Gosh. Okay. If you've ever seen a documentary on the effects of the fashion industry (in this case fast fashion) to other third world countries that are outsourced in order fulfill mass request of products and merchandise for stores like Zara, Forever21 and H&M. Yes, they have great clothes but let's not shy away from the big picture.

And here's the best part: quality never takes a backseat at Zara. Despite the affordable prices, they prioritize premium materials and impeccable craftsmanship. However, I did feel that the rep I spoke to could've better guided me towards shorts that complemented my overall attire. She seemed to be in a rush.

EXTREMELY rude, inattentive, condescending, and most importantly unknowledgeable staff working at this location. I have worked in luxury retail for many years and I have never seen employees with such a chip on their shoulder, especially ones working at an overpriced Forever 21. Sort it out management.
