Dear Fellow Travelers, I want to share my recent booking experience with [500 Bed And Breakfast], which left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. My partner and I had planned a trip and booked a room at this hotel a month in advance. At the time of booking, we were thrilled with the competitive rates offered. However, just a week before our trip, we received an unexpected cancellation notice from the hotel, accompanied by no explanation whatsoever. This left us in a dire situation because, by that time, all other available accommodations had become significantly more expensive due to increased demand. We tried reaching out to the hotel through various means, including emails and phone calls, but received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication only added to our anxiety as our travel dates approached. What made matters worse was that we later discovered that the same rooms we had booked were being offered by the hotel at much higher prices than what we initially paid. It became evident that our reservation was canceled to make room for guests willing to pay more. This entire experience has left us feeling deceived and let down. We booked well in advance to secure an affordable option, only to have our reservation canceled and then witness the same rooms offered at premium rates. As travelers, we expect fairness, transparency, and integrity from hotels and booking platforms. Unfortunately, our recent experience with [Hotel Name] has fallen far short of those expectations. I hope sharing this feedback serves as a cautionary tale for fellow travelers. While circumstances may lead to cancellations, it's essential for hotels and booking platforms to uphold clear communication and fairness. No one should go through what we experienced. Beware and choose wisely.

Byliśmy w 3 rodziny z dziećmi (3x 2+2), wynajęliśmy cały dom. Przestrzeń dla takiej ekipy wspaniała! Okolica super, wszystko blisko. Aczkolwiek czuć oddech właścicieli na każdym kroku,gdyż mieszkają za ścianą. Przysuwając łóżka (nie było opcji,żeby 2dzieci spało na jednym wąskim) właściciel pojawił się natychmiast, że nie wolno przestawiać mebli. Na następny dzień rano pani przyszła nam do ogrodu powiedzieć to samo, dzieci bawily się same i przybiegły przestraszone, że jakaś obca pani coś do nich mówi. To jest bardzo nieprofesjonalne! 1 wieczór na cały pobyt siedzielismy na tarasie i głośniej sie śmialiśmy (nie było nawet muzyki) i po 5 min właściciel wyszedł nas uciszyć. Cały czas czuć było, że jesteśmy obserwowani i kontrolowani. Poza tym nie było na wyposażeniu detergentów do zmywarki i pralki. Myślę, że za takie pieniądze powinno to być. Dom zgodny z opisem, nie wiedzieliśmy tylko, że trzeba na koniec zapłacić jeszcze podatek 72 euro.

It was a pleasant stay and we checked in at around 4pm. The one who greeted us didn't knew which room was alloted to us so it took 15-20 minutes to figure that out and we were given the wrong room at the first go and after sometime we were given the correct room. There was no facility like seperate drinking water tap, they said fill it from the washroom basin itself!!! We asked for hot water kettle as it was mentioned in the facility but they denied that too saying we don't have that! The service was not up to the mark and we struggled finding things and were not wasily accessible too... Overall it's a good backup option at this price if you are unable to find some other place to stay!

Shameful treatment and management. We made through booking a reservation for one night, the price was very low and obviously we were suspicious so we made the reservation and called for two days to the Hotel. No response. The same day of check-in, two hours after traveling to Venice from the Dolomites, the owner called us and told us that he had made a mistake and offered us the room for almost 6 times more than the price set in booking. For him it was a great offer. Obviously it is not reasonable to call two hours before our arrival to change the booking reservation. The worst thing was his rudeness, arrogance and poor listening skills.

Herzlich und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Betten sind super bequem. Unser Zimmer war klein, wobei es auch grössere Zimmer hat. In mindestens einem Zimmer hat es einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Das eigene Badezimmer war super eng. Familiäres Frühstück mit allen acht Gästen an einem Tisch. Toast, Butter und Marmelade. Salami und fast alles Andere stammt aus der Plastikwelt... Der Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Tischen ist toll. B&B liegt 10 Gehminuten von der Anlegestelle der Vaporetti (Wasser-Stadtbusse) auf dem Lido, wo es auch gute Restaurants und Supermärkte gibt. Die Fahrt nach Venedig dauert 25 Minuten. Mit einer 72 Stunden-Fahrkarte für 40 Euro fährt man recht günstig.

First, we asked for a room that would sleep 4 people. We got a room that slept 3. Room had 1 queen sized bed and 1 twin bed. Secondly, when we asked for accommodations to match our request, we were given an additional cot that was delivered & left outside our room without bedding (sheets, pillows...) Thirdly this the room had a musty, dank, mildew smell and we had to kill several bugs, mosquito and silver fish. Finally, but not least, the service was nonexistent, there was no air conditioner, no working refrigerator and the shower doors did not provide adequate access to the shower for non-anorexic adults. Don't stay here. Spend a few dollars more for a nicer hotel.

I really loved staying at Lido. It's a very calm and safe (seemed so) island. Would highly recommend it if you want to have a bit of beach rest but also want to see Venice. B&B 500 Great house, everything is so new and fresh. Great bathrooms (shower head unfortunately wad broken) Garden with sunbeds. They even have cute tiny tiney towels like you keep at your own home lol Beautiful stairs decorated with glass. The price seems just unfair for such a nice staying. I would only say that there's lack of soundproofing and you can clearly hear what your neighbours are talking about upstairs lol

tentata prenotazione via Booking mai andata a buon fine, ho chiamato la struttura per verificare la cosa. Un signore ha risposto e in modo molto sgradevole mi ha detto che non poteva verificare la cosa. Mi hanno addebitato comunque l'importo del pernottamento mai effettuato presso di loro. Giudizio pessimo, poca disponibilità e soprattutto furfanti. Quando un cliente è in difficoltà dovrebbero cercare di risolvere e non di rubare il denaro dopo che ho tentato più volte di mettermi in contatto con loro per risolvere la questione.

Posizione ottimale in zona silenziosa del lodo di Venezia a 10 minuti dal vaporetto. Camera molto ampia con presente veranda esterna e giardino curato. Da sistemare box doccia. Ottimo qualità prezzo. Proprietaria un po’ sbrigativa con poche suggerimenti da dare. Unico neo poca trasparenza nel prezzo in quanto abbiamo prenotato per 4 su Booking e voleva farci pagare 10 euro per letto aggiuntivo per la bimba.

Struttura discreta ma non tenuta in modo adeguato, maniglie che si tolgono, doccia poco pratica in quanto inserita nella vasca colazione molto basica anzi direi scarsa, la signora che ci ha accolto molto sbrigativa, per i soldi spesi mi aspettavo molto di più!!! NON consiglio!!!

Unterkunft im italienischen Stil sehr schön gehalten. Frühstück geht, Kaffee sehr gut, Toastbrot, Kuchen, Kekse, Saft, Butter, Schinken und Wurst, Käse. Service wenn Servierfrau nicht frei (Dienstag oder Freitag) super. Bei Besitzerin fehlt Wurst, Käse, Mistkübel wird nicht entleert, Betten nicht gemacht. 5* gibt's für Unterkunft uns Servicefrau, nicht für Besitzerin, hier würde ich 3* vergeben.

Il b&b è accogliente e il personale disponibile e cordiale. Ottimo il prezzo, varia in base al periodo stagionale. Le camere sono graziose pulite e silenziose. Un posto ideale come punto di riferimento dove poter tornare e riposarsi. La colazione richiede il pagamento a parte ed é necessario pagare la tassa di soggiorno in loco. Consiglio per chi vuole trovare un attimo di pace dal caos.

Posto ottimo ma gestito malissimo, la Padrona che si è palesata alle 18 (prima una ragazza asiatica che lasciamo perdere), con grande autorita e cattiveria, solo perché avevamo spostato 2 lampade e una panchina in veranda, ci ha minacciati (10 adulti e 4 bambini) che avrebbe chiamato i carabinieri, ASSURDO. Certe persone non dovrebbero gestire questo genere di cose!

La verdad es un sitio bastante bueno , la señora que nos atendió súper amable , la habitación limpia lo único es que la tv no iba y el mando del aire acondicionado no nos fue al segundo día y la puerta del baño no cerraba el seguro pero de hay todo bien !

Von der Lage her super schnell zum Anlegehafen für die Schifftaxis, total unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind klein, alt, riechen muffig und absolut hellhörig. Man hört wirklich alles, ALLES...!! Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch. Das WLAN ist vorhanden, mehr auch nicht.

Тихое и комфортное место для отдыха после походов по Венеции. Рекомендую! PS: из недостатков в номерах нет чайников, поэтому попить чай или кофе - проблема.

Номер на троих просто огромный шикарная мебель постельное белье. Завтрак сервируют на кухне так что ощущение буд то приехал в гости. Есть выход на балкон -террасу и можно загорать на лежаках. До вапоретто пешком минут 5

In our apartment the shower cabin is very small, but overall, for Venice, is a nice place to stay. It has a great garden and it's a really quite place. The Wi-Fi signal and bandwidth are good, at least at ground floor.

Piacevole l'ubicazione per la tranquillità del luogo, la presenza nelle vicinanze di Bar, ristoranti e perlomeno di due supermercati. Accogliente la camera e cordiale la titolare della struttura.

Comodissimo,ospitale,fantastica l'aria condizionata (fuori c'erano 30 e passa gradi!),molto pulito e ordinato. La proprietaria molto gentile. Da provare!
