These guys are cheaters and frauds. I bought a lab from them. While buying they told me that puppy is vaccinated with puppy dp. I asked for proof as every vaccination has a tag as evidence. Was not given any tag but Dr. Said will write down on paper. Being first time i trusted them however within 3 days my puppy lost appetite and started vomiting/loose motions. When I referred to a vet, he was found to b infected by Parvo which is one of the deadliest disease for puppies. Doc told us he has 50% chances of survival. 3-4 weeks were horrible and puppy suffered a lot with blood in his stool and we spent around 15k. This all was because of not giving him puppy dp vaccine. Forget abt money but puppy had to go thru so much of pain and suffering because of these guys We are thinking of registrating case with PETA and discussing with our friends who are lawyers Don't just call me fake you cheater, prove it liar I'm fake. .

Worst doctor , he’s a fraud guys so much money minded and unprofessional I recently bought a husky from him he gave to it me without any checkup , lied about vaccination the puppy was contaminated with parvo virus also such a foolish doctor he is that he gave a adult dog food to a new puppy after i brought the puppy home from midnight puppy fell ill and from next day we started showing signs of parvo virus . They are scammers don’t ever trust them for anything else you will regret he’s not responding to our messages and calls . FRAUD GUY HE IS . We have spent nearly 15000 on treatment and still treatment is going on and he is taking no responsibility. Such a cheater and fraud he is don’t ever get in his touch. FRAUD.

I definitely recommend to those people who are pet lovers. I have bought labrador puppy from this clinic. Puppy is very healthy and they provide me very cute puppy. The colour of my labrador is golden and its look like golden retriever. I am very satisfied with the services. I have also took a package of vaccination for my puppy it's very genuine and authentic you can visit the clinic they will provide good service in treatment as well. I am very satisfied with the service.

I called stating that my puppy was breathing heavily and having runny nose.. Even though the clinic says open 24 hours I was told they are closed. Then I was told that my pup might have had the coronavirus vaccine activated because he might have had the virus while being vaccinated.. Is that a clinical possibility?? After being told this I was told that my pup might be critical.. Really even without checking? Just with my explanation. Hence the rating..

My dog was on the verge of dying due to severe stomach blockage and after getting 2 different doctors and the diagnosis of distemper (2 test of distemper done by different doctors) , we finally came here and after listening to our story Dr. Rudy knew that this is related to the dog's stomach and started the treatment and now my dog is fit and fine and playing like he should. We are taking a dog golden retriever that comes in loose motion and vomiting due to ingullfing of rubber ball. That's so difficult to release from the stomach I will prepare to surgery of my dog. I am comes in 10 clock in night in emergency conditions of my dog in that clinic. Doctors is quickly operate my dogs . Now my dog is fit and fine. Thanks doctor

I bought a male doberman from him …but after 2 months i noticed a big white mark on dog’s chest…also his ears are small….the dog came out as a mixed breed…shiva pet clinic ditched me and gave me a hybrid dog instead of pure one…I messaged him on whats app but he is not replying

एकदम घटिया डॉक्टर, पैसे बनाने के लिए मेरी डोगी को गलत दवाई दे रहा था । दो टाइम में ही 8000 रुपए लेे लिए फिर भी डरा रहा था कि पता नहीं बचेगी या नहीं। फिर मैं उसे संजय गांधी एनिमल हॉस्पिटल में लेे गया, वहां दो घंटे बाद ही उन्होंने बोल दिया ये अब ठीक है इसे घर लेे जाओ।

Dr Ruri at Shiva pet clinic is the most renowned Vet Doctor I have come across, with my own experience he has saved lives of many pets, including mine. His fees too is much reasonable as compared to other vets.

I talked to online kennel to buy doberman puppy and when we went we bought that it is mix doberman breed.. This is a very bad shop and the people here are also liars, they give mixed breed by saying original.

I cannot thank him enough. He saved my pet's life in the middle of night that too during covid outbreak when no one is willing to help. Thankyou so much!! …

The vet was incompetent and under qualified. They gave the wrong treatment to my dog in an emergency and my dog would have died if we hadn't taken him to a better vet.
