Third class hotel no heater in extremely cold weather of January. When you come for booking they said they will provide heater and when you booked a room they asked for more extra charges for heater gas and said they didn't add gas charges

A very nice and comfortable hotel and situated within the city. Prime location and access to numerous restaurants just at walking distance. The staff was really cooperative as I had to update my booking dates to a week ahead due to flight
