaner in the past with other clients, but yet he still continues to use them. When I asked about compensation, he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Extremely disappointed in the dry cleaning that my jacket is unsalvageable.

This would be my first and last time getting any service from here.. I paid for a dry cleaning service to get my bridesmaid dress cleaned and it was for sure a mistake! There were some noticeable stains and a single tread pull in the front part of dress upon first pick up. I hesitated when they offered a second time cleaning, since they reassured it will be assessed first before proceeding with more cleaning and it will for sure be ready on Thursday but it got pushed back to Friday night and I needed to wear the dress the next morning on Saturday but no surprise there, my dress is truly ruined. Should’ve ask for a whole replacement/ compensation for it.. but oh well just sharing my experience here

I have been there twice to do my doonas and mattress protectors and I would not normally write a review but this place is the cleaniest laundromat I have ever stepped foot into. Liturally everything is sparkling and you actually feel like your clothes have been cleaned in here. All washing machines are brand new with great technology. Washed my bedding well and was good value. Owner was very friendly and helpful and really working hard to ensure he runs a great business. I bring my own, but I would suggest they stock better quality washing liquids in the vending machine, but there is a woolworths across the road so you can get what you need there.

Great laundromat. Has everything you need (even a snack while you're waiting). A lot of laundromats don't have seating but there's quite a few seats and if you get it at the right time of day, it's dead quiet, which is awesome. Clear, helpful instructions. Just make sure that when you go in, you take note of which washing machine size you want: there are 4 sizes, with the biggest visible to the front door (you need to keep going further into the laundromat if you want a smaller machine). All the driers seem to be the same size. Good prices, convenient location. Would definitely recommend it.

I visited this place today. Had an amazing experience. The place is fully air conditioned, keeping you chill under the blazing sun. Has a lot of Washers and dryers available. Follows strict hygiene. In my opinion, I would prefer if the prices were a bit lower. $7 for 24 minute washing is fine but $5 for drying is a bit too much in my opinion. I would rather pay $1 for 8 minutes of drying instead but sadly not many options available.

Good facilities. A little bit on the pricey side but given the quality and cleanliness of the facilities it is well worth the higher price. Management is very friendly and helpful if you have any trouble you can just give them a phone call and they will be happy to help. The Self Help section is very useful as well as the drop cleaner section where they clean your clothes for you this is a good laundromat!

Clean, easy to use and staff member was super helpful. Its DYI and pretty straight forward so can't really mess it up. Really like how they had different size machines (which also cost different amounts). They have separate machines for pets too, only slight negative was that it was pretty busy but I still managed to get my washing and drying done relatively quickly. Would recommend and use again.

I was amazed with the new technology of Launderette of this place!! No more traditional coins inserting. Everything was cashless and they even came up with an app which allowed you to pay through it and see the remaining time of your laundry. Lots of machines available, and the bonus point is the coffee vending machine while waiting for your laundry. Recommended in Southbank area :)

The attention to detail in this place is outstanding. Brand new touch screen machines, instructions around the walls on how to use the machines. Chinese translation on signage. Well done! They even have free ironing to use and whilst they are new have provided free laundry powder to help the community. Thank you Sonny and team I didn't even need to call for help.

First time went to the laundrette today and it was amazing! The washers and dryers are super powerful and efficient. Store was clean and tidy. The amount of attention to detail was unreal! Easy to use mobile app to pay and track the progress of washing. Free wifi, coffee, washing liquid to be purchased and spacious for rest. Will definitely come back again.

It was 35• in Melbourne and this laundry facility did not have their aircon working because they wanted to save money!!! Poor service.

Best laundrette in the Melbourne Southbank . All the machines take card and new version, and there are couple of restaurants nearby.

The most expensive laundrette i ever went 17$ for a good wash. Minimum 9$ for a quick wash + 6$ 20 mins dryer. A way too much
