On Saturday 7th May roughly 7.30/8am I came into to order a coffee. The woman working there was serving and talking to a customer and completely ignored myself. I continued to wait and then the next person walks into the shop and she continues to ignore myself at the counter. No words to myself about serving myself and waits for the other person to come up to the counter. I lefted upset and in a hurry to a event. I then called her to speak to her manager and found her very rude. I'm sure this is all on camera since then I have never came back to this Petrol Station.

I recently visited here and had the pleasure of meeting Simran. She provided me with exceptional customer service and made sure that my experience at the store was a great one. I had an issue with my card payment, but Simran handled it with professionalism and efficiency. She truly went above and beyond to look after her customers. The coffee was great as well! I highly recommend this place, and I hope that Simran's excellent work is recognized and rewarded by the management team. Thank you, Simran, for making my visit such a memorable one!"

There is a young female employee who works at this BP who severely lacks customer service skills. There have been two occasions now where this young woman has been chatting with friends, who are up at counter, while I have stood waiting to be served so I can pay for my fuel. She is loud, obnoxious and her maturity is less than desired. I can only hope her manager reads this review and addresses her conduct.

Recently visted Bp Brighton to buy Connoisseur ice cream tub peanut butter crunchy 1 Ltr found that the staff was charging me $15 instead of $14.50. There was a ticket of the peanut butter crunchy but wrong filling line of products on the shelf. Informed the staff about the price he refused to give me for $14.50. Didn't expect such type of customer service and getting over charged.

This is the first BP Service station in my experience in Australia which has NEVER soap in the bathroom. I am travelling with semitrailer from melbourne to tasmania almost every 2 weeks and always stop at this service station to put diesel around $200 and just have to bring some soap with me to wash my hands in the bathroom and take it back to the truck. Very disappointed!

Put 10.15 litres of 91 unleaded into an empty 10 litre container today. I actually got 9.6 litres of fuel. Not good BP brighton. New pump and all. I won't be back to your site. Your reaming motorists enough with your per litre price now your short supplying as well
