Wow, working with Muna, Zeina, and Poly was such a pleasure. We initially worked with Zeina who helped us pick out our wedding bands. She sincerely cared about helping us make the best decision, was very patient with our many questions, and gave us the freedom to take our time to make our decision. We left the store to think about it and eventually came back an hour later because we had such a good experience with her. From there, Poly and Muna helped us to finalize the purchase. Visited Zales in fashion square and had a great very helpful experience. Muna made sure that our accounts were set up correctly so our next visits for cleanings are hassle free. I appreciated her taking the time to help us form a wishlist and showing some great recommendations for bands that matched a ring we already have. Everyone in that store was super kind and made sure we were looked after from the second we walked in to the second we walked out.

Muna was an amazing employee! I came in with my family to buy a Father’s Day gift and she made sure we felt welcomed. Muna helped us open an account and helped us apply for a credit card. Once we got approved she called to increase my limit (I don’t know any other place or employee that would do that for their customers). She was very caring and made sure our visit went well and that we got what we had come for. We’ll for sure be visiting again!

AMAZING! I enjoyed my experience searching for an engagement ring. I visited multiple times due to being unsure as to ring type and price but was never pressured into purchasing anything immediately or out of my price range. Muna is awesome at catering to the needs of customers and communicating prices as well as promotions. My wife and I had previously purchased a custom ring from another source and were not happy, so we then went to Zales and requested the same customizations and Zales created our exact vision and requests!! Stopped by to add the insurance toy new gold necklace and Polly and Munda were so helpful. They helped me located a missing receipt and and helped me save an additional 10% I overlooked by combining my purchases. Extremely sweet and patient because I had no idea what other pieces I wanted. I will NEVER buy from Zales again never! I was treated soooo bad today. I have spent thousands of dollars with them but after what happen today NEVER AGAIN! I have nothing against the store itself but this was the worst experience ever! The team at that location is ok but what happen today to me is unacceptable! YOU HAVE JUST LOST A HUGE CUSTOMER!
