This was my first time visiting the bus station taking my first long distance. I didn't know that there were many long distance buses connecting Munich to many other European cities. The bus station has a small shopping passage with bakery supermarket and restaurant. Recommended to book tickets in advance avoiding huge prices at the bus station. The toilet facility has to be improved.

I like this building bus station down there and upper floor is full of restaurants, cafes, chain food stores, departmental stores and many more. It’s located at good place where east to travel by bus, train or tram. Btw some of bus terminals display were not working but the service was good from here.

It's not for winter night use... I had to wait four hours for transfer and there were no place where to hide myself from the freezing temperatures. Why they close the waiting room at night is not understandable ... By the way is well organised,the info is well done.

Wie Fernbus-Bahnhöfe halt sind: voll, unübersichtlich, dreckig. Und für eine allein Reisende Frau nachts auch nicht sonderlich einladend bei so viel herumlungerndem männlichen Reisevolk. Der Bus nach Venedig war aber pünktlich.

Großer überdachter Haltepunkt von Flixbus und weiteren Fernbussen direkt am Münchner Ostbahnhof/Hackerbrücke. Zu- und Ausstieg möglich. Zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, und ein Supermarkt sind vorhanden. Immerwieder gerne...

Aussen schön zu sehen, leider innen umgekehrt. Unten sind für Büsse, sehr schmutzig und stinkt nach Urin. Oben gibt es nur ein paar Läden.

They have good facilities and also a mall on top floor where you get food and lidl

Nice Central Bus Station. You can look at the rail infrastructure from there.

No waiting hall, but some markers present so you can buy something needed
