The library is located inside a trust. Currently that Trust is lacking funds to spend on the welfare of the library and buying new books, to spend on its maintenance. Moreover, the management of the library does not allow people to sit in the library, thus no one can go and read the books. Every time when someone goes there, they say it is temporarily closed. But it's been 3 years they are saying this, and they did not open the library. Following are some of my observation points. 1. It has no vast collection of books, mostly books are Islam related only. 2. The books, that are present, are too old and their condition is not good to read as they have torn pages and some books has no cover/title pages. 3. There is no proper furniture (chairs and tables) to sit and read. 4. There is no lighting, so the reading hall room is usually dark. During daytime, one can read a book by sitting beside the windows in the library hall. 5. There is no separate section for females. 6. Generally the books are too dusty, and they are not without dust in the library. Therefore, I would not recommend going there. Also, before going there please keep the above points in mind.
