Terrible service and not the first. This time I decided not to go back. I usually spend several hundred euros for shopping, so this time I packed my things and went to the fitting room. three completely rude saleswomen who were not trained to work with a client told me that I could take only 5 things at a time, and they would hang all the rest back, because they would not guard them and would not allow me to take them to the fitting room. At the same time, I was in a T-shirt and shorts without a bag, that is, it is impossible to take anything away without payment, even if you wish. Therefore, I can only buy 5 things at a time… They probably think that I will run to the store 6 times to measure myself and buy 20-30 things?! And maybe this store is doing everything possible to make fans spend their money there. Then a successful financial "well-being" to the owner of the store. I'll find something to do with the money saved and better have a good time and shopping in a positive place! By the way staff is always VERY VERY BAD trained in this shop!

The rule about 5 things at a time in fitting rooms is just ridiculous. It is fine to have a limit of pieces to try on inside the fitting room but there should be a possibility to leave the rest outside on a rack. The employees are being rude in following this silly rule, they don’t let you leave the things even outside and say you should go and put the rest pieces on its place. Am I supposed to go around the shop 3-5 times to try on 15 pieces? Why not making life of your customers more comfortable so they want to come back? Also the managers are rude and not helpful at all. The girl with green hair was rolling her eyes when I asked her to check the availability of two pieces in other stores and was very annoyed. Just don’t want to come there anymore.

Αγόρασα μια φανέλα για 23 ευρώ και με χρέωσαν τρεις φορές το ίδιο ποσό και μου έλεγαν ότι έτσι είναι το μηχάνημα μια φορά χρέωσαν αλλά η τράπεζα μου χρέωσε τρεις φορές. Πήρα τηλέφωνο στη τράπεζα και μου είπαν ότι όντως κράτησαν το ποσό τρεις φορές και πρέπει να περιμένω μια εβδομάδα μέχρι να επιστραφεί το δεσμευμένο πόσο. Εγώ πάντως μια φορά κτυπήσα τη κάρτα και τώρα πρέπει να περιμένω μια ολόκληρη εβδομάδα να μου επιστραφούν περίπου 45 ευρώ εξαιτίας του μηχανήματος του Ζάρα. Ολόκληρη ταλαιπωρία μόνο για μια φανέλα!!! Δεν θα ξαναπατήσω ποτέ!!!

I am absolutely furious after shopping at Zara today. I spent a lot of money. The staff were so rude. didn't want to help. I understand that people don't want to work on Sunday. However, you need to train your staff to give good customer service, to be polite and smile. I have been a very loyal customer since Zara opened up in Cyprus. As I love their clothes. In addition, the prices are much higher than other clothing stores In Limassol. Zara has become the most expensive shop in the city. with the worst customer service!!!!

Худший опыт в моей жизни. Работала одна касса, в которую стояла очередь человек из 15. На просьбу открыть вторую, отказали. Так как я была с маленьким ребёнком, попросила отложить выбранную вещь. Когда через час вернулась за ней, отложенного уже не было. Очередь по-прежнему была огромной всё так же в одну кассу. На следующий день вернулась, но размера подходящего уже не было. Так же нет пандуса. Очень неудобно с детской коляской заходить в магазин.

Terrible service - you can take only 5 things to the fitting room and all the rest would be placed back, so you are not able to try more than 5 in one time. You have to go all around the store for each 5 pieces. Manager and staff don't give a ** that they are loosing customers. I was going to buy around 10 pieces and decided to never be back to Zara. Well done! Keep on doing this and you will loose everyone who respect themselves

I really start to get tired of the attitude in Zara , staff is being rude , when ask for sizes and they say they have it in another shops , they will tell you we don’t do delivery between cities , everything u ask is a big NO , the staff when arranging the clothes on the hanger will always bump into you , no social distance , no respect for your space , etc . Zara you are becoming more and more rude , better take attitude

Tell me Zara, when did you make the rule that people can't try clothes on in your shops??? It's the same as . . "Come to our restaurant but you're not allowed to eat anything!!!" Completely ridiculous and your amateur security can't even tell me why! I've been in to Zara hundreds of times and never heard something so crazy! My fiancé and i were treated very badly! It's a shame I can't choose zero stars!!!

Customer service on tills and fitting rooms is absolutely abysmal! Avoid if you want a stress free experience as all you will be getting is attitude from the staff. Staff not helpful and clearly hate working there. Should hire helpful friendly staff. London flagship store which is considerably busier we received much better service. Zara Cyprus you could do better.

To be fair the prices are reasonable, I didn't find a big variety of mens clothing but that is usually common. The biggest problem was that the girl in the counter didn't know greek so I had to speek English, some other people may not be able to do that. Another drawback was that no one came to help me when I was struggling to find my size. Not very professeional.

Do not believe what you see on the website zara.com.cy ZARA advertises items that are never available. I receive emails with new arrivals and when I visit the shop they never have any of the items they announce as new arrivals. I ask the ZARA staff if they except to have them in the future and they tell me never in Cyprus stores. So annoying and disapointing.

Valikoima hieman suppeampi kuin My Mallin Zarassa. Viikon loppuisin ja ruuhka-aikoina pitkät jonot kassoille. Toisen kerroksen miesten osaston kassa yleensä aina kiinni. One of my favourite shops for everyday clothes , but the staff have very unprofessional behavior, today I had the feeling like they been hiding from me in a corner so I no disturb them... same at the counter they watch on you so angry like you interrupt in their very important discussion ...

Well taken care shop. Good choice of products. But.. almost no sign of Cypriot or Greek speaking employees. Manners and customer orientation are unknown words. Employees obviously ignorant of customer approach and communication. They make you feel you disturb them in their standing sleep.

Products & staff are nice but the manager at that location is so mean to the staff and terrible customer services Won’t be visiting that store again if this manager doesn’t change, will go to other locations like my mall or wait till I travel & buy from Zara outside of Limassol/Cyprus

Manhating store. Don't bother going in the womans area with your wife or girlfriend. The staff will immediately tell you to leave the area without any hesitation. More respect will be shown at a womans movement rally. The only good part of this store was the airconditioning.

My mom is here from Lebanon and the woman couldn’t scan her covid pass (even tho every other shop did) so when we told her she responded “we are not every other shop” and did not let us in!! We are fully vaccinated and we had printed certificates. Very rude manager…

Wonderful department store. Staff were very helpful and didn’t have airs and graces and upturned noses. Polite and looked like they enjoyed working here. Great collection of clothing and accessories and much more than we could see back home in Australia.

Too many ppl at the counter waiting to pay for their orders. Barely saw any zara employees as i wanted some help. overall the shop is in dire need of renovation. The couch outside the mens changing rooms is ripped apart and no one seems to care

Stupid policy about men in the locker room zone. Considering that many women come to your store with boyfriends or husbands to choose clothes WITH them (not separately). And there's nowhere to sit or even stand and wait. Shame on you.
