I was promised a postage refund after having to return a pair of faulty shoes and after 4 months of contacting size? online numerous times about this, I still haven’t received my postage refund. Thoroughly disappointed in the service. Not sure how else to claim my money back!

Stunning garments on display, during sale season, the 1st floor is chaotic, hard to navigate for increased rails, and barely any organisation on the rails.
