A very poor experience. I had to deal with a very rude front line personal today at about 3pm. My daughters and I are regular Lulu shoppers. I had ordered about $600 worth of clothing (skirts and leggings). The delivery came in on Friday. When I tried the sizes, I realized I needed to get a size smaller. My intentions were to go to the store and exchange the sizes. But, after I saw how rude and disrespectful the attendee was, I returned the clothes and did not bother to seek help to exchange. Looks like customer service is not the same at Lulu as it was before. CSR should help the customers and not intimidate them. This girl kept going in my ear, “show the email, next email, next email, keep going….. the app says ApplePay show me the card”. Then she said,” if the order is above $500 I will not be able to accept the return, you will have to send them back via mail”. This was new information, as in the past I had returned stuff over $600. I kept a legging and returned the rest to get this purchase over with. It was hard standing in that negativity. Looked like she was in no mood to work and I was just the target. Honestly, learn basic etiquettes of communication and then the art to deal with customers as you are the face of Lulu.

Revised... today I went to return a pair of pants because the twist time silver tong had come off. I thought that they would just repair them but she asked me immediately if I wanted to reorder the same pair or my money back. I couldn't believe it I was in shock what store do you know does that. I have to say after this experience I have a newfound respect for the store. in the end my particular pair of pants were no longer available but I ended up getting another wonderful pair in store that were the same price and I was extremely happy.. We went shopping at limeridge mall before Christmas and I had to laugh because Lululemon was the only store that did not have sales. I understand from some people that their product is quite good and they're happy with it, they do offer free heming, but if you're paying $110 for a pair of yoga pants I would expect that the tailoring should be free.

I was very upset about the experience my wife and I had. I bought her some leggings a few months prior as she gets a new pair every few years (they previously have always lasted this long as she is very careful in them and washes them carefully too). This time the stitching on the inner thigh came undone (it wasn't torn/cut) so we went to see if Lulu did repairs. The cashier/rep was very hostile and while on the surface was helpful (they ended up exchanging the pants for new ones) they were aggressive when asking how we wash them (cold water/light detergent/soft things only/hang dry) and told my wife that those pants weren't meant to be worn more than once a week.... I'm not sure what we did to offend/upset the rep, but she was extremely suspicious and very harsh in her tone and delivery.

We had the most wonderful experience with Samantha at the Lime Ridge location on October 3, 2020. Of note, my 12-year daughter was the customer, not me. My daughter advocated her concerns to the sales representative, Samantha. Samantha listened empathetically. She valued her opinion, accommodated her requests, and treated her very respectfully. Samantha acknowledged that she (my 12 year old daughter,) is the business Lululemon (i.e the corporate "we") really want to keep satisfied, as of course, Lululemon hopes to have her as a life-long return customer. It was lovely. It was my daughter who invested her hard-earned $100 in this Lululemon purchase and she WAS treated as the consumer. Thank you, Samantha at Lime Ridge Lululemon. You made our day <3. And she/we will be back!

I just went to Lululemon here at Lime Ridge Mall and was impressed with their service. I went to exchange a pair of pants that I had ordered online however they didn’t fit well. I was being helped by a new employee who still wasn’t well experienced with returns/exchanges. I was not in a rush therefore I wasn’t rushing him. He felt bad because he made a couple of mistakes and it took him 5-10 minutes to solve it. One of the managers came over to resolve the issue and gave me a free pair of boxer briefs because of the long wait. I was so grateful! I was very impressed with their service and kindness. I will definitely recommend this Lululemon location to all my friends, family and clients.

I just went in too this Lululemon location (Limeridge mall) for the first time I am new to the Lululemon world so as this being my first time I wasn’t really expecting much, but I WAS WRONG! I instantly felt welcomed and appreciated. The staff is soooo nice and amazing to customers, the girl by the change rooms was incredibly kind and made my experience so much better I got exactly what I came in for with no trouble at all. The girl who checked me out was was very friendly and so easy to talk too. I told her it was my first time and she immediately welcomed me to the Lululemon family. I was very pleased with my service today keep it up ladies! I will definitely be back!!

Terrible terrible experience today. Horrible customer service while I was in the store, asked for several items and was provided with absolutely no help. Spend over $300 anyways. I traveled an hour to get to this store and once I returned home I noticed the security tag was still on the pants I bought. Called the store and all they offered was for me to drive back to have it removed, not even an apology. Called head office and had the issue dealt with, no thanks to the store. Now I have to wait over 2 weeks to ship the pants to head office and have them shipped back before I can actually use them.. should have just ordered online. Never shopping at this location again

Second time in this store today ... and yet again. Horrible experience. I went in for the first time when they were a pop up store and felt so saddened because everyone raves around their tights. No one helped me. Didn’t even look my way. Went in today and still ... nothing ?! It’s almost like is it my skin colour because both times I’ve visited this location ,every single person in that store got greeted and offered help but not me !! Again. I don’t get it. I will be ordering online from now on. Thank you staff for making lulu look horrible. Shame on you.

The three different staff members I encountered in two trips were all so amazing. They were friendly, but not pushy. They were incredibly helpful with any issues I encountered (need another size, a return, etc.) and explained everything they were doing so I was kept aware. One girl in particular, I think she said her name was Rachel, she had straight blonde hair, was soo great. She called another store when this location was out of my size and was so friendly the entire time. The staff at this store should be training every other Lululemon!

Come early in the morning to beat the line! Very friendly staff not snobby at all so i don't understand the negative reviews below. I had purchased a pair of tights (which i adore! Totally worth the money in my opinion. I had previously purchased a similar pair at American Eagle and they give me a rash every-single-time i wear them) got them hemmed via their free heeming service, sadly one leg was longer than the other. They swapped them out for me without any hassle or issues. That is customer service at its finest. Thank you ladies! :)

I went into lulu and was allowed 6 items into the change room, before I had even tried on 3 items the girl told me I had 2 minutes left. Each person is only allowed 7 minutes in a change room ...a minute per item and this was not even mentioned prior to entering the change room! Didn’t even get to try on all my items I was told my time was up and had to leave! This policy is disgusting I would never go back and if this is the policy for all lulu I won’t be shopping there again. Shame on you.

Words can’t explain how amazing my experience was at this Lululemon, and how happy I was walking out of it. After a not so good experience at another location I walked into this one and got so much help by the most amazing, wonderful, personable woman name laurie (sorry if I didn’t spell it right) you made my entire day and I hope everyone comes here and leaves feeling as happy as I did! Laurie is so knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable making your purchase!

Staff is extremely rude, do not even get a greeting when you come into the store. When you have a question the brush you off, and give attitude back to your answer. Associate Tori, was the worst! I have never seen such atrocious customer service in my life. I am very sad I live in Hamilton and would like to come to this store, but I will not be returning and go to the Burlington store moving forward. I would like a manger to contact me ASAP!

I've been to this location a few times and the people who work here aren't pushy and are very helpful. Most recently I went on Boxing Day, right at open time when it was a mad rush and zoo. One of the girls helped me find a pair of camo Align pants that were sold out online. She checked all the shelves and then went to the back and found some. I had driven from Cambridge just for those pants, so am very appreciative she found them.

I've only been here once and probably wouldn't come back in my opinion this store is way over priced even for workout were one thing I will agree on is that the stuff does look really nice and like has good quality a lot of my friends and siblings are fans and I've heard nothing but good things but personally for me thats way to much money I feel like there is cheaper alternatives to the items they provide

Staff is absolutely RUDE. Will not be returning and I shop there all the time. Courtney the manager discriminated against me, and being 9 months pregnant i didn’t feel welcome or accepted. A brand who speaks on tolerance and acceptance I left the store in tears feeling very discriminated against. Absolutely disgusting. If you are of colour, have a disability or are pregnant DO NOT SHOP THERE.

Although the store we found to be a little small and tight ...The staff were absolutely Amazing-Handsdown some of the nicest people we have ever received customer service from. We visited on Nov 27th-a Gentleman with curly hair and a cap-Suppppper helpful and another employee at the front cash-glasses and short hair -Amazing! Thank you so much for helping us out with sizes for our parents.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Also very easy/hassle-free return policy. If the prices are a deterrent, you can always shop "We Made Too Much" online for really good deals. Honestly, the prices are worth it when you consider the clothing as an investment. They will last a very long time with proper care and you'll be hard-pressed to find more comfortable pants/tops anywhere else.

Better than expected at this location (Limeridge Mall). Good selection of quality, nice men's clothes. Woman's jackets we're quite the disappointment for my fiance, but on the flip side, the leggings were in full effect! Well lit, and clean store. Good product placement. Staff could be a little friendlier. Overall, I would recommend checking this particular Lululemon store out.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Watched Courtney the manager berate and and treat a PREGNANT woman with ZERO respect. Poor woman was clearly about to pop and I heard her say “you shouldn’t be in here” “ this isn’t a maternity store” and then come to the desk and LAUGH at her. Unacceptable. Woman left visibly embarrassed and upset. I personally will not be returning.

One of my favourite brands and store. The clothes fit nicely and quality is really good. I find the store has a lot of different options for men which is nice. I find they staff is extremely polite and helpful. If anything is not in they can order right to your home for free which i find amazing. I come from out of town and ta always worth the drive.

I enjoy the actual product very much! Any occasion I've went into this location however, the staff all act like snobs. Anyone I know who has shopped here have said the same thing about the staff. I don't even feel comfortable asking a question or trying product on. Does not seem like an inclusive place at all.

Went in to buy some things for my daughter. First time in the store. It was right after Christmas, the store was packed. There must have been an employee there for every 2 square feet. Everyone was so extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent service. Will definitely be going back.

This is the Lululemon that allegedly had cameras pointing into the changerooms and then took them out when someone said something (When in the change room the customer was able to see the camera which could in turn see her. When she returned the camera was gone...)

not one to spend alot of money on clothing; lululemon is that one exception. have 5 or 6 items.. first purchase 5 years ago, a pair of abc pants, are still in great shape. dress them up or dress them down
