The best gym there is in Lagos. Once you are a member, you can work out at any location. I go to the one in Agungi and sometimes the one at Campbell street. The staff especially at Campbell street are one in a million. Very professional and courteous. They are always there to help. The gym is always clean and well airated. The gym members and staff at Agungi branch are a family. They are so close knitted you may not know who the instructor is except he/she wears ifitness t-shirt. Abu and Emeka-thumbs up to you guys. The classes every week are amazing. There are different ones to work on and tone the different muscles of your body. We have tabata, spinning, aerobics, circuit training just name it. On Tuesdays, we have dance class after aerobics. Cant remember the name of the trainer but we are currently doing the bokwa dance. Interesting I must say. I also went for Aqua aerobics once. After the exercise, I slept like a baby for the whole day. They put measures in place to reduce/eradicate the spread of covid. There are hand sanitizer by every door, wipes to clean all instruments used, sprays for the mats and signs everywhere once you enter. You also have to pre book your class so there wont be too many people at the gym at once. The price.....shikini money for the value you get. Ifitness is affordable and pocket friendly. If you want a personal coach, you pay a little extra. There are also swimming lessons which is a different fee also pocket friendly. It is worth every Kobo you spend. They added some branches. The one at Jakande is amazeballs!!!

This is an okay gym and it works, they take sanitation seriously and there are disinfecting wipes everywhere, the staff are courteous and eager to help including the coaches / trainers. However I give 2 stars because: (1) Music is always too loud. A gym is not a club. While working out here, you cannot listen to your own music or an audiobook or even have easy phone conversations… I believe gyms should offer some serenity to balance the fitness activities. It’s an error to assume that everyone will enjoy loud party music every single day. It will make a lot of difference if the music can play only in the background and not so intrusively. I leave with a headache most times. (2) I joined a Yoga class for the first time here in which I told the trainer that I was a beginner, I ended up with a serious knee injury pulling muscle, ligaments and tendon. I do not entirely blame the teacher, he seemed good at fitness yoga, I do think the establishment should have done a proper labeling of the class’s suitability or the lack of it for beginners. This was an intense fitness yoga class and a beginner who hasn’t even been stretching regularly has no business being here but in a beginner yoga class.

Very well organised and enjoys huge patronage. ifitness gym is a household name in Lagos when it comes to gyms. This place has the typical feel of other i fitness gyms in lagos. Their fees are very reasonable as well for the services. Fantastic part is you can workout at any of the ifitness gyms location once you are a member. Depending on your need, you can be assigned a personal trainer and diet. Road leading here is very good.

This is a really nice gym. I enjoy the group classes and the instructors are very good at what the do. My only problem with this gym is that it is extremely over crowded. The weights room is like a war zone, I have never been brave enough to use it considering the fact that we are not completely out of the woods with covid.

Like the classes. It is bigger now and there is also a yoga class. It will be nice to have a stepping machine and the timetable for the classes at the reception. Update - You are doing well! We now have stepping machine and the timetavle is on the wall at the reception. Great work

I-fitness gym is a very classy gym where you can have your gym with different instructors. It is located within an estate which is cool, calm, secure, quiet and clean environment. If you're within Agungi axis of Lekki, you might want to consider signing up with them

If you’re looking for a gym to workout and make friends, this is the gym for you. It’s surrounded by family oriented estates that contribute to the number of people that come to the gym. The people are friendly and I highly recommend it.

I-fitness is world class to me. When you do a 3 month subscription, you will have access to all their outlets. Awesome right. Now I am not afraid that I will miss my workout because, I-fitness is everywhere you go.

Well.. it's I fitness... It's as good as gyms get around here... I'd recommend this who want to gym long term and not just a month... As it gets cheaper after your first membership registration

It is nice, less crowded than the one in Lekki and VGC but that is probably because it's less equipped.
