Went in on Saturday Aug 6th for a browse, and by Monday I was driving away with a Subaru Tribeca MY12. The experience was honestly amazing. On both the Sat and Mon visits, I didn't even get time to sit down before Ron was greeting me and bringing me through. Ron understood my car requirements, and was very quick to point out the Tribeca, which was the perfect fit. Very knowledgable, very friendly, and doesn't waste any time or employ any slimy tactics you tend to get at other dealers. Ron then put me in touch with Kirubel (KD), who helped me through the financing process from start to finish (first time I've ever financed), and got me set up with fantastic rates and repayment options. He also hooked me up with a great comprehensive insurance plan, which I've since learned is pretty much impossible to get at this price anywhere else! Between Ron and KD, the experience was fantastic, thorough, and professional while still being very friendly. Icing on the cake... we had our 7yo and 5yo kids with us, and they were not only entertained, but FED on both visits. When returning to collect the car, they were more excited about the gaming area than the car itself haha Overall, we were blown away by the experience, and would hands-down recommend it to anyone. After looking for a new car online, I stumbled across what I thought would be my next car. I organised a meeting through Brodie who was lovely and informative. Upon arriving to the dealership, I am greeted by the friendly team who get me set up with a salesman, Wez. Wez was amazing. He talked me through my car's appraisal, walked through every step, making sure I was informed of what he was doing and what it would mean. I attended a charity fund raiser here, the staff are very friendly and professional. Even though I was here so my kids can have fun with all the activities I still took a look around the warehouse and ask staff some questions regarding a car I may purchase in the future, they where very knowlegable and didn't seem pushy to sell. They have a wide range of vehicles on fixed prices but the one thing I really like is that you can browse the vehicles all under cover in a warehouse.
