This location is by far the worse i have ever dealt with. The manager Ariel tried to help he is the only exception ! These people ruined my wedding preparations and made me wait a month for my wedding ring. They authorized a payment on my account after i expressed my concern about the ring not arriving on time and me ordering a new ring elsewhere. I will never spend one red cent in here and i will tell all my contacts to take their business elsewhere as well. thanks for nothing ! i only gave you 1 start because otherwise i wouldn't be able to post this , even that is a stretch !

Love their jewelry, the quality and prices are wonderful. The lifetime warranty and their upgrade option is awesome. However, Online orders suck and wait time for repairs can be better or the should offer a loaner in the meantime. The male manger in this location is grear very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I pick the perfect ring and then the sales girl tells me that she forgot to put the insurance in my name and I would have to buy it again and would have to wait a week for the money to go back in my account. So I would have to put up double what the price is that day in order for it to go through.

Nancy is the BEST! My husband & I bought a new diamond anniversary ring and she went beyond to help us get a great savings. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Nancy for all your jewelry needs. Mr. Manager - give Nancy a promotion & a raise. She deserves it. She's great!!

Went to pick up a set of earrings and item was super scratched up/the case had stains on it, as if someone had used them which is obviously unacceptable for something like earrings. I show this to the sales girl and she just shrugs. Anyway

The store manager was the best help. I got help from the store manager and the sales associate who helped me find the perfect bridal set for my wedding, which will be Oct. 16th! Thank you for all your help! You both are the best!
