We started the process of buying our first home without any prior knowledge or experience about real estate and home buying. We had a great experience working with Derek Duncan from the Hanna group. We met Derek in an open house. As were looking for a buyer's agent, we spoke with Derek and he understood what we wanted. We then had a chat with Zaid as well to understand the buying process and how the Hanna group works. After that we decided to go with Derek as he understood what we wanted. Derek was very patient in the whole process. It took us more than one year to buy our house. We were visiting open houses almost every weekend with Derek. The Zaid Hanna Group helped us buy and now sell our 1st house. The Zaid Hanna Group is the only realtor that I will ever use in the Bay Area. Zaid and Derek have been phenomenal during my house buying process. I started house hunting three months ago and finally closed escrow today. Zaid is a very analytical, big picture person and a great negotiator (a skill important in this process). Zaid and Derek's experience shows every time you interact with them. I worked with Derek on a day to day basis and he showed me multiple properties over two months. He's very quick and always available - somebody you can trust will have your back. He was always honest about what he saw as the positives and negatives about a property and I never felt I was being rushed. To the contrary he dissuaded me from making offers on certain properties. You need a honest team of realtors by your side. And Zaid and Derek are those people!

Zaid and his team were extremely professional from day one.
