Honestly, 1 star is a huge stretch. Manager was extremely rude. I wanted to make a purchase of £300+ and kept on being hinted at the store was closing. I'm not one to moan or even leave reviews but o my the way we were treated by the Manager was incredibly insulting. You get better service at an ASDA self service checkout.

I'm only writing a review to Make anyone who wants to buy shoes from zoo fashions aware of their Return policy before you order. My experience wasn't great but I can be accountable and and admit that I should have Read the policy. They have a very complex return policy compared to everyone else.

Hardly any stock with good sizes, customer service isn’t all that great because they have rude staff. You are better off going to the actual designer stores at least you get good customer service and better stock.
