Could not agree more with the other most recent reviews about rude & bad attitude staff. Absolutely appalling customer service by some - namely one I experienced with Amelia. Store management need to sort out and review their customer facing staff because if this is the interaction they want customers to experience, there won’t be many left to serve thats for sure..

I came in on the day of a wedding with my partner as I had changed my mind about my outfit. We saw Bella and she was absolutely magnificent. YD are very lucky to have an incredible asset to the business like Bella. Congratulations Bella you were brilliant.
