First day when we arrived, nowhere was written we had to book a time slot. Anyway, the friendly guy at the door told us to try to enter. After 4-5 floors it was fully booked before 17:00h. I think this could be communicated previously to avoid going up. Next day I booked 2 time slots, and when we got upstairs, it was closed due “bad weather” which was sizzling, not even windy or big rain. Again, THIS SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL TO BOOKERS AND AT THE DOOR! I saw like 20 people going upstairs at the same time, it was packed, to find it closed. Would not recommend, only one star for the friendly door man.

Anywhere else in the world you can access without booking the rooftop in shopping malls, here it is not possible! Despite the frustration once arrived on top to understand that there is nothing to see, the staff kind of unfriendly tell you to move back down and out. So, if you want to have ‘restrictions to access’ the location, please make it understandable right while entering the building. Other than that, it’s a great place to see from inside, make 2 pictures and spend your time in different places where you will be welcome.

Надзвичайно чудове місце. Одне з найкращих місць для огляду Венеції та для фотографування. Видно більшу частину історичного центрв міста та Гранд канал. Обов'язково відвідайте. Тим паче вхід БЕЗКОШТОВНИЙ! (велике спасибі за це власникам торгового центру). Піднятися на терасу можна на ліфті, екскаватором та сходами. Крім того на поверхах торгового центру розміщені експонати модного взуття у недалекому минулому (20-50 років тому) - теж було цікаво.

Vista la sera, si, si vede un bello scorcio del Canal Grande ma non si è sufficientemente in alto per vedere di più . La città in genere risulta abbastanza buis , può darsi che di giorno sia un punto di vista migliore. Per uno scorcio di Venezia dall'alto consiglio il campanile di San Marco.

Das Kaufhaus ist toll. Den Besuch auf der Aussichtsterrasse muss man im voraus online reservieren. Wir wollten spontan auf die Terrasse, das ging leider nicht. Der nächste freie Termin war 3 Tage später. Wir haben ihn gebucht, aber dann etwas anderes gemacht.

Beautiful shopping mall with luxurious decorations in an antique building. If you go up you can have an awesome free view on Venezia where you can see all the city, there aren't that many tourists because it looks expensive and it's a little hidden.

Centro comercial muy bonito, la terraza espectacular la pudimos ver denoche, al dia siguiente intentamos ir por el dia pero estaba cerrada por un evento. Aun asi super recomendada.(y gratis)

Centro comercial muy bonito al lado del puente de Rialto, apto para pocos bolsillos. Fuimos por las vistas pero se tiene que reservar antes por lo por lo que nos quedamos con las ganas.
