The service is very fast here specially I want to thank Miss Harpreet Kaur. As she helped me in getting my first Canadian number and she explained me every thing and answer each and every question I asked as she was very very polite, respectful, humble and well-mannered in talking . In my opinion she has to the manager of multiple stores and if chatr look into this review then she should tell others that how to greet the customers and how to handle them because I went to buy a cheaper plan but when she explained the features of an upgraded plan I took that only but the way she explained was very impressive . Till now my experience with chatr was great now I have use the network and see how far this goes

I visited this store in last year summer and bought one Samsung J1 set with completely seal pack packet. When i opened it, i found no earphone as packets says its include earphone. And soon i phoned call back to the store and they said it doesn't come with earphone(what that packet mean - include earphone) and recommended me to contact chatr center for more details. And again i called to chatr centre and they were more in making excuses about the missing earphone from packet.. ..bla bla... no any complete response on this case. After that i stopped to deal with that store and chatr.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. I recieved excellent customer service and had all my questions answered in detail. If I can remember her name correctly, I believe it was Kaniz. She was amazing, answering my questions politely and was very nice from the beginning to the end of my visit. Would definitely recommend Chatr and specifically this location to everyone.

I came into Chater to pay my phone bill and buy a memory card. Varsha offered exceptional customer service from start to finish. Varsha was polite, understanding, knowledgable, and professional. She helped me load the memory card, and provided information on other products. I really appreciated being offered such a high level of customer service and will def be back!

When I was with chatr the store was excellent in terms of customer service plans available and purchasing phioones. Actually it's been purchased by Rogers so I just upgraded to Rogers for the sake of keeping my billing simple but I was with chatr for many many years and they're in excellent company to deal with.

Visited lots of other chatr stores, no one ever told me about this offer, this chatr store is best and the sales guy Gogi, he got me the loyalty deal of $45- 10 GB, Thanks bro, I really appreciate your help. Highly recommended this chatr store in Scarborough.
